I think the "new" forum system is still yet to come. No idea exactly when it'll happen though. *shrugs*

It's been given the Real Soon(TM) response. I think they've been focusing on some other things. It was scheduled some time ago, but I don't believe they've made a new set deadline.
They have never given the "Soon" as I have come to know it. They've said the online/web update is coming next, before some of game updates we've been waiting for. If they did say "Soon" I'm glad I didn't hear it.
Also I want to just chime in on how much i truly LOVE Marvel Heroes' forums. They are amazingly organized and have perks and ratings.. It's the best internet forum i've ever participated in.

I believe one of the devs recently mentioned that their web developer guy was in an accident and thus had to take personal time, which I presumed was the reason that the promised forum updates haven't happened yet.

After a little research I found out that Vanilla Forums is the structure being used for Marvel Heroes.. it's so amazing! (but could be considered expensive until game release)
