Note, if you guys are going to deal with the homeless, the drug of choice is something called "Dust". It is labelled a hallucinogen, highly addictive, and a sizable portion of the homeless population are addicted to it. It looks like glitter.

kay, so I edited it, he's in the process of going to sleep but because of his augmentations, he can resist it long enough to try to attack you before going under, but he's also not in the right mindset to remember that he has acid spewers and his movement is very hampered by the magic trying to make him go to sleep.

If Gayle and Sheena take the same route to Titan City that Aradwen did, but don't get there in time to see the police car lights two blocks away, they might look around and ask questions and maybe find out about the Elf even if they can't pick up on the Plague Doctor yet. There would be the Hotel she first went to, but they weren't set up to take gold coins, especially Extremely Foreign gold coins, so they recommended the shelter down the street, and either a bank or a pawn shop in the morning. Also, anyone in TC without magical senses would have caught her name as Alicia Silverglass, while those with might have also heard Aradwen Kelebril hidden under the translation.
