ugh...So guys the character is called "The Monarch" and the woman is "Dr. Girlfriend" who later became "Dr. Mrs. The Monarch." They come from a show called "The Venture Brothers."

I stand by what I said.
You're not wrong, but she projects in all the right directions.
The Monarch is Mad, but Dr. Girlfriend is insidious. She is clearly the more dangerous member of the species.
And not just because she looks better in a swimsuit.

No argument here, I'm just not big on hyper-sexualization of characters, but this really isn't the right place for that discussion.

Does not appear to be excessively sexualized, actually reasonably proportioned, but it's all in the presentation. Art does tend to present things in certain ways.
