What will you name your pets/underlings?

My CoH (and hopefully CoT) "Pet Masters" were usually of the demonic variety with Fire Imps and Demon Summoning.
It was usually easy enough to rationalize that these demonic underlings were too weak and pathetic to deserve formal names of their own. Affer all had they been worthwhile enough to matter they wouldn't have been so easily summoned and enthralled to those who were their natural betters. ;)

Depends on the Theme, really. If it's Robots I might do serial codes or binary. Mercs, probably name and rank. Can't really come up with names in advance for these things. It'll have to be something that comes up as I'm playing the game. Who knows? The stock IDs might even be decent.

Heck, I even wanted to name my troller fire monkeys. I would have gone with something classy like Alecto, Megaera, and Tisiphone, since my RP for that character involved ongoing chatter with them about their not-classy antics.

Well, if we get the undead again I'll remake Eve, and her minions Loyal, Faithful, Zealous, etc. Ended up naming them after the old veteran rewards badges.
I used those for my demons... and will probably do so again, if we get some.

My "soldiers" masterminds' men all had names of former squadmates... until i realized that they died quite often. Then I changed them to... well... OTHER former squadmates.
My "Gang" based followers all had codenames like "Hammerhead"- (shark names) or "Worthog, Falcon, etc" (jets). I'd expect people with any kind of knowledge of musicals to figure out why.
Not at the same time I hope. They'd be fighting each other!

You shoulda seen my HUGE list of scripts I had for my masterminds- the gang-based ones were constantly picking fights with one another, insulting one another, etc. The military ones would call out cadences to one another, quip jokes, use callsigns, etc. Cole Mackinnon's soldiers folder alone had nearly 400 separate files in it and included characrers with all sorts of military service-related bickering n gripes.
The jets and the sharks cut on one another, threatened one another, tried to curry favor from the mastermind, even alluded to a musical number (or two... or three) that was interrupted by other events.
The way it worked was that I had several different "sets" of scenes.
Each set was tied to a numpad key, so hitting numpad1 would:
- play the dialogue and/or emote on that dialogue set
- bind the NEXT file in the set to numpad 1
hitting lshift+numpad1 would tell me the name of the series I was running/about to run
hitting ctrl+numpad1 would skip ahead to the next scene in the set and give me IT's scene title.
So I could run 3-4 different sets, each with 4-5 different "scenes" and skip through them to find the most appropriate for the current situation.
A lot of work- and probably why none of my masterminds never made it to 50, but a lot of fun, too.

I was really proud of myself when I finally rolled a MM to RP with. I went mercs and gave each one a name and backstory and had the whole theme loosely based on the WoD "hunter" concepts. Then I'd station them within /say distance of myself, had each of them set in their own stance or running emote, and was at one time using them to RP four different conversations simultaneously.
...Yes, I'm insane, okay?
Anyways, their names were:

My robots (from a magic-themed techno-pixie who liked to tinker mechanically) were named things like Laser Gnome, Quadcore Imp, Binary Orc, Digital Fairy, etc. Some of the names may have jumbled (it's been awhile and some were a tight squeeze) but that was the gist of it.
