Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Forum Update

It may seem trivial, but once a month I do updates to this website. These tend to work in the background, but an update this time does reflect on something visible.

It may seem small, but the view count is now working on the forums. It was a tiny fix, but one I never had found time to do. I happened to have had 5 minutes during a build I was not doing anything else, so I stepped in to fix that, and this morning that fix went live.

So, I hope everyone enjoys knowing how many times a particular page was looked at.

Glad to see it now fixed... shame that the forums didn't record the view count before the fix :(

But at least now we can tell at least from now on how "popular" threads are...

Yup, problem with the image cache.

A few people still have broken pictures, they will need to re-upload in order to fix it.

And I'm not sure when the last time was that the Phorum Phage ate someone's edit.

On some forums, the 'Quote'

The 'Quote' command is missing from Original Posts. Not just the button, but the whole command. Happily, I know the BBCode for quotes, so I could type it in by hand.

Along those lines, is there any plan to have text-editing buttons or something other than typing out BB Code manually? I'm used to hitting CNTRL-I or a button to italicize text on other boards, and typing out [ i ], [ /i ] around individual words feels cumbersome.

Note that there may already be a better way, I just don't know it.

The forums that do those tend to use a WYSIWYG editors. Not sure if there is a module for these forums though that does that

The key to doing that is to add an editor which supports bbcode. The problem I have had is that while yes, I can get one which works for the forums, it runs incredibly slow. I am still testing to find one which can do the job without being horribly slow in the process.

For now it looks like I'll be doing that manually, and updating it - hopefully - consistently on Saturdays for y'all.

OK, I would take the current system over "incredibly slow," so I will curb my complaining. Thanks.

A couple things to slip onto

A couple things to slip onto your list of things to be considered:

The Compose Tips page indicates that and can be used to indent lines, but it
doesn't seem
[indent]to work.
[/indent]

(looks at preview, noticing that it did work, in one instance... Tries spaces, then removing the line breaks)
but it doesn't seem

to work.

Looks like it works once, but it acts as a line break and only indents next line, and I can't seem to make the nested indents work.

Also, can we change to a font where capital I doesn't look like lower case l?

I am wide open to font suggestions. Fonts are super easy to swap.

My vote would be for something with a bit more difference between the I and the l, but at least I can see the difference ^_^.
