EDIT: My apologies for the lack of responses people have gotten when replying to this thread. Our HR setup was not as smooth as I would like, so processing applicants has been problematic. SithRose, our lovely Board Secretary, has posted a new thread with detailed information about how to apply for specific positions soon.
This thread is no longer active, and will be archived. Please go to the new thread and apply for positions you are interested in using the instructions there:

We have a huge group of creative people working on this project. We need process/organization types to help keep the group working smoothly! If you have any of the following skills and would be interested in volunteering, please contact me:
Upper Management (especially supervision of creative departments)
Administrative Assistant
Executive Assistant
Secretarial
Inter-departmental coordination
Records keeping
Any other office-type work that you think might be helpful.
I know this is a lot less sexy than producing the game itself, but without support, the production people are a lot more stressed and less effective. Let's give them some backup!
Please note: PM or Skype will get my attention more quickly than a forum post. You can use those to point me to a post so I can respond to it in a timely manner. Thanks!

Can you provide a little detail on what "inter-departmental coordination" means?
I may be able to assist there.

Yes please. Give a little detail. I too may be able to assist. Among other things in this department.
I can be a fanatical record keeper if required. Perhaps a bit more elaboration would be helpful. You have a message from me in any case.
I remember when Star Wars was cool...a long, long time ago...
Sent a message a while back to ya. I'm still very available to help =)

Was part of a major retail agency's management team...reckon I've got some experience, though not in regarding this particular venue. Some additional info would be useful...send me a yahoo and we'll compare notes if you want. ^_^
I work at a CPA firm as an accountant and also have many connections in finance and previously a Web Development firm.
I freely volunteer my information. As far as bringing on the project as a client (through myself OR my firm) is a more complicated legal issue (also depending on where your company is established and what type the tax implications vary). I also have an extensive list of clients and recommendations.
I welcome you to contact me via message. I have also already emailed the connections I have in the gaming industry (a UI Designer\, Server Maintenance worker, Web Designers (www.foxwebcreations.com), Database Administrators, and two Game Systems Designers) all of which I am actively recruiting to volunteer their work on the Titans Project. If you're interested in outsourcing some code or labor (not volunteer) I have a great connection for Top Quality work production in Romania (inexpensive labor with a workforce more educated and adapt at english than India or China) from IT Six (www.itsix.com). Again, these are contacts that I have personal connections with and am more than willing to put my weight behind a project I believe in.
Secondarily, I work closely with the editor of gaygamer.com and GaymerConnect.com and live across the street from IGN in San Francisco (lots of fun connections in their marketing department). I want this game to succeed as a AAA quality game. Anything we as the community can do to contribute to that success please let us (and me specifically) know.
Finally if you want to expand on your "crowd funding" with actual venture capital I welcome the ability to aid in putting the prospectus together for potential investors.

P.S. - I was previously working to do much of this same work for a different MMORPG in pre-development but have since put that project on hold and am putting my full support behind City of Titans success. There IS a small issue of non-compete from the other production but it has 6 producers and all of us are big supporters. If there's a function I cannot perform for this reason I will let you know.

So, take the example of the game's graphical interface, which we're no where near designing yet. But when the time comes, we need folks from the art and tech and gameplay and composition (to write the text) teams to regularly meet to design it. The coordinator would arrange meetings, take notes, manage documents, know who is doing what and who the back up is, write a status report, alert members when someone has completed a task that needs to be passed to someone else, etc....
Having the volunteers who are doing the work also have to negotiate the ins and outs of inter-team meetings just takes away time from their work.
Basically we need help with Production (as in Producers, not work output... although, we can use help there, too.).

Zombie summarized the coordination needed nicely. We need people to coordinate on specific tasks and in general to maintain that same type of connection between teams, departments and divisions to keep day-to-day work flowing. That would also be a subset of any managerial position.
The Executive Assistant positions would largely consist of helping myself or one of the two Managers keep track of the vast amount of input we need to deal with on an ongoing basis, so that we can focus on keeping everything running smoothly. The details would vary depending on which of the three positions was being discussed.
The other skills could be used in many positions, so I am referring interested parties to the department that I think would be the best fit for the skills they specifically bring to the table.
Please PM me here or drop me an email at Quinn AT missingworldsmedia DOT com in order to volunteer in response to this listing (if you have not already). The forum thread is for discussion of the posting, not where you actually volnnteer. Given the job category , I consider this to be a good first test of ability and willingness to follow directions. :-J

Secretarial is a combination of admin assistant duties (typing things up, keeping track of email, etc.), and small-group cat-herding. Basically, you assist one or more people in staying on top of their daily intake of information, and make sure they are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Think Jeeves from Jeeves and Wooster, office version, ideally.

Hello,
I would like to volunteer for that, I am currently an administrative assistant, and I am enthusiastic about my work.
If you need an IT developer, please let me know. I am semi-retired and have about 20 hours a week I could devote to developing and maintaining business data entry and reporting systems.

I'm a Human Resources coordinator with a masters in Business Management and have knowledge of finance as well as other management activities. I played City of Heroes for about 5 years and devoted endless amounts of hours. I'd be more than happy to contribute my knowledge and skills as needed to this project. I've worked in many offices and have knowledge of record keeping, employee relations, new hire information including required paperwork for salaries and taxes, most all legalities associated with having employees. Let me know if their is something I can do.
Thanks
Sent you a private message Firefairy with a bit of background about me.
Where are you located? And if this is a job or strictly volunteer?
