So with the character creator making strong, steady progress, something that we should probably see relatively soon - particularly since it'd likely help marketing to have their iconic designs ready and present in the character creator - is the Paragons, rendered in full 3D and built using the tools that the players are going to have access to.
The reason this strikes me as important is that there has been some discussion over what people would like to see in the examples given to us with the character creator, and while I don't agree with them that there's things missing, it might do well to quell some of the dissatisfaction on top of putting together the Paragons in full glorious 3D. The Paragons are also an exceptionally diverse team; even putting aside ethnicity such as Anthem being black, Cambion and Overclock are arguably nonhuman, and we've only seen completely human characters thus far (though some with some deeply weirdly proportions), and their outfits are different from each other enough that it would be an awesome way to show off everything you can achieve with the materials, costume pieces, and everything else.
Maybe the CC just isn't there yet, but if it is, it might be a wise course to take, even if you have to include the disclaimer of "This is not final"
An infinite number of tries doesn't mean that any one of those tries will succeed. I could flip an infinite number of pennies an infinite number of times and, barring genuine randomness, they will never come up "Waffles".
Hear, hear!
Anthem in particular seems like an excellent ambassador/spokesperson for the game, and IMHO should be quite prominent in your advertising.
Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur.
Didnt they say they wont have non-humans at launch?
Compulsively clicking the refresh button until the next update.
They said that they won't have non-humanoid body models in at launch, meaning stuff like animals or scarier things. Cambion and Overclock are still on human body models, being a half-demon and an android.

The Paragons for reference (in the Where We Stand: The Spandex thread) are:
Arrow Shade
Memory
Cambion
Anthem
Codebreaker
Vodnik
Particle
and Overlock (not pictured)

For me, Anthem and Codewalker are the ones I'm interested in seeing in 3D

I really like this Paragons Concept artwork.
If it's not the representative one anymore, I woul love to see the new one...please :)
I thought Codebreaker was female, in one of the lore-tales we've seen.
Be Well!
Fireheart
... Codebreaker remains female. If you're thinking she's a guy because of the image, compare her shoulders and hips to Particle - she has a slimmer shoulder width and waistline. She's also wearing lipstick, and has breasts. It's pretty clear to me, right in the concept art we have. What made you think she was a guy?

Didn't give much thought to the robot's gender :p
The breasts could be mistaken for overdeveloped lower pecs in my eye

Codebreaker is human. Overclock is the robot. :P

Perhaps it was the way the armor changed the profile of everything. Looks a little like batman ballistic inserts rather than realistically flattened secondary sexual characteristics. I did notice the lipstick, though.

I didn't discount a guy wearing lipstick, but I wear eyeliner sometimes so :p
She's not an android or something?

Whoa whoa whoa.
This is 2018
Codebreaker can be a robot if Codebreaker wants to be :p
I don't think Codebreaker is a robot ^^ (http://titanscity.com/les-parangons-city-of-titans-mmo-groupe-heros-pnj/) but maybe she has a behaviour which looks like it since she has difficulties with social relationship :)
Moreover, it's said that she must work hard to become what she is since she doesn't have super powers.

Codebreaker seemed quite female to me; my first thought on seeing her was “Batgirl”. Feminine silhouette and pose, and the visible bit of her face is also feminine.
Codebreaker is very much like DCs NoFace/theQuestion, but with Batman aesthetics. I highly suspect she is on the autism spectrum. I'd really like to see these characters built up in the AB. I even suggested it in the thread about the internal CC. I can understand why they would be holding those important "box art" and "game selling" characters in reserve until things are more fleshed out. So, they only have to do them once, or so that you don't give them a history or evolution. Sort of a one shot to get perfect.
I think there are plenty of other characters that they could build in the AB that would accomplish the same goals as this thread sets out that would not be as critical to the marketing or development. Perhaps there is a character or three from the devs avatars or from the comic that could be built in the AB. *wink wink*
