Hello all!
So I had been wandering around in the cyber wilderness bitter and angry that CoH got shut down while I was focusing on grad school and had unsubbed all my games. So I had also missed this project until now =)
The community is what brought be back to CoH over the years. I would take some time off here and there, but it was always my RP stomping ground. Sometimes I would sub and just play with the costume creator for a month....
However I was always an active watcher of the CoH deviant art page. Even when not subbed to CoX I LOVED the fan art that game produced. (I also managed to make a few things myself.) I would flip through the new art weekly and at some point it would drive me to sub back up again for more RP.
So I decided... I will make a City of Titans DA page. A fresh game deserves fresh art.
It will need members, and it will need stories, and most of all it will need art and artists!

I really appreciate your enthusiasm, Steamtank, but there's two things I'd like to point out. First, of course, is that it's an unofficial fanpage. If you could label it as such, it'd prevent future confusion.
Secondly, and this is something you're going to have to resolve, is that DeviantArt takes a firm stand on posting only your own art, because you can sell what you post. I think you want to make a DeviantArt community City of Titans theme, rather than just a single fanpage, right?

Thank you so very much for your support! Would you mind updating the page to make it clear the DA page is for fans of CoT, not MWM or CoT developers themselves? Anything posted there we won't be able to use. Thanks again! :) You guys have been really amazing and we are blown away with all the love y'all are sharing with us.

If there are specific categories, or ideas y'all want to see on it at any point just tell me.
If any of your official artists want a "random doodles from the CoT artists" folder, you know, non CoT art, just a place to sound off their personal art flair and ideas to the future CoT collectors I could add it. Kind of like the David art folder in the CoH page.

pretty sure my folder renaming and removal of official images fixed the DA stand. (Updated the page as of 8:30 est 10/7)
Yeah ideally it'll function a lot like the CoH DA page. I even hope to eventually get the eye of the admins from that page as CoT gets further into development. Since experienced and dedicated admins are always awesome.
I just felt that since this game is trying to build from the shutdown of CoH that having new fan art for a new game being channeled to a fan art group dedicated to the old game wasn't quite "freeing" enough.
