TTheDDoctor's Toon Profiles! (V1.0.3)

LAST UPDATE: Added a bit of ambiguity to LLabanTTselel and Aaron Steele's backstories, for future plot flexibility. I MAY BE ADDING NEW CHARACTERS IN THE FUTURE.

I have nothing to do this weekend, so I figured that it would be fine to just post my toons in chronological order. It's kinda funny how I look back and see just how much I've changed over the years. At first my toons were violent killing machines, and now they're calm and calculating masterminds. The earliest toon- Catnin- emerged around 2005-2007 and was scheduled to enter City of Heroes until I got caught up with WWhiteSShadow- well, that's what Catnin and WWhiteSShadow's names are in English, at any rate. NNekoNNin (AKA Catnin) is shorthand for "Cat Ninja," and lived up to his name beautifully as a ninja-werecat armed with metal claws and a bag of ninja tricks. The next in line was LlabanTTselel, (AKA WWhiteSShadow) crafted around 2009-2010 and acted as the name of my CoX toon for the duration of my stay there. He was also an anthropomorphic cat, but his arsenal involved the manipulation of white shadows (READ: negative energy attacks dyed white) instead of using stealth and ninjutsu. After the fall of CoX in 2012, I created the alias of AAlbusUUmbra. "AAlbusUUmbra" is Latin for "WWhiteSShadow," a name brought about by my interest in the language after I learned about its scientific and ecclesiastical roles throughout history. AAlbusUUmbra is most known for his appearance in Stickpage's RHG tournament as a cyborg martial artist who uses psychic powers to unleash powerful techniques. The final toon is the Doctor, ushered forth in this year of 2014. The Doctor is meant to act as my persona that is mostly separate from fictional universes so their influence won't affect hir. (READ: game event where powers are drained, the polls write the story, game mechanics favor different powersets, game mechanics don't offer exact powersets, etc) When sie does enter fictional universes like CoT, sie often either stands in for author personification, the fellow behind unexplained or non-canon events, or an indirect influence on my toons' story arcs. And now, ladies and gentlemen, the toons themselves!!

POWER DESCRIPTION: The Doctor is not entirely physically bound to this dimension, and so relies on hir psionic abilities to control hir would-be enemies and convert them into hir henchmen. With legions of disciples doing all the dirty work, the Doctor simply watches the carnage while brushing off anyone who attacks hir aspect. Overall, the incorporeal embodiment of the human mind.
APPEARANCE: In this multiverse, sie is a glowing, semi-incorporeal phantasm that is essentially a manifestation of hir will. This phantasm is pure-white, and shaded using different levels of opacity. Dons a long trenchcoat with an undershirt and white pants. The coat's collar is often turned up to cover hir neck and head. Hir exact facial features are a mystery.

BACKSTORY: The Doctor was a talented innovator in the medical world from a locale unknown to anyone. All information regarding hir personal identity is closely guarded, and nobody has ever succeeded in catching one of hir minions for interrogation. All anyone can say for sure is that sie is a visionary who brings glory and prosperity to wherever sie and hir Empire venture. Sie regularly rounds up and converts criminals into reputable citizens, plants hir noble installations throughout the land, and preserves the lives of hir fellow man at all costs. Hir acts of honor and charity have garnered respect and admiration from the populace, but there is another side to hir... The Doctor is a mighty personality, both authoritatively and physically. So powerful is hir influence over the lives sie touches that sie claims to not be bound by mortal laws- SIE decides what laws can exist, and follows or breaks the ones laid out by society as sie sees fit. Luckily, most of Titan's major laws sit well with hir, so the authorities don't actively track and hunt hir. The word luckily should really be stressed, though, as any officers who have ever crossed hir have disappeared while on pursuit or investigation- a few of their friends and loved ones claim to see the Doctor's troops bearing familiar faces, and a handful have claimed to have seen their lost members among hir ranks. The looming guarantee of disappearance and assimilation haunts all who oppose the Doctor, and so it is that many men of action give hir a wide berth. Many speculate that at any moment, some key public figure could be kidnapped and turned into a mole for the Doctor's schemes; others speculate that there may already be hundreds of moles. And most unsettling of all, the gathering of hir champions on Titanic Earth has caused their psionic signatures to resonate, allowing hir to form stronger telepathic bonds with them; this psionic echo-chamber has even amplified hir power to the point where sie can directly combat the heroes and villains of Titan City, and as hir champions grow mentally stronger, so too does hir presence on Titanic Earth become increasingly overwhelming... For all this and more, the Doctor is both loved and feared by the people of Titan City.

POWER DESCRIPTION: This master of battle takes on the persona of a crimson ninja, merging the forbidden martial arts and skills of ninjutsu with his beastly power and technology to become a legendary killing machine. NNekoNNin's arsenal consists of a set of claws- 4 retracted down the length of his hands and feet with 5 coming out of the end of each digit- in addition to several pieces of ninja equipment and a series of specialized, self-guided shurikens that can be used to deadly effect. All of these are made using a mysterious alloy known as "crystalsteel," formed by melting carbon and super-compressing it into an unimaginably tight mold, forcing them to condense into diamond, then wurtzite, and finally lonsdaleite. The molded lonsdaleite is referred to as "crystalsteel" due to its smooth finish, which is different from the rough crystalline shape that normal crystals would form. Crystalsteel is the hardest substance known to man, and is a good-enough insulator to allow heat and electricity to wash over the wearer, even being used as a means of creating Electrical Armor and weapons when infused with magitech. NNekoNNin readily uses these properties to give his arsenal an edge over his enemies. Overall, a magitech-enhanced ninja with enough shurikens and claws to mince entire platoons of enemies in seconds.
APPEARANCE: In his human form, NNekoNNin is a half-Caucasian and half-Asian individual with wiry muscles and spiky black hair. He typically wears a ruby ninja suit with a dragonscale pattern on it with a particularly ornate-looking mask that bears draconic imagery. A short crown of spines frames the top of the mask. A black bandolier housing the dimensional storage bays for his many unique shurikens hugs his torso, and he boasts 2 black belts- a short one and a long one; they are tied around his head and waist, respectively. In his werecat form, he gains the ears, tail, full claws, face, and pelt of an Egyptian Mau.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: Human form | Werecat form | Werecat form, brandishing claws (closest approximation; placement of claws is inaccurate)
BACKSTORY: NNekoNNin was born to a unique race of beings known as "werecats," of whom could transform into half-felines blessed with the grace and power of such large predators at the drop of a hat. NNeko also gained the ability to ascend further into the form of a powerful dragon thanks to a sadistic experiment that further mutated his DNA, giving him the ability to either suppress his werecat or dragon side in order to turn into the other form. As he prefers to stick to his roots and as he would be too large to mingle with society easily as a dragon, NNekoNNin is most often seen as either his base form or his werecat form. This curious specimen was a child mercenary-turned-physicist who- after finding a huge geode with the Doctor's psychic imprint in it- was cajoled into engineering a race of super-soldiers by way of tampering with the laws of physics to augment men beyond what should be physically possible, thus allowing him to conquer the world. With his race rapidly maturing to adulthood thanks to time manipulation abilities, he was able to grow and train an army of fanatically devoted soldiers and form a band of warriors named the Hasentōki. These super-soldiers used bladed weapons as their gimmick, were trained to be on par with the greatest fighting forces on Earth, and were organized in a strict military caste that weeded out the weak and ensured that mutiny was impossible by putting the strongest in charge. From the bottom up, this caste runs as follows: Seimei Torūpā, Yūki Torūpā, Meiyo Torūpā, Eikō Torūpā, Tenshi Torūpā, Tengoku Torūpā, Ryū Kishi, Ryū Tenpurā, and Jō-Tenpurā. There were 9 Ryū Tenpurā (including the Jō-Tenpurā) that ran the paramilitary force, and NNekoNNin was at its head. NNekoNNin later learned how to use gene therapy to allow his super-soldiers to breed, allowing him to inflate his army into a small nation. Using his knowledge of physics-breaking technology, he terraformed a huge archipelago for his disciples of war. Christened Guradiusu, it gave rise to a larger military umbrella faction known as Hoshi Mōi-Ryoku. Hoshi Mōi-Ryoku is a futuristic military that focuses on brute force, calling upon either a ton of dakka or mechanized Hasentōki to shred through enemies. As he absorbed victims into his ranks, NNekoNNin ran into several magic users and superheroes who- under his fanatical control- told him all about how to use other kinds of magic to further enhance the "magitech" that NNekoNNin had already incorporated. The nine Ryū Tenpurā could only keep control over the rowdy masses by donning their own armor and jealously guarding the most powerful magic techniques for themselves. Equipped with powered corundum armor and master-level enchantments, NNekoNNin and the Ryū Tenpurā are now the iron-fisted warlords of their home-multiverse that live for conquest and devastation.

