Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.
To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.
Not that I'm aware of. I'm sure that if that changes, Patreons will be the first to hear about it.

To my knowledge, the only "special access" for people who aren't Devs is via having been a Kickstarter Backer all those years ago (see the K icon under the avatars). And even then, Kickstarters aren't getting "early access" in the way that it is often defined in the gaming industry.

I donate to Patreon. You do get notified of streams in that platform (though not exclusive to it). You get an entertaining web comic. You get some neat concept art now and then. And finally you know you’re doing a bit more to help the game get launched. That’s it.
That's pretty cool.
This could be a political landmine, but here goes. As a Kickstarter backer I have no issue with Patreon supporters also getting some sort of beta access. I think anyone who has financially supported is deserving.
"THE TITANS ARE COMING! THE TITANS ARE COMING!"
I don't think there'd too much "political angst" with letting any "backer" (defined in this context as someone who 'threw money' at MWM at any point before the launch of CoT) have some kind of "early beta" access.
Now there might be some people who'd get bent out of shape about who gets "early access" to the official launch of the game. But even then in the greater scheme of things that might only upset that weird subset of people who like to be first to race to the level cap of games like this. ;)

Even if I got early access as a beta tester, I am not sure I would participate. If they just need sheer numbers for testing systems and watching statistics, I am your guy. I am not sure I would be a lot of help with expertly evaluating the game and making pertinent suggestions for getting things fixed.
I’m both a Kickstarter backer and a Patreon supporter so it wouldn’t matter to me either way, but I wouldn’t object to this. I’ve given much more through Patreon that I did at KS (I wasn’t nearly as financially secure back then) so to me it seems fair.
Of course MWM has no obligation to do this, when you support Patreon you know exactly what you’re getting. Nobody should expect more.
But it’d be nice...
I didn't even know about their Patreon til recently but it seems anyone who is helping financially support the ongoing development of this game is likely not even expecting an awesome reward like that, it's pretty significant really, they're just doing it to help the game get made so EVERYONE can play it.
That being said, I'm sure no one would complain if all the "financiers" got something like Beta access for their contributions. I'm sure none of it would translate to any kind of advantage in the full release, maybe some costume piece for being a backer at various levels/time periods.
Partreon numbers are sitting at about 110 I think and I have no idea how many KS backers there were total so it'd be a pretty large Beta test. You could knock about 40 off for people that gave under a certain threshold and you still have easily 100 people, assuming Atama isn't the only one who would sit out other than for a stress test it could be doable, but still a fairly large Beta test.
