One day I was strolling through Kickstarter and noticed this funding for city of titans . Having peeked my interest I watched the video and decided wow this is great I am going to give it a shot and donate some funds to try to get this game going . November 1 will be 4 years for me since that glorious day and was just curious on my backer number so I checked it out under my pledge and I am number 4574 of the 5003 who donated was curious to see everyone else’s number for fun maybe we can see who number 1 is .

What’s your number ?!
I'm backer number 364.
Been with the project way back when it was Plan Z.

I think I ended up being somewhere around 3500. I haven't even logged into my Kickstarter account in a couple of years - I guess I ought to try it again at some point if for nothing else but to remember exactly what my number is. ;)
I do recall finding the Kickstarter maybe a few days after it started and taking about a week or 10 days or so to plan/decide exactly what I wanted to spend. I suppose my number would have been a lot higher if I had just pulled the trigger on it the day I discovered the Kickstarter but at least I got to contribute to it at all so I can't really complain.

I'm number 1!
... in the eleven hundred range.
Is this to rub it in the face of those who have NOT had the opportunity to back them yet?! >:/

I doubt it. Seems like Mind-Freeze was just reminiscing that it had been almost four years since he signed up.
All in all this would be a pretty lame way to "rub it" in someone else's face because theoretically if that was the goal this thread could have been started at ANY point since the Kickstarter... why wait 4 years for that? Besides the Second Chance thing is happening so at least those who missed the Kickstarter will be getting a literal "second chance" at it.

#4080, but I waited and debated with myself on whether I should back a Kickstarter project. I'm skeptical of KS projects :p
This was the first KS project I backed. Backer #1,294. I'm also pretty skeptical of KS projects, but when I saw spiritual successor to CoH I couldn't have clicked pledge any faster!

That was pretty much why I waited as well. It was mostly the fact that I was a total "Kickstarter virgin" and I basically had to talk myself into "rolling the dice" for MWM. :)
To this day the only other game I've ever thrown any amount of money at was Crowfall and weirdly enough even though it looks like it's going to be a good game I've sort of lost any serious interest in it. I guess I'll still try it at some point (just to get some of my "money's worth" out of it) but I haven't paid much attention to it for like a year now. Oh well...

My first kickstarter was an x-men fan film that marvel (or fox I forget) shut down very quickly. But since then i've backed everything from comics, to toothbrushes. I really like Kickstarter but I am saving up for the COT second chance.

CoT is the only game I have backed, I wish I would have known about/backed A Hat in Time, because it's an awesome game! I haven't seen to many other games that have piqued my interest on KS, but then again I don't much pay attention to it anymore.

I was # 352.
Backer number 3011! I remember I needed to wait a paycheck or two because I wanted to pledge $85 ($75 tier and the soundtrack) and at the time I was not making much haha
