"Good day to you all. I am Zanton, a relatively new face around here and an unknown to the probable majority, if not entirety, of you. I am to change that. To this end, I am setting up a group known as EXOHIVE, an organistation dedicated to one thing, and one thing only: Destruction. The destruction of what, you may ask? Why, the destruction of all those that call themselves heroes.
"They stand in the way of our future, of our greatness. It is they who stop us from achieving that which we so rightly deserve. It is they who get rewarded for the chaos that they bring, and us who are ignored. Well, no more. We shall take a stand against this injustice, and we shall turn the universe on it's head and bring the world to it's knees before we let them stop us."
In all actuality, we're a semi-RP Villain group with a predominately PvP-based orientation. We're going to be mostly focusing on keeping the balance tipped ever so slightly in our favour but we'll also be raiding big events that the Supers are running, because nothing says "ballsy" like a group of thirty or so villains descending upon a good two hundred heroes, raining fire and death as they go.
Whilst members are not expected to be on duty at official organisation events at all times (or, in fact, any of the time save for big raids and so on), we will be organising you into small squads based on ability compatibility and other traits. Take note, however, that should you want to be on a squad with your friends, switching around within squads is possible, and organisational superiors can aid with the logistics of the switching of squad members. In addition, squads will be rewarded based on how well they perform at official events with guild promotions and additional quota from any form of guild storage. This is to encourage top performance through mild competition, whilst also aiding people who have trouble finding others to play with in games like this to find themselves a good team of friends.
If, of course, you prefer to "work alone", then you could easily get into a squad with other people who prefer to work alone and simply all go off and do your own thing. And if being assigned to a squad does not seem like your cup of tea, well, work hard as fast as you can, get your commission and work with the management team in order to help organise the major raids. That, and you get to be first into the fray, if you want.
Forum will be up later this week. Members are encouraged to aid in designing a logo, should I prove too lazy or bogged down with work to get it done in a sensible amount of time.
*Loud, booming knocks at the door. Door falls flat, stirring the dust. The doorway is filled with an ominous, hulking figure. Part Frankenstein, part Darth Vader, it steps through the doorway and stops*

Now, a quick introductory briefing: Toilets are down the hall and to the left, locker rooms are third on the right and the destruction of our enemies shall come as soon as we can find that which they value most. This will, of course, be annihilated as soon as is possible. Now, are there any questions, or shall I find you a drink and a map of key locations to get started with?"
"I'll need something to fight or destroy daily. If not, I'll need cartoons and a synthetic blend of adrenaline and depressants." He hands over the formula written on a crumpled piece of paper with blood stains in the corner. "Not gonna lie...I got a temper. Treat me well and I'll take the bullet for you. Treat me badly...I'll tear off your arms and legs and use the rest for a sofa. Now, point me at someone you don't like or point me to the gym. By the way," he pointed at the scrap of paper, "that tastes better as cherry-flavored."
((Total Violence is a thug, plain and simple. A brief psych profile, or a search of his criminal record, will reveal him to be the worst form of killer. He seems to enjoy what he does as well as the fruits of his labors. He is not impressed by power or title, to him respect is earned. He is probably also suicidal but that remains to be determined.))

"Oh, don't worry. We allow, and in fact encourage, inter-member duels. That and we have a gym with punching bags. One door before the lockers. And the only blend of adrenaline and depressants we have around here is the bar. Totally open, by the way, get whatever you want."
"Mmmmmm...open bar," Total Violence says as he heads in the indicated direction. He peeks into the gym, finds it adequate and steps into the bar. It was good, not crowded together, seats to fit the large and the small. He selected two bottles, one of Everclear and one of Blue Label and found a chair that would hold him. It looked like he would be staying for a while.
