I remember a mission in the rikiti zone that had a Op group that cast some sort of debuff on you that felt like it lasted forever if you failed the mission. I'm all for consequences for mission failure, but nothing to that extreme. Coh didn't really have a "failed" option so to speak. You simply got kicked from the instance. Some discussion for possible ways to penalize players without turning them away from the game would be nice. Fight Night 4 had a "side" ranking system were you had to reach certain goals or maintain your stats to receive/keep your status. ie G.o.a.t./superstar. Even a mission ranking system like resident evil would be cool. I could just see the chat log conversations now! "I got an S rank on the "hero reborn" mission". Or "My status on "hero reborn" is "Street brawler". I think imma run it again to upgrade my status for more xp an rewards."
