I know this isn't CoT related, but does anyone use the Icon emulator?

I can get the costume creator to work, but I can't get onto a map. I get "Map Failed To Start. Server Busy, Try Again Later"

I assume in order to access all the other maps I have to at least get to the Atlas Park map so I can get the chat window.