POWER DESCRIPTION: LLabanTTselel has a pair of absurdly long, 2-foot claws that can retract into his forearms, and are made of the same peculiar crystalsteel that NNekoNNin's arsenal is made of. While sheathed, LLabanTTselel cannot move his wrists, but considers this a minor inconvenience in light of his enhanced dexterity and surprisingly nimble fingers closing this gap. When clad in powered armor, these claws are substituted for with blue-hot plasma blades that inflict massive burning damage to his foes. His armor also has a powerful energy shield that sets up a static field over the surface of his body, thereby allowing him to repulse anyone and their attacks with untold amounts of amps. LLaban can also secrete and manipulate a luminescent white gas that instantly dissolves whatever it touches- a signature power that led to the creation of his alias. Analysis indicates that this substance is, in fact, a mass of positively-charged hydrogen ions. As the concentration of hydrogen ions determines the pH of a substance, the 100% concentration of these protons means that the "white shadows" have a pH of negative-infinity. It is theorized that they are suspended in LLabanTTselel's acid ducts by way of bio-electrical energy barriers in order to prevent self-injury. Overall, a brash fighter whose claws and ionized clouds of acid keep his foes on their heels.
APPEARANCE: His face is covered with a round white mask whose only feature happens to be 2 pentagon-shaped eyeholes. His hair is styled into a fauxhawk. He is definitely buff, and his musculature shows through pretty much anything he wears. He is commonly seen wearing a white trenchcoat with fanged epaulets and a military cap. The coat and epaulets have a gold-and-black trim. Wears work boots, crimson fingerless vambraces, and a 2-piece silk suit underneath. The silk suit is also white with a crimson trim. His bodily appearance appears to be an mutated anthropomorphic feline. His pelt is modeled after a cheetah with a silver base and burgundy spots, while his ears are shaped like those of a caracal's. His chest and ribcage have been expanded to house a massive self-sustaining cardiovascular system. He cannot move his wrists unless if he unsheathes his claws because his claws are half a meter long and so retract all the way into his forearms. He has caracal ears and a curved, segmented blade on the end of his tail that can flex and stretch at will. LLabanTTselel can also enter a suit of topaz-encrusted powered armor that boasts chiseled armor plating, an armored crimson cloak, and a visage whose shape perfectly matches his mask. An impressive crown modeled after the crowns worn by Egyptian pharaohs adorns the top of his helmet, housing a lot of durable computing technology that helps him link up to a sort of "hive mind" that his military shares.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In uniform | In uniform, brandishing claws | In powered armor | In powered armor, brandishing plasma blades
BACKSTORY: LLabanTTselel was a scientist who, like NNekoNNin, engineered the means to take over his world. The Doctor approached him in his ex-military days, after having served in the Maglan unit of the Israeli Defense Forces before reveling in vigilantism immediately afterwards. Like the undisputed ruler of Guradiusu, LLaban is believed to have been cajoled by way of an object that had the Doctor's psychic imprint on it- his mask. However, instead of conquering the world by way of military superiority alone, he preferred to buy his way to world domination. Shortly after creating a private military corporation to provide a financial base for buying land out from under countries, a crisis on NNekoNNin's Earth resulted in the legendary Jō-Tenpurā calling upon his forces- of which were ahead of both their planets' times- to aid in a great war. After the two great leaders recovered from their shared ordeal, LLabanTTselel worked with NNekoNNin on his projects, but wanted to focus more on economic growth than military plundering. Still being a like-minded ally to him, NNekoNNin allowed LLabanTTselel to take his own band of disciples- known as TLS- and bolster their alliance from LLabanTTselel's multiverse while also supplying the alliance with a mighty boon of supplies from their economic powerhouse. TLS is a corporation that specializes in security, arms manufacturing, and mercenary contracts that provide it with a steady stream of income from many belligerents. Its mercenaries don champagne-gold, mechanized, beryllium-based armor with crimson, armor-plated cloaks and holographic visors. They deploy an array of energy weapons from their left vambrace, referred to as the "Holog-Char'tom" (Holo-Bow) in reference to its shortbow-like shape. As a power that was founded separately from NNekoNNin's Hasentōki, Taagiyd L'chiymah Shiput has its own ranking system consisting of alternating under-ranks and over-ranks that specify exact positions, like Private FIRST CLASS or BRIGADIER General. They read as follows: Tat-Abiyr, Meal-Abiyr, Tat-Tzal'van, Meal-Tzal'van, Tat-Chozeh, Meal-Chozeh, Tat-Adon, Meal-Adon, Tat-Netzer, Meal-Netzer, and El'yon-Netzer. When the coffers overflowed from war, LLabanTTselel took the money and started turning his megacorporation into a self-sustaining empire with his old friend. Buying out developing nations along his Earth's equivalent of the Ivory Coast, he worked in conjunction with NNekoNNin to expand the Guradiusu-Tzaluveretz alliance into an economic and military superpower, turning the two sketchy dictators into a duo that could spell doom for the free world.

