So tonight I happened to watch an old Big Bang Theory from the days where you could clearly see CoH stuff in the background in the comic book store, and I thought...

Of course "end of next year" would take it through its 8th season - obviously most shows don't last that long. Based on how extraordinarily popular it continues to be I figure it's passed the stage where the network would want to axe it unilaterally. My guess it'll now only end when the actors/writers are tired and ready to call it quits.
For what its worth it would be pretty cool to see City of Titans stuff in the show's comic book store. Maybe if the MWM people are clever enough they'll generate some logos/artwork the Big Bang people can use ASAP so we won't have to wait until a 9th or 10th season. ;)
