Not heroes Scarlet would kill herself... after killing many others... first. She HATES heroes and what they stand for. This is more "Okay let get the heroes to do the dangerous stuff and we pick there corpses pockets." kind of thing. Or they choosing the lesser of two evils. They suspect Jutan not all up and up and would rather fight him then aid him. After they go back to being sneaky crooks.

Well, the Huntress from Arrow is a derivation of the Huntress from Batman and Birds of Prey comic books, so they're one and the same. ;-)
I'm not trying to discourage, just stating facts. I find it hard to play villains, while you seem to be the other way around. So if you want to try to turn a hero-hating assassin into an anti-hero, then I say more power to ya!

Not really. I can play criminals, but the hateful killer psycho types a bit hard. Most of my Villains have very simple motives and not caring what happens to anyone else.
Jutan Frost for example just wants to go home. The result would cause the end of this world, but he don't care.
Scarlet less of an assassin and more of a thief. She hates heroes yeah but more because when she needed one they wasn't there. Shattering her idea of safety. So she's willing to do anything to get that feeling of being safe back. Even becoming something other then human. If that means she has to rob and kill to get it done so be it.
I had played more insane villains like rapist and psychos just they are very hard. I could never keep then going for long. Those types I make normally on request and often with a permanent end to them.

Playing down right evil villains is right up my alley. Gideon's first enemy from the original origin and comic was a vampire that bounced from grey to downright evil. when it came to slayers and other villains he played for keeps in order to send his enemies a message. one of his signatures was disembowing his enemies and hanging them by their entrails.

Right now I would have to say the most evil I got going is ALX. Trust me some of the thing I got for him right on the monster list. However he's also well very very careful and very precise with infinite patience.
