If your wondering, a basic room would contain a standard kitchen area, living space, one bedroom, and bath, beginning at the rent of $300 a month and increasing steadily as additions are requested. As for the reason for pricing, the building owner caters to both civilian and hero alike, and understands that paying for utilities in themselves could be a problem for some, hence the low price...
If security issues arise, a contingent of super powered guards are avaidable if needed, and are rarely are considering the number of heroes within the building...

A tactical snafu by me: at this point in Tabby's story, she's still not comfortable opening up, since she's too desperate to hide her identity. Makes RP'ing options with her limited. I'm likely gonna slip her out of the cicle until time advances for a night or so- the events of the upcoming night (story pending) will put her at a better place for interaction)

I think I'm going to make a slight change to Rotten. Right now I been playing him as a Mastermind. However Rping a Zombie horde of 6 characters 7 if you count fluffy just a bit much every time more if you include a summoned spirit from one of the fallen zombies. So instead I be Rping him more as a Dark Blast/Dark Miasma Corruptor from now on. Anne be showing up more as a messenger from Hel and adviser then a combat role.

Oh I had a few versions of Rotten. One was the Zombie Mastermind, a Dark Dark corrupter, and the one that really worked for his personality was the Street Justice/Will Power brute. I had the brute almost fully purple IOs focused on heath, end regeneration/recovery. Just like a Zombie he just kept going and going wasn't the most powerful damage dealer but very little made a dent in his heath and end.
Of course RP wise it was logical his powers changed after the power of the Orb was absorbed into his body. Rping so many characters Ron the horde as well as Rusty Parts in the same thread a bit much. Could it be done sure, I done it before just not up to it. So the Dark/Dark/Dark Corrupter it is. Of course change the Teleport travel power to a hopeful Portal power for City of Titans.

I've had a lot of fun with the interactions played out tonight! I'm still sorting out exactly how Pyrolizer's powers will fall into coh/cot classifications, but fortunately I've written lore-based power resets with Summer Heat enough times I could phone that in easily enough, but I think as free form and undefined as things are now i don't want to limit my directive on theory or random anticipation.

I grew up in the south so yeah I still say y'all every now and then. Also, I am not surprised at all by the shift to melee from ranged. As I was writing out how the powers worked for Jeremy I realized I absolutely want to drive him in a direction that didn't exist on CoH and has only been loosely defined as possible in CoT so....we'll see how this goes!
Also, I've got some ideas on how to drive him to being a hero, so I'm not gonna jump him into any superteam at L0/L1.

Not that much. They seem to be a company who heart in the right place, but mind isn't. The kind of thing where they make a plastic eating compound to brake down plastic for recycling or trash clean up and it mutates into a blob. Or make Genetically modified plant that becomes a Man eating monster. That what I think the Devs are planning for Eden tech. That one group that was thought up after I stop being involved in Lore for the project so I have no Inside info about them nor would I brake the NDA if I did.

I'd say this is jumping 1 day + some hours ahead. Where the last post from Gideon_Cross was involved with the after-maul hangout, Gladitoria's post takes place early-morning hours of a full day later. (So like in majora's mask terms, Day 1 @ ~6pm jump to day 2 @ ~3am, but really it's like Day 1 @ 6pm, day 3 @ 3am).

It's possible someone who just fought said assassin might have picked up a souvenir. Maybe deliberately, maybe accidentally. But unless I missed something, no one has told Hypatia exactly what happened after she saw the scene with the guard ^_^
Her plan, if no one has anything for her to use as a focus, is to scry from that point, following the one person she saw clearly in that scene but not before that day, backwards and forwards, and hope she gets lucky ^_^

So what's the timeline for these events? There's the arc with Foradin which I think takes place after the brawl in Museum Heist, but I was under the impression that Talon's movements were between her actions at the Museum...Is Talon's adventure into the records hall after the heist and meeting?

Well . . . What I wanted to do was have something of a debate of ethics. Not unlike a Punisher vs. Spiderman idea. Only in our case, I guess it would be Iron Man vs. Catwoman. Talon with her "stealing from the rich, who don't deserve their wealth" and Edge with his "Individual sovereignty and property is sacred!"
A sort of "needs of the many vs. rights of the few." fight.
Whether this is carried out purely through dialogue, battle, or mid-fight banter, I leave to you my lady.
Things are just in a bit of a holding pattern with some key scenes getting played out...I'm certain once those are done or progressed along to a point more craziness can take an opportunity. I may have something that will incite some chaos, but I'm off for the evening and won't get to it until tomorrow.

That could definitely be interesting! Perhaps he confronts her after one of her many robberies, and he manages to briefly capture her, and before she escape, he inquires about why she does what she does despite the obvious fact that she doesn't have to?

To be honest no. Not in a bad way! It's just that's her personal business. Cutting Edge doesn't mind Talon stealing from a public records building as everything in there was already taken at gunpoint.
Stealing a person's property, on the other hand, he takes as a very serious affront.
Just a little snapshot into his mindset, which is an exaggeration of my own. That's part of the fun of superhero fiction, everything is exaggerated; pushed to it's limit to best represent the message the writer/artist is trying to get across.
Oh rest assured, what's on the flash drive happens to possibly affect the safety of SEVERAL people, including Katrina's own...:)

So then you WOULD be a superhero. You may not like to identify as one, but ultimately, you act with the intention of helping others. The only thing that's "villainous" is that you enjoy what you do. Which, to my mind, doesn't make one evil at all. Not every superhero has to be brooding a top a building in the rain, or feel the weight of the would on their shoulders all the time.
