An email went out quite some time ago asking for name reservations. If you had paid for the perk, you should have gotten it.

I recall an old survey email that asked what we wanted on the memorial wall, but that's different from reserving one's global name. If such a message went out, I didn't receive it either.

I also do not recall receiving an email about reserving globals.
The only email I remember was regarding the memorial wall.
I had forgotten about the @Global reservations until this forum post brought it up. I had to check if there was such a thing, and voila there it is.
