Well, I don't know that web comic, so I'm gonna make something up.
From right to left...
Kyle "Kittenface" Smith - been part of that "gray area of the law" life the longest, but always has a confused fresh fish look, hence his nickname. He's primarily the team's mechanic and can fix anything from that car to the gun he just finished for Sarah.
Roger "Blarney-Stone" McSween - smooth talking detective and con artist. Not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. However, he's the only one with a genuine super-power, the power of influence. If he suggests something, even those who don't like him must at least subconsciously consider it. It may not be as flashy as direct mind control, but when it works, the mark truly believes it was their idea and it sticks.
Sarah "Sunflower" Stein - She seems like a happy-go-lucky socialite, but her real purpose is to profit off everyone and everything. She's an influence peddler, sometimes tipping off the coppers, sometimes aiding the... em... entrepreneurial types. She has dirt on everyone and uses it to shape the city to her designs, without officially being part of any outfit. She mentally juggles all these complex designs by what must be super-cat-person intelligence. She's the brains behind Roger, who she deliberately allows people to mistake as team leader.
Oh, I forgot. Um.... Amerikatt once tried to join the team. However, Sarah decided Amerikatt was too high profile and would just over-complicate their blackmail racket, so she refused.
Before the world of cat lovers came to love the hero Amerikatt, there was a more beloved group of cats. A gang of cats who's business was bootlegging, extortion, brothels, bribery but also...THEY BROUGHT THE BOOZE!
Prohibition was a bitch for the common man and the Bloody Kitty Gang not only had the best booze and best brothels in town, they also gave back to the community and actually kept the streets drug and crime free (except for them of course)...if you paid them that is!
Calico Jack was once a witch's familiar until he decided to go into business alone, with a few spells and charms stolen from his former boss he has become quite the notorious cat burglar.

Stripes Magee and his gal Lora Bangle are new to this town but they are looking to make quite the splash. Along with Stripes' little brother Timmy Two-Tone they are about to turn this town upside down. Right now they don't have much, crashing in the Alley behind Amerikatt's Veterinary Clinic (because Amerikatt won't turn away a fellow feline, no matter how evil :3 ). But they plan to take over the city, one alley at a time!
