Hi. I only started playing CoH when it went F2P, but I loved it so hard. Um, only drew a few things, never finished any. Too busy with the game itself. But here you go.

Here's my first prospective character concept for City of Titans. Like all true wizards, Lady Hirsute has an impressive beard. I am inspired by/hopeful about the developers' apparent intent to tear down gender boundaries in their character creator.
I'm not expecting to be able to make an exact match for her outfit, but better to get an idea now and amend it later than wait on tenterhooks. I tried for a sort of blend of Mod, Hippie and Catholic priest in her costume. By contrast her rival, the larcenous Madame Mo, is more of a top-hat and tails stage magician sort. With actual pants even. (Sorry Zatanna.)
There's a nice anime feeling to some of these, would love to see the screen grabs that show the colors...
Unfortunately most of my screenshots have been devoured by a couple of severe computer crashes since. :(
I can tell you that WiFi's costumes were mostly deep purple, with dark grey and a little white, and she was pale blonde with unhealthily pallid skin, and Twist had a mostly black costume, with white accents, black hair and peachy skin. Bubble was more complex, but I know her hair was a sort of light teal and she had an identical complexion to Twist.
I haven't made any decisions about Lady Hirsute's colouration.
Do you have the old Costume files? If so, you might give Titan Icon a try and see if you can resurrect them.

Actually, I just remembered that I took screens in the character creator of all the costumes of all my characters using Fraps. That folder is still around! Obviously I don't have Bubble, since she's not my character, but otherwise I have the above and much more.

I'm a bit finicky about my art and my characters; I prefer not to have others touch them unless I'm satisfied with what I've got. So with the line art on all my drawings unfinished and being uncertain just how my characters will look in CoT, I don't think I have anything of my own to put in either thread. Although, if someone came asking me directly I'd probably consent. I'm eager to please, but not to, uh, put myself forward.
Anyway, it's my birthday, so I'll give you all a present. Also unfinished, but this is my one character from CoH I'll definitely be trying to recreate if at all possible in CoT:

So, uh, I know I went quiet totally quiet for a little while. On the downside, I'm gonna have less time for CoT art and whatnot.

Hi! It's me again.
Thanks to severe and unanticipated budget cuts, I was let go from Massively a few weeks ago. [URL=http://massively.joystiq.com/2014/02/27/field-journal-a-strong-cohmmunity/]My final column[/url] is very relevant and you should check it out.
I haven't popped back in here until now for a couple of reasons. First of all, I've been pretty bummed out, as you might expect. Secondly, as I said in the article, I applied to help City of Titans as an editor, and I've been reluctant to make more of a fuss about that until I was either finally accepted or declined. Now I can say that I am in. I may do a few other things in addition to the editing, but only the editing is set in stone.
Also, I've been slowly working on another character design, but I'm not sharing that one right now. For one thing, it's currently in a first pass that I'm not happy with. For another, if I can get a character into the game as an NPC, I'd like this to be the one. Therefore, I gotta treat it like it's under NDA until it really is or it's all mine.
Anyway, I'll be hanging around this section again from here on. I'm not proficient/quick enough to be a member of the art team, but it is a passion of mine. Also, I'm not worried about accidentally revealing anything like I would be if I were hanging around other areas of the forum. ;)