POWER DESCRIPTION: AAlbusUUmbra utilizes his legendary psionic talents in combat, which he refers to as his "PSI-Jutsu." These powers are channeled through his Electronium Core, which is a super-dense mass of electrons compressed together by their own gravitational well. The raw gravitational energy and electromagnetic storms created by this perversion of physics is safely absorbed by the reactor in his chest, giving him a nigh-inexhaustible supply of raw power to supplement his psychic potential. The ability to bend reality itself to his will makes him a terrifying opponent, and the ability to tear the minds of those too powerful to be crushed asunder can put even the mightiest of foes down. He also has a host of cybernetic parts that he can use to use abilities like flight and super-senses, but these are largely dwarfed by his PSI-Jutsu Abilities. Nonetheless, they are useful for helping him use his psionics more effectively. This is doubly true for his fighting skills, which are really only useful in itself when dealing with supers who are fragile enough to be injured by a non-super's blows; however, many of his more physical (albeit lesser in power) PSI-Jutsu Abilities draw on his capacity to hit his opponents, such as Navitas Percute and Gravitas Amoveo. Overall, a psychic whose power resonates with his cybernetic augmentations and mastery of martial arts.
APPEARANCE: Wears a black tuxedo covered in a golden grid with dot-like markings in each tile. The tux has a golden trim, and he dons a golden mask made of an unknown alloy. The mask has a crimson Santiago cross painted over it, with rectangular eyeholes. His hair is wavy and styled to sweep over top of his left eye. (READ: Hipster hair design in CoX) 2 antenna-clad earpieces completely cover his ears, and a metal collar clings tightly to his neck- both accessories bear the same runes as his tuxedo, but they glow a phosphorescent white. His hands are covered with golden latex-like gloves. What little skin of his can be seen is translucent white with his veins clearly visible beneath. His gait is suspiciously straight and rigid.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In tuxedo | Tuxedo removed
BACKSTORY: The origins to this mysterious super-being are shrouded in mystery. Some say he was a right-hand man who changed his identity under the Doctor to get away with whatever shady tasks he was assigned. Some say he was a man taken straight from the morgue and given life again by the Doctor's disciples, or that sie pronounced him dead and altered the broken man's identity, slowly twisting him into hir pet. Still more speculate that given the stinginess of the Doctor when it comes to deploying humans into dangerous situations, AAlbus- used for combat as much as he is- is nothing more than a soulless android tailor-grown to obey hir every command. No matter what theory you follow, the earliest report of AAlbusUUmbra was when he was first sighted near the focus of a mysterious earthquake, working with the Doctor as hir second-in-command. This peculiar being runs a faction of warrior-scientists known as Ordo Scientiae, whose military personnel don graphene skinsuits and laser rifles with bayonets for their loadout, and incorporate reusable grenade vambraces as an auxiliary weapon. Ordo Scientiae's ranking system mirrors that of LLabanTTselel's, though the ranks are in Latin rather than Hebrew. This similarity in organization has led to further speculation that LLabanTTselel's forces may have given rise to this psionic being, with the Doctor overseeing his creation. Furthermore, the uppermost ranks- the "Clabula" ranks- are shared with the governmental body due to the far-reaching power of the technocratic pseudo-oligarchy that heads the faction. From the bottom up, Ordo Scientiae's military ranking system runs as follows: Sub-Eques, Super-Eques, Sub-Peregrinus, Super-Peregrinus, Sub-Vates, Super-Vates, Sub-Dominus, Super-Dominus, Sub-Clabula, Super-Clabula, and Arch-Clabula. AAlbus is commonly seen searching for extra wealth for his master whenever he is not running his master's chapter on this planet. Originally this wealth stemmed from gladiatorial tournaments that mangled his body and forced him to repair himself over and over again, but his skills and powers allowed him to accrue enough prizes and reputation to find work with mercenaries and other odd jobs to supplement his gladiator career. However, AAlbusUUmbra eventually came to Titan City because it was a focal point for supernatural power. The reason for this shift in attention from accruing money and resources to harnessing otherworldly power is because of a development whereupon an arch-nemesis arose and cursed AAlbus with terrible misfortune. First coming to gain the power to rid the curse, AAlbus now comes here to strengthen his psionic abilities in order to combat his sworn enemy, all the while making his mark and staking his claims in the public and underworld alike. In fact, as part of his training, he regularly defends his assets and secures new ones in Titan City alongside the Ordo Scientiae soldiers posted here. Supers beware- he'll duel anyone who threatens him.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Zeds has an incredible amount of control over the forces of darkness and shadow, allowing him to manipulate negative energy with ease. He is also gifted with necromantic powers, allowing him to spawn undead armies. His powers can manifest in many ways, ranging from shadowy tendrils that lash out at foes, to black fire that breaks the chemical bonds of anything that touches it, to creating rifts in space to walk through, to ritualistically resurrecting himself after death. Oftentimes, he uses this power to create a shadowy armor around himself when engaging tough opponents, and to envelop his signature black blade in deathly energy- having decades of close combat experience, Zeds is no stranger to swordplay. Overall, a masterful manipulator of darkness and undeath that can conjure up shadowy arms and armor to skillfully put down his many foes.
APPEARANCE: A young-looking vampire with a unique set of eyes, pale skin, black blood vessels visible beneath said skin, and an athletic build. Zeds is often adorned in black robes with a midnight trim, but his shadowy armor appears to be made of supernaturally-tough obsidian, and sports a menacing appearance.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In robes | In robes, brandishing sword | In armor | In armor, brandishing sword
BACKSTORY: Zeds hails from the same planet as NNekoNNin, but rather than being born into a tribe of werebeasts, Zeds was instead born into a family of vampires. Zeds's real name was modeled after the royal-esque nature of his family, for these vampires were part of a clan for undead nobility known as the "Vampire Knights," who consisted of the most gifted and powerful warriors among an already-superhuman race. Already of noble blood, Zeds took a profound interest in dark magic, quickly rising in rank and status as he magically-enhanced his body to overpower all who opposed him. Eventually, Zeds's power rivaled that of the leader of the Vampire Knights- Bodythief. To avoid a coup, Bodythief arranged for Zeds to have his own cult of personality, and to maintain a voice of authority in the Vampire Knights if he swore not to tear the clan apart with his thirst for power- authoritative and magical. This cult became known as "The Darkness People," and they eventually came to worship Zeds as their god once his power surpassed all other vampires. The cult pillaged countless other clans and took their lands, forming a tainted sphere of influence for the overarching Vampire Knights. Then one day, as they looked for smaller clans to prey on, they came upon NNekoNNin and the Hasentōki, which appeared to be a laughably-small force of about a dozen men who staked an entire island as their territory. Having been mostly-reliant on magic, the Hasentōki's infusion of technology into their already-holy magic took the cult of vampires by surprise, resulting in Zeds being slain by NNekoNNin and his forces time and time again. After many deaths and resurrections, Zeds and his personal clan- followed by the Vampire Knights that hosted them- were eventually wiped off the face of the planet. Yet, in the shadows of willful ignorance, the forces of darkness gathered... As NNekoNNin rose to conquer his homeworld, Zeds resurrected once again, and his attention turned to other worlds that could be pillaged for blood and profit. Now he has come here, the potential to mingle with other magical forces enticing him with the power to destroy his old enemy. And with his newfound power, he shall raise The Darkness People from the ashes.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Aaron's powers center around his ability to control the fabric of space, which he often manipulates to create pockets of space where all forms of ambient energy are trapped inside in order to turn these pockets into self-sustaining beings, which are referred to in their humanoid forms as "void soldiers." They often carry "void weapons" made using the same means, and can run off of zero-point energy. When "killed," these pockets of space collapse, resulting in supercavitation and the releasing of the soldier's stored energy to create a sizable explosion. If enough gravitational energy is poured into the manufacture of a void soldier, it can even turn into an "Avatar of Aaron," which can mimic his personality and powers, although the avatar's power is only a fraction of the true Aaron's power. Aaron can also bend space around himself to set up gravitational waves that disperse any attacks that hit him, (alongside absorbing energy like his void soldiers) unless if they are powerful enough to breach the graviton barriers. This gravitational aura can be amplified when his armor's reactors add to the energy he can exert, and his armor alone is comprised of titanium-alloy non-energetic reactive plating, which makes penetration exceedingly difficult. Finally, Aaron makes use of a mighty, double-bladed greataxe to rend anyone who gets too close in addition to acting as a conduit for his spacial power- typically by telekinetically controlling the axe or increasing his striking mass to titanic levels. Overall, a heavily-armored, space-bending scourge of reality with a giant axe.
APPEARANCE: Aaron's appearance is that of an anthropomorphic gray wolf, who frequently dresses in black leathers. He is most commonly seen wearing his black vest with bulletproof plating tucked away alongside either a pair of shorts or pants. In colder conditions, a black leather jacket is worn over that. He also wears a pair of black fingerless gloves; when going barefoot isn't an option, he wills himself into donning a pair of black combat boots. Aaron's armor is solid black, with only the helmet differentiating from this color, thanks to its glowing red visor and its pair of abominable crimson horns. He is practically never seen without his greataxe, which boasts crimson edges with a skull-shaped hilt, complete with his helmet's glowing red visor instead of a typical skeletal face. The axe's king-sized head is wickedly-bladed, with even the pommel being a pair of double-bladed (and double-edged) scythes.

