For this game the rules are simple:
1. You must create a unique superpower(s)Ones that have NEVER been seen in Movies, Cartoons or Comics.
2. Explain how your Unique Superpower works (in a couple of sentences)
3. Comment on other peoples Unique Superpowers
4. If you are not sure that someone's Unique Superpower or your own is truly Original, then research and find out
5. Have Fun fighting the Evil Villain Cliché

I have a set of nunchucks with generators built inside, they build an electrical charge when I spin them.
I have to wear an insulated costume to use them without shocking myself.

A plant based power set, you get "pollinated" by plants you touch and gain their DNA.
So for example, by touching a rose you can grow thorns to fight the enemy.
Touching a fly trap you morph into a fly trap looking humanoid and can eat your enemies.
Touch oleander and anyone touching you is poisoned.
You can only hold one "DNA" set at once and for a limited time, you do retain some plant powers by yourself such as being able to regenerate limbs to a certain extent and having roots that grow from you foot and can trap enemies so your not completely useless without the DNA.
The power is all based on what plant life is at hand during a fight so city fighting is made difficult.
Styrofoam Control.
Creates and manipulates styrofoam. It packs a punch.

I'd be able to cast a great storm that will make pufferfish rain from the sky, during the fall they will blow up with their spikes out.
When they reach the ground the explode with the force of a small stick of dynamite so there will just be needles flying everywhere shredding my enemies apart!

Paint Manipulation....the power to completely control the surrounding paint in a general radius....
Now I think about it that power could probably be pretty terrifying if you dry the paint...

The power to manipulate clothing. One power could be shrinking clothes, It's hard to fight back when you can't move. If you were falling you could turn your shirt into a parachute.

Skin manipulation: I have complete and utter control over my own skin, I can increase it's thickness and for a limited time even grow tendrils and gliders out of it.

Pretty much Paper Manipulation yes. I haven't actually seen too many metahumans with that power. Only seen it in anime or manga

I'm sorry but variations on matter control that control different materials really don't strike me as all that creative.
The characters are going to do the same things no matter what they control.
I've seen characters who control, all 4 elements, dead flesh, wood, gold, glass, molecules, living flesh, blood, paper, shadows, It's all the same.
They make stuff move around, throw things at people, change shapes to make tools and weapons, possibly even fly around on the stuff they control. and maybe make things, come to life.
A lot of them even create the material they control from nothing (Especially if it's fire or ice)
It's a scary power but it's far from original any more.
How about a character who can detect when other people are in danger (not himself)? That way he always knows where he's needed.
How about a hero who sits in his room creating characters for some game and the characters he makes come to life in the city, Unfortunately he's limited by the game's rules so he can't just make whatever he wants.

Temporary super strength: I have the ability to give myself super strength but only for a few seconds at a time. I can hit like a truck but I can't lift one, for most of my combat experience I have to rely on my knowledge of martial arts for anything that doesn't have to do with punching
