Power: Thermokinesis. Psiberia has the ability to convert the thermal vibratory energy of an object into a unified vector, or reverse the process by converting an object's motion into heat. Bullets explode into vapor before impacting her, running motor vehicles are launched at her enemies as super-cooled destructive missiles. liquefied air rains down upon her enemies, and her tasty beverages simultaneously chill and stir themselves.
Psiberia could potentially end global warming, but we would have to put up with 22 hour days to get it.