BACKSTORY: Aaron Steele was an old colleague of LLabanTTselel who aided in the creation of Taagiyd L'chiymah Shiput, serving as a faithful deputy and scientist for the eccentric owner of the corporation. At the time, Aaron did not have many opinions on the world, seeing it as just a chaotic realm full of people chasing after different ideals and goals; it was difficult to deduce what philosophical paths to follow, so Aaron gave up on the politics of TLS and focused on his role as a scientist, obeying the commands of his superior so he may advance technology- it was the only thing he truly had any faith in. Then, when the Earth that Aaron and LLabanTTselel hailed from called for radical action against the corporation for doing business with the enemies of multiple powerful nations, LLaban refused to back down. Having already become something of a NGO-superpower, TLS pooled its profits into a bloody revolution, sowing chaos and oblivion across the offending states as headquarters, factories, and bases of operations full of workers began a guerilla warfare campaign against these nations. Eventually, it was agreed upon by a truce that TLS may conduct business with whoever it wished to, on the condition that it take its assets outside of the nations that it was forced to attack. Though LLabanTTselel was overjoyed by the news that his corporation was off the hook, Aaron Steele looked upon the devastation wrought by the very armaments he helped design for the arms-manufacturing and information-technology corporation... and fell into despair. The one thing he took solace in- the advancement of technology to better the lives of humanity- just made the world burn. No longer was there any clear path for him. From that point on, Aaron fell deeper and deeper into depression, finding no meaning to life and no reason to go on. But rather than quietly killing himself, Aaron took a... different approach to the apparent pointlessness of life. Aaron became a nihilist, and after years of emotional isolation began to distrust the world he lived in. It didn't seem to belong anymore. This Earth of his seemed to be fake, and before long he felt as if he was in a dreamlike state; finally, Aaron concluded that reality is but a nightmare that he cannot awake from- he had become a solipsist. In a cocktail of depression, fear, anger, confusion, and insanity, Aaron experimented in LLaban's laboratories to find a way to gain the power to unmake reality, so that he may finally achieve "a more blissful dream." The months dragged on, but eventually Aaron found himself with the power to manipulate the fabric of space itself. All the while, TLS had grown into Tzaluveretz by this point, and had grown powerful enough to begin spreading across the world as an empire. The time to act was now, and he would start by unmaking his superior- LLabanTTselel- and the accursed empire whose bloody actions forever sundered the only thing he had any faith in. Void soldiers spawned across Tzaluveretz, and a colossal civil war drowned the Ben-Tzaluveretz in their own blood. Both sides were taking heavy casualties, but at the climax of the battle when LLabanTTselel met Aaron in the capital city of Kokhavkiryah atop the capitol building of the empire's capital city- Kokhavkiryah M'tzudah. One epic duel later, the deputy's grand plan to erase all of reality was cut short by the skin of LLaban's teeth. Aaron's mortal injuries forced him to disperse his form through space, to reform at a later date; in his dying breath, he swore he would return even more powerful than before. To this day, waves of dread are known to wash over any living creature who come within proximity to his avatars, which mirror his power before his defeat. One such avatar has come to Titan City in hopes of drinking the supernatural energy of its denizens to fuel his power for when he returns in earnest.

