Creative Challenge: Who is she and what are her powers?
When Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers can't solve the case, they call in Gadget Hackwrench's alter-ego, Rodentia!

She is Rabbit Girl. She has really powerful legs, granting her the ability to jump super high and kick really fast, her Rabbit Sense™ alerts her to danger, and while the ears on the costume are for show hers have super hearing!
"Let the past die. Kill it if you have to."
Rabid Radical. Was Radical Rabbit, but when she got rejected from Squirrel Girl's crew for being too willing to kill, she became a villain to get her revenge and changed the name to Rabid.
She has the power to duplicate herself, as we can see in this image of two of her standing in a room while a third one's reflection can be seen from the front window watching the other two.
Actually not part rabbit at all, but as she has self-cloning power, she wanted something that is a symbol of reproduction. The rabbit is something many cultures throughout history have used to symbolize that.

Moon Rabbit, she has the knowledge to make potions that when broken or drunk will exude exotic effects both defensive and offensive. Temporary invulnerability, increased healing, firestarter, sleeping gas, and so on an so on.
Acidia.
She consumes radiation to grow super strong, like popeye and spinach. She swells to the size of the hulk and tanks the crap out of people. She woke up from a coma a few years back and has no idea why she looks like a rabbit, but she kept the disguise because it's a great disguise.

It was Halloween...
Julie was out trick or treating on the town when she stopped in at the local dive, The Lucky Charm. She Had a couple drinks with a Genie sitting at the bar.
After a fun night she crashed on the couch thinking about the guy at the bar and how he just kept snapping his fingers and saying... something... What was it? Oh yeah, “as you wish...”
She fell asleep with the fake tail and ears and when she awoke found she had somehow morphed into her new form. She now finds herself having hypersensitive hearing and sense of smell. Her vision is much better in twilight conditions though she has developed a stupid degree of farsightedness.
Though she can easily jump as high as three stories now, it’s her speed that’s really buffed up. Been clocked at 120mph with those hare-esque legs!

Powers: Super Leg Strength
Travel Power: Super Jump
Helena Hare was the result of a science experiment gone wrong, or right? A school girl who is a science genius was merely trying to get an A when she was working on her Teleporter. Her pet rabbit hopped onto the teleportation pad while Helena was on it and what came out the other end was Helena Hare, the girl with Superior Leg strength. She can kick so hard it can create a shock wave. Helena can also user her leg strength to jump massive distances.
Along with leg strength, she also attained animal senses which allows her to avoid attacks, listen in on far away conversations, and track enemies.

Hare Spray
A notorious assassin who uses her cuteness and apparently harmless nature to get close to a target, before unleashing a hail of bullets from the rapid-fire pistols hidden in her tall boots. After the hit she escapes using her powerful bunny leap ability.
