I admit it will be kinda hard to beat Anthem (one of the best names in the game).
Captain America was the first. But I know Liberty Belle was patriotic heroine's name. Minute Man was a video game speedster.
Seeing the Colonial history of Titan City, such names are probably natural.

Well, it [i]was[/i] an old game. It helps that Minsc and Boo are also in Neverwinter Online, a game I play.
Perhaps I should give it a try. I miss Boo.
Miss Bad Axe. Crowned "Miss Huron County 1938", but was considered by some to be too tall to make it it show biz. In her CO version, she was on a plane to New York (for the Miss America pageant) that vanished over Lake Huron, reappearing decades later near what used to be Detroit. She found herself able to summon a strange axe... Her CoT history has yet to be revealed.

I believe it's about inventing patriotic hero names. Not using pre-existing characters. Though some names of pre-existing characters have turned up, I assume those are because the poster didn't know.