POWER DESCRIPTION: AArbmuSSubla wields the powers of Hell itself, able to open rifts in order to send evil spirits unto the battlefield and give them corporeal forms. Additionally, he can generate a seemingly-unlimited amount of burning sulfur, whose blue glow comes not just from the chemical reactions, but also from the insanely high, blue-hot temperatures that the sulfur burns at; being literal hellfire, this burning sulfurous plasma also has the ability to burn souls on contact, causing intense physical and spiritual agony that can sap the control one has over mystical forces with continued exposure. AArbmu has seemingly-full control over the demons he summons, and can manipulate his hellfire in a great number of ways- most often by finding new creative ways to incinerate people. Additionally, AArbmuSSubla wields a tremendous scythe that he can swing with ease thanks to his demonically-enhanced strength; the scythe has been enchanted to be unbreakable, and can be summoned to his side at will. When holstered, the scythe's blade folds to become parallel to its shaft and the shaft itself folds in half, reducing the bulkiness of the scythe for easy transport. AArbmuSSubla's demonic strength is only matched by his supernatural durability, which comes from various enchantments put on himself and his clothing in order to enhance his ability to take damage. Finally, AArbmu can cast curses on others by performing various rituals, although this is of little use in the thick of battle. Overall, a hellfire-wielding maniac with supernatural physique that can summon demons, bestow curses, and rend people in two with his fearsome scythe.
APPEARANCE: AArbmu appears as a tanned Caucasian man with an athletic build. He is clad in a crimson, black-trimmed martial arts robe, devoid of sleeves and sporting a hood to cover his head with. He wears loose, flowing crimson pants that appear to be part of his GI suit, and a pair of black combat boots. Black chains are worn over his clothes and skin as a form of jewelry, and a black sash around his waist doubles as a rear holster for his scythe. Occult symbols have been carved into his flesh, and his face is hidden behind a macabre mask with a black one-way glass obscuring his eyes. A crimson scarf covers his neck and drapes behind him, covered in more occult symbols. All of his clothing and equipment has been enchanted to resist damage, although his many heated battles have led to accumulated damage.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In occult garb | In occult garb, brandishing scythe (closest approximation to scythe; there is no scythe model in CoX)
BACKSTORY: AArbmuSSubla came from a broken home whose pregnant mother was left penniless when her husband left her- unable to even afford an abortion, she promptly dumped the child in the woods for the wild animals to dispose of him. Instead, through a strange bonding, AArbmu managed to find a home among a pack of wolves, who raised him as one of their own after picking up the scent of the family's (starving) dog. AArbmu's fiery personality earned him respect among the pack at first, and his constant time learning to hunt and forage gave him a toned body. Years later, a satanic biker gang by the name of the "Sons of Baphomet" found the now-8-year-old feral child tearing into the flesh of a recently-slain deer with his pack-mates. The child was abducted and raised as a member of the gang, initially used in rituals for his lack of pertinent skills and trained to be the gang's personal "attack animal" once his hunting skills mingled with the art of street fighting. The gang affectionately referred to him as "Wolfie," having no way to deduce the child's actual name. Until he became an adult, AArbmuSSubla's vocabulary was stunted, but slowly became able to recite the rites and carry out the rituals of his fellow gang members. Having known nothing but the left-hand path and feral savagery, AArbmu quickly took to becoming proficient with black magic, and became both revered and feared by his fellow cultists for all the favor he had been winning with the powers of evil. Having long been driven insane by the world that raised him, AArbmu finally began to stop processing who was friend or foe, and began to turn on the cult of bikers that raised him; it started with increasingly-cruel punishments to disobedient bikers, progressed to forcing loyal members to be ritually-sacrificed for just standing closer to the altar than some non-member, and finally ended with the wholesale massacre of his sick foster-family. AArbmu's only purpose in life was simply to destroy- the Devil commanded it. He would destroy humanity, twisting it away from God's good graces and siccing his summoned minions on them. He would destroy his planet, wiping off all that was good and green in God's eyes. He would destroy the heavens beyond his Earth, erasing Creation away until nothing remained. He would destroy God- or at least attempt to. However, as he set out to bring all of reality to its knees, AArbmuSSubla's wards picked up the presence of a warrior sent from beyond his planet to purge this world of evil. The being wielded immense power, enough to pose a serious threat to AArbmu in spite of his own tremendous power. In fact, it seemed like such a being was the only thing standing between AArbmu and destroying the world. Acting fast, he began a ritual to curse this new threat with lethal misfortune, in the hopes that it would keep the being from ever attaining its goals. AArbmuSSubla named himself after this being, spelling and stylizing it backwards to wear as a badge of his enmity; at any rate, it was a better alias than "Wolfie" ever was. Miraculously, his new nemesis survived the curse even after losing much of his psionic power (and nearly losing his life) due to a curse-induced accident. After his sworn enemy- AAlbusUUmbra- developed a plan to rid himself of it after somehow learning all about his curse, (the Doctor did it) AArbmuSSubla hunted down AAlbus as he prepared to travel to where he may unlock his psionic potential to help him dispel the curse- Titan City. Arriving at his faction's secret base of operations, AArbmuSSubla overran much of the base with his demons until AAlbusUUmbra figured out how to stop the supernaturally-powerful demons in their tracks. Then AArbmuSSubla went face-to-face with his weaker opponent, only to find that the cunning psychic-android-cyborg-gladiator was able to turn the environment against him, escaping on his rocket to outer space by blowing up the rocket in low-orbit while AArbmu was scaling it and riding the shockwave out into space. Having recovered from the resulting atmospheric re-entry and crash-landing, AArbmuSSubla has now opened a portal to this world, where he hopes to stop his nemesis before he accrues the power to not only fully-free himself from AArbmu's curse, but even gain enough power to hold his own against the omnicidal maniac again. And with his infernal crusade against his greatest enemy comes his infernal battalions of Hell, marching onward to Titan City...

POWER DESCRIPTION: She wields 3 different weapons, all of which have been named "glaives" by people throughout history, and all of which are similar in that they use curved single-edge blades. Each is made of crystalsteel and charged with energy to give it a quantum edge and extra types of damage on hit, as well. The first of these glaive types is the polearm glaive, which can fold in half and mag-lock onto her back when not in use; it sports a large blade at its end, and is used in open environments in order to sweep through multiple enemies at once. The second glaive type is the throwing glaives, which are triple-bladed shurikens the size of dinner plates that can home in on targets and return to their thrower using a built-in navigation CPU and the manipulation of its energy waves to propel it through the air. The third glaive type is the warglaives, which are a pair of double-bladed cutlasses that she uses in close-quarters combat to slice and dice her way through everyone in the vicinity. Her armor is also made out of the Hasentōki's legendary crystalsteel, and uses its energy-harnessing technology to create defensive energy fields that can deflect and mitigate anything that comes into contact with her. Overall, a glaive-wielding master of combat whose irresistible offense is only matched by her armor's impregnable defense.
APPEARANCE: Kin'iro has a nice athletic figure and long, wavy hair; her face is adorned with a crown of corundum, and her wardrobe matches the regality that such a trinket would give off. Her armor is made of the same material as NNekoNNin's, but the armor design is closer to the Hasentōki's "space samurai" look. She has a more ornate suit of armor than others in the clan, rivaled only by the splendor of other Tenpurā. A scarf of charged corundum serves as a bed for macroscopic wormhole generators inlaid within the fabric, which open up the hammerspace where she keeps her weapons.

BACKSTORY: Sasha Gray (as was her maiden name) was born into a small clan of missionaries that doubled as stalwart soldiers for a large territory on Robloxian Earth. The clan was known as the "Christian Warriors," and they stood by the principles of the territory they defended, ensuring there would always be a safe haven for those ravaged by war and persecution to flee to. They helped defend the Western border, but unfortunately, the clan got into a serious dispute with one of the largest clans at the time- the "101st Airborne Clan." The clans went to war, and the 101st proceeded to napalm the crap out of the parcel of territory that the Christian Warriors were in charge of guarding. The fires grew and spread over the Western border of the territory they were sworn to safeguard, and NNekoNNin's hometown burned down as part of the immense collateral damage- he was his tribe's sole survivor. Sasha was also one of the only survivors of the war; they were not even teenagers when the napalm rained down upon their homes. Yet, in this dire time when war threatened to consume them both, the seeds of love were sown; NNeko and Sasha found eachother and fought for survival together, eventually becoming war heroes after they helped the last of the Christian Warriors escape the war-turned-genocide. Years later, the two of them- now seasoned mercenaries who had just become legal adults- orchestrated the downfall of the 101st Airborne clan. A couple more years later, the two finally got married. As they decided what to do with their lives now that the heat of their violent passion had simmered down, NNekoNNin expressed his desire to bring his race back from the brink of extinction, seeing how he was the only werecat left on Robloxian Earth. Having known eachother for over a decade, Sasha Borealis let him share his power with her, and she too became a werecat- not a were-housecat, mind you, but a Siberian tiger. A year later, the first litter of werecats was born, and NNeko's desire to see his race return was finally realized. Still more years passed, and NNekoNNin founded the Hasentōki; Sasha opted to stay a mercenary, but nonetheless was named a "Meiyo-jō no Tenpurā," or "Honorary Templar," by her husband. However, as the years dragged by, she found herself mixing with her husband's faction, and eventually held stewardship in the final events leading up to the overthrow of the godlike beings who ruled the Robloxian multiverse; NNekoNNin had been imprisoned by the "gods" themselves during that time. Now that the tremulous war is over, Sasha has officially taken up the callsign of "Kin'iroSora," or "Goldskye" in the English language. She had become much more involved in the affairs of NNeko's empire, and now she helps push the imperialist machine ever-closer to Titanic Earth's doorstep. But for now, she resumes her life as a mercenary, occasionally pausing her work to give NNekoNNin a helping hand...

