As I am sure most of our lurkers know, CoT's music is being written for it by Hellwreckage, so MWM will presumably own the copyrights for said music. But I recently learned of an issue that Twitch Streamers deal with when they post their streams on YouTube: If they don't cut out the copyrighted music, it can get pulled by YouTube.
So my question is, would there be a way, without weakening MWM's copyrights, to let the streamers post their streams on YouTube without them having to strip out all of Hellwreckage's cool music so that it doesn't get pulled?

Music from games is rarely (but not never) the problem; It's usually when they play other music while streaming, or when the game uses music that they don't own the rights to; For instance if I were to stream Borderlands and keep the "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" intro, I might have my video/VoD pulled for that, since Gearbox only leased the rights to the song, rather than owning it. Very, very rarely will game developers assert their copyright for streamed video content, either for the video or audio portions, unless it's clearly exploitive usage, rather than the transformative usage that gameplay videos and streams are usually considered; It ends up being both bad press for them, and counter-productive since streamed content is a non-negligible source of discoverability for games, especially smaller indie developed games.

There's a couple of things to address here. First is the assumption/guess that Hellwreckage will sign over copyrights to MWM. My guess is it would more likely be that Hellwreckage would retain their own copyrights and simply grant MWM non exclusive permissions to use the musics in question. (Pretty sure this amounts to what you meant, but legal wording gets tricky.)
And on the actual question, MWM and Hellwreckage could simply set up a contact page for permissions to be granted with some conditions like attributing the music to Hellwreckage during the video. Assuming they want to of course.
*Please note that I'm NOT a lawyer and that copyright is a complex subject for anyone. That said I've been reading the articles at Torrentfreak.com faithfully for many years that very often deal with copyright and feel I've got a better than average grasp on the topic.
I actually asked quite a while ago about an update concerning Hellwreckage's progress and I didn't really get a warm fuzzy about it (e.g. nothing). Any news on that particular front would be great!
The producer has to submit things to YouTube for the autoprotection to kick in. I doubt we will do anything unless it's blatant. And Hellwreckage's music was produced FOR MWM. We are owners.
Edit: For the record I wrote the company's first intellectual property agreement, first Non-Disclosure Agreement, wrote up the original incorporation documents, filed for our Federal and state tax IDs, and filed for our first DBA. I've also advised a corporation or two on intellectual property issues. I might know something about this topic! :D

Sounds awesome! Thank you for the clarification.
Just the sort of "response from someone who should know" I was looking for!
