Greetings Forum and fellow Roleplayers,
Forum Rp is new for me, but no master is born as a master. So this Roleplay is from my imagination and about character development. I hope my Idea´s are exciting and you join on this adventure. The actions will shape this character and lets see where it brings him.
For the start I created this ooc platform and created another topic for the actual Roleplay. To begin, every hero, villain and between who wants to join can contact me in this forum or PM so you will get additional information that arent visible for the reader.

Okay after reading the introduction I'm thinking my character FLUX would be better. She's more rogue then Hero or Villain. A better idea of her is a Mercenary who takes jobs but very restricted on what she does. She won't kill at least not anyone who doesn't deserve it like her father. Think of her like a Catwoman a criminal who does good from time to time.

I PM'ed info on Hostile Secretary to Jazzhands. I'm inclined to use a male character, though, seeing the preponderance of females.
Rio Lobo is in the area again. Lobo is a sympathetically-inclined (Rogue) mercenary.
Lobo is a mutant from New Mexico. Wolf-life senses and predatory reflexes. Brought in for "treatment" and then experimentation and enlistment by an arm of an extra-national "Directorate" shadow organization [Basically, the CoT Malta replacement group]. Slight lupine cast to features but is not a known shapechanger. Made into a special ops agent by the shadow organization. Abilities significantly enhanced by the Directorate training program. Seriously wounded in a major fight in which his right arm was crushed. While he could not regenerate all the damage, cybernetic replacement worked perfectly. Lobo escaped his "owners" through some espionage work on the part of Curiosity Kilz, an elite "gray ops" espionage organization. They noticed him and decided to recruit him out from under the Directorate. The deactivation procedure to flush out Lobo's implanted nanites left him with a lot of rehabilitation to do, but free of their tracking and control. Curiosity Kilz replaced his original cybernetics with better hardware. This restored his original appearance, as well as offering some additional features.

*chuckle and innocent whistle* Lobo worked freelance for a bioterrorist toxic shaman called Blighthawk not all that long ago. It paid the bills. Lobo felt kind of sorry for the guy, but managed to vanish before the heroes got to his employer. ("A Wing and a Prayer," pp. 217-219, 257-259, 297)

Alright so I got it, The Walrus, a character that I've been bouncing around in my head for awhile. He's an anthropomorphic walrus with super strength and a high pain tolerance that would make Micheal Myers blush through his mask. He's a complete monster hiding behind a thin veneer of a gentlemanly persona. He's an angry fellow, though more in the vain of someone who would plot your end over a perceived slight than one who would go in a beserker rage though he has the ability to do that too if pushed. He'd have a villain role.

Lobo was born down south near Carlsbad, NM. (North side of the Pecos, between Carlsbad and ... forgetting the name of the airplane graveyard town... Roswell, yeah!) He spent time in Taos, though, before the Directorate "recruited" him in 2008. That put him in Taos from 2005-2008 at ages 15-18. He would have been noticed by the city's metahuman/supernatural community, but did not attract the attention of the normals. No cybernetic arm at that point, as you might guess.

So it is possible that Lobo and Ori might have met, or that one had seen the other. But 2007 was when she graduated from UNM, so there would be the separation of high school society vs. college society. Except that apparently some classes at UNM(Taos) are taught at the high school. If any of them were ones Ori needed or could use, she'd have taken them there.

Quite possible. Lobo has always been very obedient to "the pack," however that might be defined at the moment. He stayed in high school, despite the hazing, fear, and distrust. He tended to move more in Spanish-speaking crowds, socially. I will riff off whatever you choose to include. :)

I am confused by the most recent posts by RottenLuck and notears. I get in general that Flux tried to use air pressure to blow the Walrus and crew out of the bar, and the Walrus was hanging on to something, and then there was a blast and some sort of after effects. The details of this are leaving me so confused about what happened that I don't know how to respond. Would you folks mind editing your posts for clarity a bit, or posting here in OOC to explain what happened? I apologize, but I can't understand the action from what is written in those main thread posts. :(

Well you got mine right. Flux used air pressure to try to blast them out. It be akin to a thrust force attack with knock back.

the Walrus held onto a part of the bar which exploded under his emmense strength while trying to hold onto it, it exploded and now there are a lot of pieces of the bar embedded in the Walrus' flesh

I'm assuming there is actually a back way out, but Jazzhands will have to verify. I think Lobo is positioned a step to the left side of the path between the Walrus, Ori, and Jazzhands, on the bar side of the stage. It's not a big place, so he's probably only a few steps away from the Walrus before the Walrus started his charge at the band/stage.
The crowd control agent will affect normals fleeing through it, and will persist for about 30 second before it settles out. Lobo has positioned himself just outside its main area, but it is an aerosol cloud, and will go where the wind goes. It did not look like Flux kept up any wind pressure after her initial blow out attempt, so this seemed okay to use.

Unlike Gayle Force. Flux isn’t creating wind directly. What she did was pull air around Walrus and gang increasing pressure then gave that pent up pressure a release at the door.
For a constant wind she can’t do. She can use the air in her sphere of influence. It would create a vacuum and risk sucking the breath out of her own lungs.

Orichalcia the Bronze is a young half-dragon, and her archetype is Bodyguard (Melee/Support). Her lightning breath weapon is essentially a high-tier tertiary point blank area effect (line) attack. Or maybe it can be fit into a melee powerset as a primary, but for this story we'll keep it weaker. ^_^

Rio Lobo is something like Enforcer (Lethality/Grit/Surprise), a former "Malta" gunslinger. At least, if I'm understand how the archetypes, power sets, and mastery sets work together. It will be interesting to see the combinations. Of course, by the time the game launches, so much will be out of our memories that it will seem new again, anyway. :)

Right the Walrus is a Bulwark Grit/Massive Melee, if there are ever any pet tertiaries he would have those. He has a lot of health and an impressive talent for powering through his injuries. He has the bruiser mastery.

Heh. Against player characters, Lobo isn't going to end up doing a whole lot because his deal is killing what gets in his way, and that's eminently unsatisfying for forum RP. He's ducking out to see if he can help Jazzhands in any way.

Hmm, melee/support vs. defense/melee...
If it was just "Who will win the fight?" my money would be on the Walrus, in the later rounds, probably as a decision rather than a knockout.
But all Orichalcia is planning on doing is delaying.