She is capable of regenerating from any injury, growing weapons out of her body, morphing nearby flora into man-eating plant monsters, and even using low-level telepathy to make relatively brainless organisms such as bacteria and fungi target her enemies. Wherever she goes on the battlefield, a trail of blood-spattered greenery paints the landscape behind her. Additionally, being part-lioness, Shachֹr has enhanced senses and a heightened physique, giving her an edge in direct hand-to-hand combat in case if making an ironwood branch explode out of her chest and impale her opponent isn't a viable option. Overall, a ferociously powerful master of biokinesis.
APPEARANCE: ShachֹrOr is an anthropomorphic lioness, complete with the fur, head shape, claws, tail, physique, and senses of such a majestic creature. Her tail, however, ends in a hooked tip whose point can be made hollow in order to excrete and inject various chemicals, depending on her specifications. Her hair is often styled into thick flowing locks that run down to her shoulder-blades, but can also be seen partially drawn up into a pair of buns, or even braided. She wears a pointed platinum circlet on her head, and a veil often covers the lower half of her face. Her clothing is made by the flora she controls, hugging around her body in brilliant viridescent shades. The plants' fibers are specially-grown to be unnaturally strong, effectively giving her a set of bulletproof armor while wearing wardrobe items like a leafy dress, vine-spun gloves, and root-woven boots.

BACKSTORY: Years ago, when Aaron Steele waged his civil war against LLabanTTselel, the two hyperhumans squared off in mortal combat atop the citadel overlooking Tzaluveretz's capital city. The fight was long and the two of them were weary from the ceaseless exchanging of blows. Aaron, however, was faring worse than the mighty emperor. And so, in a bid to make LLaban concede, he seized his wife, Dina Blackburn, threatening to kill her with his powers if LLaban did not surrender. LLaban could not kill Aaron without him springing his counterattack due to the fact that he was using a bomb made of solidified graviton waves planted in her mouth like a ball-gag, of which could be detonated by simply losing concentration. The emperor mulled over the situation for a few seconds, then slowly put his hands behind his head. "Forgive me..." he whispered to his wife as he fell to his knees. The nihilistic traitor's minions surrounded LLaban and prepared to execute him, but instead found themselves caught in a shockwave of white shadows that erupted from the emperor's body. The cloud of hazy white death washed over the surprised traitor, consuming him and his human shield in the process. Yet though Aaron swore he would return in his dying breath after the shadows had passed, there was no bringing the emperor's wife back. Riddled with grief and the need to find comfort, ShachֹrOr (pronounced "shah-churr-or") was created by LLabanTTselel to serve as a wife, domestic servant, and domestic guardian. Shachֹr is a biological construct that was engineered in much the same way as AAlbusUUmbra, but rather than having a general mastery over psionics, she was specialized in biokinesis, granting her the ability to create and hijack lifeforms down to and exceeding the cellular level. For this reason, she was instrumental in not only acting as an emotional crutch for her emperor, but also in preventing widespread famines by increasing the efficiency of hydroponics bays and causing the self-destruction of countless pathogens in sources of contaminated water. Her capacity for bending organic entities even let her synthesize lifesaving medicine, effectively making her a one-woman Disaster Relief Agency. On the flip-side, she is also an exceedingly effective biological weapon, and as such was ordered by LLaban to help him obtain a foothold on Titanic Earth- be it by doing damage control for innocents or inflicting massive damage on those who would test the empire's patience. Now she comes to Titan City, bringing with her a tide of biological aberrations...

POWER DESCRIPTION: Nachtschatten is a highly adept wielder of sickles and fighting knives, the latter of which can be thrown at her enemies with deadly accuracy. The blades are made of nano-materials instead of the usual charged crystalsteel that the Guradiusu-Tzaluveretz alliance so commonly uses, and boast monomolecular edges that take advantage of the blades' durability to slice through virtually anything. If the blades can't normally slice through something, a motor within the handles can vibrate the blade so as to aid it in severing the bonds that hold the armor- and its energy shields- together long enough to pass through her opponent's flesh. Additionally, she will often coat these blades in toxins to aid in incapacitating or killing her targets. Aside from being a master of bladed weapons, Nacht also has a ton of fine-tuned gadgets, devices, and traps that she keeps inside of dimensional storage devices (READ: belt and bandolier pouches) ranging from poisoned caltrops to guided flashbangs to mini-mortars to land mines that can fit in your back pocket. Finally, Nacht's bat-like physiology grants her a supreme sense of sound, even allowing her to use echolocation, and comes equipped with a fully-functioning pair of wings for quiet takeoffs and landings. Overall, a vibroblade-wielding bat-ninja with a huge arsenal of traps to ruin everyone's day.
APPEARANCE: Nacht is part vampire-bat, lending her the fur, wings, tail, ears, senses, grace, and partially the face of such a creature. Her visage (READ: nose) is more along the lines of other rodents than the elaborate designs of bats, which was chosen purely for aesthetic reasons. She has shoulder-length hair, which she keeps underneath a crimson face mask that only fully reveals her large emerald eyes. She is commonly seen dressed in a black nanofilament bodysuit, with a splash of crimson appearing on the gloves, boots, shoulderpads, and bandoliers; when being stealthy, it is believed that the nanofibers in the suit can change color to match the environment.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In bodysuit | In bodysuit, brandishing a sickle and a fighting knife (closest approximation to sickle; there is no sickle model in CoX)
BACKSTORY: Nachtschatten was originally a member of the Kommando Spezialkräfte, Germany's elite special forces unit. She was given access to the finest military technology to perform sensitive black ops and counter-terrorism missions, which combined with genetic augmentation to make her more adept at nocturnal and open-air missions gave her a unique specialty within her assigned platoon. As such, Nacht became a fairly indispensable soldier. All of that changed, however, when she went on a hostage rescue mission to free Aaron Steele, a fellow German scientist who had been kidnapped by counter-revolutionaries following LLabanTTselel's uprising. Not only was the man one of the nation's kinsmen, but his scientific knowledge regarding Tzaluveretz's technology was practically priceless. As Nacht helped to deliver him for detainment, however, she was interrupted by a squadron of soldiers deployed by Taagiyd L'chiymah Shiput to steal their top scientist back from both the counter-revolutionary insurgents and the German special forces. A fierce and loathsome standoff ensued, ending with the killing of everyone in Nachtschatten's platoon but her- she had flown away after a tactical withdrawal turned into a full-blown retreat. Seeing her potential as a potential specialist working for TLS, however, the squadron was directed to pursue and capture Nacht instead of killing her or letting her go and becoming a liability. Nacht was imprisoned, interrogated, and harrowed for weeks on end before finally cracking and submitting to the new and shadowy nation that had formed. Nachtschatten was eventually deployed during the crisis on Robloxian Earth, where- while being monitored via tracking chip and explosive collar- she fought under Tzaluveretz's banner. Then World War III came on Primal Earth, and she was deployed to help mop up the survivors and silently end the sieges set upon the most troublesome locales. As time went on, Aaron became more and more interested in the bat-girl who attempted to kidnap him, and slowly began to bond with her as the wars were raging- if nothing else, it was a good distraction to get his mind off of all the bloodshed. In the intermittent periods between battles and wars, they would converse, slowly warming up to eachother as the two came to the conclusion that they were definitely on the same side now. They were both being led by the ear through the wars, neither being all too sure about LLabanTTselel's appetite for conquest, but willing to see it through in the grim hope that it would bring forth a brighter future after the smoke cleared. After WWIII, Aaron even tried to date her, if only to ease the pain he was feeling. Their conversations steered more and more towards ranting about LLaban's hawkish tendencies and discussing Aaron's increasingly-bleak philosophy on life. Nachtschatten did not want to lose the only person she had truly bonded with since her forced defection from Germany, but she couldn't help but sympathize with his grief. However, Nacht could not bring herself to tear down Tzaluveretz- not while it was the only nation still standing. She watched in consternation as the empire was turned on its head, threatening to implode from Aaron's civil war, but she did not dare reproach him. She did not dare stand with him, either. Aaron died a physical death at the war's conclusion, and had she picked a side, she felt that she too would surely have been stricken down by the other side. LLabanTTselel acknowledged the psychological burden she bore over the fall of Aaron, and knowing how flimsy her loyalties already were, decided to honorably discharge her before she did anything rash. Now Nacht has inherited Aaron's wealth, and sits among the aristocracy of Tzaluveretz whenever she is not busy practicing her trade by accepting contracts from extraterrestrial foreigners. (ie. Viridescent Earth, Ununpential Earth, Titanic Earth, etc.) She makes a comfortable living due to the high-risk high-reward nature of her bounties and contracts, employing all of the technology that TLS can lend an ex-military operative to complete her objectives. Now this enigmatic bat-ninja has found a heap of jobs in Titan City, and is poised to reap the rewards of her handiwork...

