Was being stopped by Windows defender when trying to run .exe file in folder. Disabled Real-Time protection temporarily solved my issue. This post is in case anyone else is having Windows 10 issues like this.

I had a similar problem with Avast, hopefully since it looked clean to me others will be good to go :)

I got stopped by Windows Defender and when I clicked on the "info" link (it was very small and unobtrusive), a new button popped up that said "Run Anyway" and then all was well.
"I don't think you understand the gravity of your situation."
I got the same message. The software is unsigned there's no company listed, it showed in the "info". I should have grabbed a screenshot. But I was in a hurry! Got to (wait 20 hours and) get in the game.

I had the same problem with Norton, just make sure to Whitelist the the file or folder where you installed it.
