DE:LTA is a well-funded, elite task force that acts as first responders of cataclysmic disaster. They carry credentials of a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Little is publicly known about its operations or management but they officially report to the Secretary of Emergency (Now officially separate from the Secretary of the Interior).

Tactical Evaluation:
The threats of Titan City are growing and I believe it is necessary to find new dedicated agents to support the coming challenges and mitigate both capital losses and cost of civilian life. I am officially requesting funding, and facilities to train Logistics and Tactics Agents in a new Titan City HUB. The number of superhuman events in the city have grown significantly since Hurricane Atlas causing severe reconstruction costs and lack of public trust. This public need will be remedied by such a task force.
Suggested Personnel Requirements:
Personnel for such a mission need to have a singular focus and dedication to the job. The high security clearance needed, all personnel will be encouraged to live in the lodging provided at the HUB. Psychological evaluations will be run by myself personally.
I have a list of current candidates who I will make known at the time of this hearing. Also, please see the attached budgetary requests in the attached documents.

Not sure if its of any assistance but Kontrol/Jaybezz, last I checked, still logs into Champions Online; having retconned Kontrol into a new character named Domain. He was fiercely dedicated to being an Intelligence Primary and active in the RP PvE scene. I had a falling out with him a few years ago so I'm not sure how much of this is still current, but I guess if any of you are interested in seeking him out trying doing a search for @NeguSonic over there. I believe Psirus is still occasionally seen over there too.

Most of us there were super excited about CoT but its been so long I think most of the former Deltas have given up on the wait.
