Concept: Victoria (going by tori in recent years to get with the times) is a vampire turned during the 15th century in England, . She has survived numerous years off the blood of others...many unwilling to their contribution. Many of the years she has lived she has studied medicine and progressed with its developments With medicine becoming more advanced and people open to the idea of donating blood in return for taco coupons and amusing meme worthy t-shirts, she wants to use this strange willingness to cough up blood as a way to help young vampires (and other blood drinkers) manage in a world less than approving of their dietary needs. This is an interest check to see if any one would be interest in helping run the youth group/blood donation bus...or being one of the blood drinkers that needs help.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of support network does Tori have and would she be willing to help other "monsters?" Say werewolves?
Or possibly an anthropomorphized pet iguana, tragically exposed to an experimental breed of pot, named Mari Guana?

Pretty interesting :) Asher would look into it if there was some sort of spiritual disturbance or backlash, but wouldn't be the sort to attack or otherwise shut it down if he knew the truth of it. He'd volunteer to help out when he could, the mundane things and help mediate any problems with overeager vampire hunters that came around
All are welcome and willing to help. Tori has been around the block a few times....she has a good chunk of change to help rent out a place and to buy the bus and equipment. There would be a "urges control" group for anyone and everyone that wanted to join, lodging under the stipulation that the individuals do volunteer work they are assigned and participates in group, probably fund field trips to colleges for older kids, tutoring, sports groups....the more specific issues such as werewolf shifting she would have to research but would be willing to put in the effort. As for the iguana....she would offer it a place to chill and offer help as much as possible?....thats an interesting creation xD
Ideas and such are more than welcome. She would be looking for more nurses, experienced monsters to help mentor younger members, psychologists.

Out of curiosity, would it be known she's a vampire? From habit, I thought it would be a secret as is tradition, but I realized in this setting, and Titan City specifically that might not be the case.
Asher will be a paranormal studies major at E.U and possibly being part dead himself, I was thinking perhaps a professor or advisor sent him out to do a little investigative coursework.
She doesn't hide it...she doesn't go around screaming "blah blah blah I'm a vampire" but isn't not exactly hard to tell....she is frozen as a nineteen year old girl with grayish skin, ice blue eyes and has a high intolerance of the sun...so either a super plastic goth...or vampire. She is a bit cocky in the sense that she has survived 5 1/2 centuries...doesnt help she is stuck in the nineteen year old mentality despite all the extra knowledge....invincibility complex.

She sounds like great fun to play with :D
She is =]. She is a character with over twelve years of rp back ground. She has been a teacher (in her earlier life since...woman and doctoring wasn't woman's work), she has raised a few adopted children...she has a great great great granddaughter that will probably be helping out (human med student...not sure if I want to make her an npc or pc yep) named Terra Craft.

Don't all nineteen year olds think they're immortal? It's just that she happens to be closer to right than most nineteen year olds. ^_^
My character Rhythiel, while she doesn't need blood, might find it worthwhile to help others break their metaphorical chains, especially if she helped set the hooks (shifting metaphors there a bit, sorry) back when she let her own hooks keep her chained...

Any character can start off as an npc and become a PC, or vice versa :)
Interesting.
My tastes run far away from participating in teen heros/villains stuff, but I find it entertaining to read.
