Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.
To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.
Hey coacola!
Most of those questions remain cannot be answered definitively simply because the game is still effectively 2 years away from their desired (i.e. not guaranteed) release date and many things can change in that time.
Regarding a "main story": It looks like we can expect Titan City to be as rich in lore and depth as Paragon City was: A city with a history, and the present in which we (the players) will live will be rife with different stories.
Regarding "quests": Yes. There will be instanced missions, same as CoH, but I think the goal is for them to behave a bit differently than the ones in CoH did. I believe Kickstarter Update 22 talks about instanced missions.
Regarding "two enemy factions": It looks like we will have a very in-depth alignment system, allowing for black, white, and multiple shades of gray. You can check out Kickstarter Update 17 for all the info on how that is supposed to work.
Regarding payment: I cannot confirm this, but I remember reading that they will be launching with a subscription-only model due to the fact that the Dev team is comprised of unpaid volunteers, and the subscription model will help pay for future development costs (software etc.) as well as upkeep (server maintenance etc.).
All aforementioned Kickstarter updates can be found here. And just FYI, for future questions, I suggest checking out the "Developer Communique," "Suggestions and Ideas," or "Questions about the Game" forums. Hope this helps!

On payment, I believe the model is to buy the game (which will award some free time), then there will be both free to play and subscription options.