POWER DESCRIPTION: AAgimundr has the ability to manipulate space and time to various degrees. He can use his temporal abilities to become harder to hit as he takes on damage until he is forced to stop time to enter a healing coma and fall back to strategize, and can regenerate over time as well, but it takes effort to use this ability on others. He can also use his spacial abilities to spawn clones of himself, which are weaker variants with weaker loadouts, or- through considerable time and effort- spawn an instance of himself, which is basically a fully-powered clone. His time-bending powers came from his birthright as a member of his planet's people, and his space-bending powers are theorized to be bestowed upon him from NNekoNNin such that he may expand his empire alongside NNekoNNin's own. As for weapons, AAgimundr has traditionally made use of the swordspear for combat, and retains his penchant for polearms in modern-era settings; his polearm is made of carbyne like his armor, and has an electric vibro-blade to give it maximum cutting power. Overall, a well-equipped, self-cloning soldier who can recover from the worst of injuries.
APPEARANCE: An instance of AAgimundrSStaalsol has a highly varied appearance, depending on the era and available capital of which to construct a loadout with. His true garb is currently unknown, but his physical features are not. AAgimundr has a lean face with a pair of piercing, vulture-like eyes that glow white like the rest of his fellow champions whenever he uses his abilities. Despite his Nordic heritage and the fact that he hails from a feudal world, AAgimundr maintains a clean-shaven face and a short-cut hairstyle, with short sideburns and no bangs. The instance of him that has been posted here is equipped with a graphene skinsuit padded with compact carbyne plates for maximum protection. His blade has a modern design, and is made of the same super-strong materials as his armor. A carbyne helmet with internal sensors provides reliable head protection against supers, but a strong hit can still cripple his sensors and even neutralize him as the shockwave from the impact ripples through him. The helmet's face is sculpted into the shape of a featureless man, with an open mouth to project sound and a pair of glowing eyes to see through.

BACKSTORY: AAgimundrSStaalsol is unique from the other "champions" of the Doctor in that his callsign is his real name- a trait he says is owed to the fact that he never needed to hide his identity, and so merely stylized his name in honor of his title of "champion." AAgimundr was a denizen of Dagorian Earth, a realm of individuals who can recover from fatal wounds by reversing the effects of time on their bodies upon reaching adulthood. Dagorian Earth is actually one of 2 planets that orbit eachother, each acting as the other's Moon like a pair of hunting bolas. The other is known as Belegarthian Earth. Healing can be naturally accelerated through the mantras of Healers, who upon reading poems that help them concentrate their power can amplify one's natural temporal abilities to cure wounds. Once one comes of age, aging slows to a stop and individuals are effectively rendered immortal until cursed with mortality by the Heralds. This ability to conquer death has resulted in significantly dulled self-preservation instincts, making the residents much harder to intimidate and makes them react to pain much more subtly. The Heralds are masters of this ability, to the point where they can influence the time-bending powers of others to render them mortal again. In a world where nobody can die and nobody suffers greatly in their death throes, disputes are often solved through violence by forcing armies against one-another to overwhelm the enemy in long battles, often ending when men die faster than they can "respawn," pushing them off of a claimed territory. AAgimundrSStaalsol was a mighty figure on the battlefield who won the attention of NNekoNNin upon doing a survey of dimensions beyond those already conquered, and chose him to become a champion. Bestowing upon him the ability to bend space to create clones and instances, AAgimundr built for himself a gargantuan army of himself in order to quash all before him and unite Dagorian and Belegarthian Earth, seizing the power of the Healers and Heralds while making himself their head. Under NNekoNNin's influence, their society was bolstered with powerful magitech that gave rise to a new age of prosperity. With his combined armies of his clones and those forced to kneel to him, he formed the gestalt order known as the Horde of Kings, named in recognition of the princely conditions that his subjects now lived under. The ranking system for the military ran as follows: Side, Væpner, Kriger, Ridder, Kaptein, Kommandør, Herre, Edel, Høy Edel, Konge, and Høy Konge. Since then, AAgimundrSStaalsol has used his power to conquer other planets as well as supporting NNekoNNin's forces with vast legions of clones. And now, AAgimundr has planted an instance of himself on Titan City to establish a foothold for the Guradiusu Empire.

POWER DESCRIPTION: AAnihilus dons a massive suit of powered armor that protects hir from all forms of damage; it is made with nanotube-reinforced graphene that is up to 10cm-thick and a polymer-aerogel with shock-absorbing properties comparable to Sorbothane. The aerogel is packed between 2 layers of charged maraging steel that lie directly underneath the graphene, acting as an insulator to prevent the steel plates from closing a high-amperage electrical loop. When a foreign object manages to punch through the first layer of maraging steel, it closes the circuit upon reaching the second layer, resulting in an extremely powerful electrical current passing through the foreign object and vaporizing it. The boots have a state-of-the-art jet propulsion system to allow for enhanced movement on the battlefield. (either flight or super-jumping) For hir weapon of choice, sie carries around a titanic maul that has rockets built into each of the 5 exposed faces of its head; there is also a ring of smaller rockets surrounding the top of the maul's handle, where it is connected to the maul's head. These rockets are controlled by a computer that determines what direction the user is swinging in, then adjusts the thrust of the rockets to greatly accelerate the swings or decelerate if the user is trying to recover from the swing. By default, the rockets emit a low amount of thrust to keep the hammer's head weightless as its user holds it. It is unknown what exactly powers the rockets, but many theorize it to be a superdense fuel source that is slowly siphoned off by powerful energy fields within the head of the giant maul, where the latent heat of the fields allows the fuel to ignite with oxygen to produce the rocket jets. AAnihilus has stated that this can function underwater, or even in a vacuum, suggesting that the fuel either oxidizes itself or utilizes a second superdense core in the hammer where oxygen is stored. Additionally, AAnihilusSStaalsol has access to white magic, which on hir planet is any source of magic that requires a clear mind to cast as opposed to one clouded with raw emotion. (ie. black magic) This white magic is most commonly used to charge hir rocket hammer with lightning, but is also frequently used to engulf hir enemies in white fire. Overall, a walking tank with a giant rocket-hammer that can wield fire and lightning to great effect.
APPEARANCE: Sie is described as having an incredibly thick body that conceals burly slabs of muscle beneath a layer of adipose tissue, but said muscle is more visible around the arms, abdomen, back, neck, and lower legs. Sie has a supple, diamond-shaped face with a relatively strong jawline, displaying a mix of grace and power. Hir forehead is framed in a golden crown to indicate hir regal authority. Hir hair flows down to the middle of hir back in long, flowing locks, but this alongside the rest of hir body is buried beneath colossal slabs of armor. When outside of hir armor, a ballistic nanoweave skinsuit hugs hir body to provide a layer of protection against attacks- especially slashing, piercing, and chemical damage. AAnihilus's armor is composed of layers of reactive armored plating, with a large chest area, impressive shoulder-pads, weighted bracers, and a pair of bracing columns that run up the front and back of hir torso. Additionally, armored faulds surround everything from hir waist to hir thighs, and the boots are remarkably bulky so that they may house a jet propulsion system. On the back of the armor lies the heavily-fortified power source, supposedly fueled by the same superdense material that is inside of hir rocket hammer. As for the helmet, it is as rugged as the rest of the armor, with a single thin visor providing AAnihilusSStaalsol with a view of the area before hir. It is equipped with an advanced sensory array protected behind hir reactive armored plating.

