It only works for females, but if you select one of these(stone skin, rock skin, bark skin) and then switch to Android 2 skin it will add a wet effect to your first selection. This is something I hope becomes a regular thing.
It's been brought up to have matte and glossy skin textures ;)

You can do this right now by selecting the "full body" options for tops and bottoms.
The Altruist, Invulnerability/Super Strength Stalwart.
But sadly you lose your eyebrows by using full body tights. Doh!
