DCUO is a great game but theyr problem is that all power are equal.
Superman cant be same power than batman, spectre cant be same power of batman.
Make power balance and change only efect, and name is what dcuo cant do and i hop tat COT dont do this terrible bad move that make devs of DCUO lost in that excelent game.
Please have scale in powers, this is a good form to COT make money.

Please put scale between powers
Good thing there's no Superman or Batman in Titans.

To be fair, there is no "Superman" invulnerability power set in DCUO. The default "Superman" inspired characters have the Ice Power set which has the Tanker Archetype +Resistance baked into it. Also the "Batman" power set is a Controller Archetype +Energy, both are very different. Also Gadgets has stealth, but it is very limited outside of soloing minions as most bosses see through stealth.
On a side note: the game mechanics of DCUO don't parallel the comics very well, and the change of a Controller into a energy recovery role is contrary the the role name and the game-play many people expect.
In City of Titans a Ice themed character can be any archetype as can the gadget character. If you want a character that does well in one-on-one combat for PvP you can do it. If you want to create a healer for team-play, you can do that too and you don't have to change you're character concept to do it...maybe you might have to alter your name for your preferred alt, but we'll have to wait until the game is released to find out for sure.
Another great problem of DCUo is carachters be very dependent of others. You depend of groups to grow, this way is changig with games like destiny.and i hope see this way in CoT if he was launched to ps 4.
Fun fact of DCUO: In that milieu, Brainiac's little microscopic robot locust brine shrimpy thingies stripped superpowers from everybody (Superman, Green Lantern, Flash, everybody) and they got blasted into the atmosphere so they could be absorbed into anybody's body.
The explosion of heroes is thousands of people picking these things up as they float around, unknowingly. That's also why Superman, etc., are not as powerful as they normally are, because they haven't fully recovered all their "stuff" yet either.
Ok, it kind of breaks down with respect to Batman or Lex Luthor's robot suit, but there you go, that's why everyone is in the same ballpark.

The very existence of the taunting tank irritates, for it requires idiotic AI that obeys the taunt.
Except that the powers they picked up were from alternate-future everybodies, and only one person (alternate-future Lex Luthor) came back with them to before Brainiac even made them...
Of course, this doesn't stop Brainiac from claiming ownership of all the powers his alternate-future analog stole...
