I just got the update saying you sent this out. I never got it. I did however get the email saying how much money I would have on account. I got that email twice about two days apart.
I tried to respond to the KSPerks email as suggested in the most recent email. That gets bumped back to me as blocked by "spamcop."

Same thing happened to me, and I sent in an email but got no bounce back.
Keep in mind that the original email was from "ksperks@missingworldsmedia.com" and we were more recently asked to email "ksperks@cityoftitans.com" so make sure you're sending to the right address (the new one, not the old one).
UPDATE: Reading another thread, I saw how people used the "forgot my password" link on the http://perks.cityoftitans.com site to get the password. I tried that and it worked, and I was able to log in and choose my perk.
I don't have anything helpful to add, but if you're the same Arc-Mage who was up in the top group of badgers on Infinity, then we teamed up a few times to get some of those more difficult TF badges -- just wanted to say hi, and glad to see you're still around.
