As said in that thread: Not at launch. Probably very late in its lifetime due to the complexity of the animations and the probably little usage of it.

I don't believe there is that much higher chance for it to be implemented if it's posted in the suggestions thread compared to other parts of this forum. Only thing "different" about this one is that this here that we explicitly say what we want in the game, but if the devs see a good idea in another part of the forum they'll implement they won't wait until someone posts it in the suggestions section.
