I made this apocalyptic vision and I'm wondering just what your superheroes would do to save us from this.

I'll tell you that most of my heroes would't be able to do much at all about a threat like this. My heroes tend to have a power level comparable to a tank a plane or a ship NOT a force of nature. Only Donner has weather control. And while he could stop the storm and blow the clouds back out to sea, he couldn't do anything about the Jellyfish Blooms except tell people to stop polluting the oceans and killing the whales.

Oh, my 'anti-Batman' hero is nigh-invulnerable and disgustingly rich, so he'd probably buy-up and distribute a container-ship full of Umbrellas! Umbrellas for Everyone! Un-tainted Jellyfish can be captured and sold to China, or traded for umbrellas.
I'm afraid none of my heroes can help with the apocalyptic singing.

This sounds like the post-global-warming/ocean-acidification equivalent of a Sharknado.
Has anyone seen my mind? It was right here...
Yeah well Sharknado is stupid. Sharks are way too heavy to be carried very far inland.
But this could really happen.

Wasn't saying Sharknado wasn't stupid.

I'm pretty sure my hero (More of a Vigilante) would be able to stop it because he has a whole lot of energy at his disposal, also because he's some kind of harbinger of a godlike being.
However this would mean he has to blast a lot of energy into the sky to destroy all jellies in the sky (which is a downside), and since this is a world wide phenomenon, it would leave him drained and gravely injured since his energy equals his life.
Pro-tip for all the villains wanting to take down my tank, make it rain Jelly fish and Falcon Punch him after he took care of it.
GG WP.
