I'm pretty big into lore so I was just wondering because the cast list so far looks pretty extensive and we still probably haven't even seen half of what the game has to offer. Does anyone have an idea of how many characters, besides player characters obviously, that the City of Titans world encompasses that we can expect to meet, see, hear, and read about?
As I said, I love massive worlds that I can get lost into and escape boring old reality, so that's why I'm asking. Thanks.
I expect there'll be hundreds (if not thousands) of both major and minor NPCs to deal with eventually. That's not really an "aspect" of the game I'm worried about will be lacking in the least.

I have scripts for 807 named NPC's currently in my work cue, and that's not even a complete list.

Frankly I'm almost amazed you were able to come up with a "working estimate" like that so quickly. I would've figured you would've had to have said something like, "Well we've got at least several hundred already..." and then have to spend a few days literally counting them up to even get close to an "exact" number.
This shows at the very least you must be fairly organized which is another good sign for CoT. :)

There are 154 named major characters that are affiliated with factions currently in the Lore Bible.
There are 169 named major characters that are either independent or team-affiliated, but not faction-affiliated currently in the Lore Bible.
There are countless minor characters that are not tracked in these lists, appearing in missions and the like.
I don't believe the number is 807 individual NPCs. However, given that there are 672 generic agent types associated with factions....plus 323 major NPCs...there's 188 scripts missing from Nate's list!
