I don't know how easy it would be but giant, man-eating turkeys might be feasible at launch.
They are bipedal...so no new skeletons are needed.

a truly giant one could be a citywide menace.
But smaller 6-12 feet tall turkeys could lurk in the alleys. Who needs supply side, when you can get your own.

dropped loot could be various cuts of a turkey you could either sell, or trade to homeless shelters in exchange for prizes.
a wishbone could be an instant REZ or something valuable like that.
