I noticed that the game will be available for Linux. Would it be possible to also make it available for Android? Specifically, I would like to be able to play the game on a Samsung S10 from a Samsung Dex or even a Samsung tablet.

CoT for Andoid?
Well. Anything's possible, eventually.
Unreal Engine does have Android support, after all.
We can't make promises, though.
And personally I can't imagine it'll be a very good experience on such a small screen.

That is the nice thing about the Samsung Dex. It has HDMI and USBs for mouse and keyboard (and a fan to keep your phone cool).
Fair point. It's too soon now, but I'm sure we'll talk about this more internally.

Though I feel like a full blown modern mmo on a mobile device might be out of the picture I hope we can have some sort of mobile tie in. Either a game that could get us something in the main game (like igc, crafting supplies, or maybe even tips for missions) or something that allows us to access chat with our in game friends would be nice.
I don't remember if it was with CoH or Champions Online but a program called pidgin allowed one to access the game's chat server on a mobile device. It was neat. Granted, people could always make discord servers or what have you, I guess.

An Android Chargen had been mentioned way back, not a priority currently though.

You guys seem to have a low expectations of the computing power of some of the latest phones.
"the latest" flagship-class phones are better than some laptops I'd wager.

At this time we aren’t set up for use on mobile or tablet devices. Our focus is our primary platform of PC.

My primary concern regarding mobile devices is not so much the computing power but rather storage. While is does go up it can still be a fairly limiting factor, at least at present. I guess we'll have to re-evaluate once CoT launches and see what the mid-range mobile is at that time.