BACKSTORY: AAnihilusSStaalsol is the long-lost brother of AAgimundrSStaalsol, who was selected by his kingdom to venture through a one-way trans-dimensional portal as a sacrifice to appease the demonic invaders who were lived on the other side. So long as tribute was given up once every year, the kingdom would not be besieged. Only the demons and their foul magicks had the means of opening the portal from the other side, so they alone were the only ones who could enter; for this reason, the guards were ordered to kill everyone who came through that portal. AAgimundr mourned the loss of his brother, but little did he know that they would meet again one day. AAnihilusSStaalsol was transported to what he would eventually call "Merethian Earth," a planet warped and twisted by corrupted magical energies, where legions of demons swarmed over the planet. The demons were the epitome of hedonism, and the biosphere had been perverted to their will. The cycle of life had spiraled into overdrive, its inhabitants birthing vast swathes of creatures that died in vast quantities as species smacked into their environment's carrying capacity repeatedly. Coming from a much more ascetic culture, AAnihilus swore that he would massacre the demons on their own homeworld in the hopes of undoing the damage they had wrought, or at the very least providing justice for the billions of creatures who were swallowed up by the hungry maw of death for their accursed new fecundity. For nearly a century, he had waged total war against his diabolical foes- a one-man army versus entire armies- but the blighted planet had slowly left its mark on him. With each passing day, the latent energies from the decadent fiends tormented him more and more, tempting him into giving into the demons' hedonism and being thrown into the vicious cycle that the rest of the planet was suffering under. He escaped the worst of the planet's temptations through his iron will and resolve, but curiosity mixed with the desire to sublimate the burning temptations ultimately caused him to explore the planet's strange and wondrous alterations. He studied peculiar wildlife, read tomes of magical lore, performed dissections on his fallen enemies, ran experiments with the many potions and exotic drugs of the land, and learned of the habits and customs of those affected by the demons' powers. Eventually, he found ways to modify his body to make him stronger, faster, smarter, and tougher than ever before. He began to relish the transformative properties of the items he had discovered, and used them to fuel his power. Even some of his key physical attributes began to change, growing strange and wondrous new organs while his current organs were enhanced to superior levels- even the pronouns of which he referred to himself as were forced to change. And so, by using the very warped environment that the demons had created, sie stormed their greatest bastion and slaughtered their queen. The demon hordes had been decapitated, and with hir righteous indignation turned to pure sadism, sie hunted down and killed every last survivor of that terrible crusade. AAnihilusSStaalsol was crowned as king of the lands immediately surrounding the demon queen's lair, and the rest of the world celebrated hir as a hero. In the defense force of hir kingdom, the chain of command eventually came to be organized like so: Vernepliktig, Soldat, Adjutant, Løytnant, Slagsherre, Krigsherre, Høy Herre, Kommissær, and Keiser. Nearly a thousand years later, technology had slowly marched on as hir magically-enhanced intellect drove the kingdom towards a new golden age. As they set out to conquer the stars of their galaxy, however, they found that the demonic taint had spread to every corner of the galactic super-cluster! AAnihilus was aghast- even sie did not think that the demonic magicks that had perverted Merethian Earth were so widespread that they leaked out into the cosmos themselves. Sie dreaded every encounter with extraterrestrial life, watching with quiet dejection as the alien races of Ausar, Kaithrit, Leithan, Kui-Tan, and countless others displayed the same aberrant behavior as hir accursed subjects. Not even with their magical and technological advances did they have an effective way of eliminating such a taint from the entire galactic supercluster. And then, a light shined in the darkness. AAgimundrSStaalsol had been empowered by NNekoNNin, and had just freed Dagorian and Belegarthian Earth from their vicious cycle of warfare. They had rapidly taken to the stars, spreading far and wide, and had quickly encountered the neighboring multiverse where AAnihilus and hir empire was expanding at. The two siblings met for the first time in over a thousand years, and though they could hardly believe it at first, there was a tremendous celebration between the two empires, and they became steadfast friends. They and the rest of the Doctor's champions exchanged history and stories with one-another, learning all they could of eachother. After learning of the plight that AAnihilus's empire was facing, AAgimundr agreed to help his sibling scour the multiverse of its diabolical corruption. They pooled their scientific and arcane knowledge together to find a way to stomp out every trace of their ancient enemies, and eventually freed the multiverse from its arcane hedonism. Purity and decency rolled through the inhabitants, and with it came a new sense of purpose. As their minds cleared, a new mission became clear to AAnihilus and hir denizens- spread the conglomerate of empires that they had become a part of far and wide, blanketing all of Creation in their glory. Now sie has come to Titan City to stake hir claim, stomping out villains who may destabilize hir rule over Titanic Earth. Having become familiar with the other empires, AAnihilusSStaalsol knows that sie will only have control over a segment of Titanic Earth, whose multiverse will serve as a sort of border-region that conjoins all of the empires together. Yet, what are these empires but parts of a whole? What good are their divisions if they are all united under the Doctor's authority? What is hirs is theirs, and what is theirs is hirs- and so, sie goes forth, ready to help pave the way for the hir fellow champions...

POWER DESCRIPTION: PPhobos has access to a couple of extradimensional storage devices such as a handy haversack and a bag of holding, in addition to the ability to use the Hoard Gullet spell, which allows for him to carry a mountain of animated longspears, falchions, and heavy spiked shields. These heavily-enchanted armaments may erupt out of his stores to form a whirling phalanx of shields interspersed by longspears jutting out between their gaps, with a cyclone of whirling falchions lashing out at anyone who gets anywhere near him. As a sorcerer, he may instead choose to make use of his many terrible spells to nuke opponents from afar, and as a half-adamantine-dragon boasts the ability to breathe fire and fly. His natural scaled armor and claws make for excellent protection in case if anyone evades his storm of swords and breaks through his squall of shields, but even adamantine scales do not provide the same level of protection that similarly-experienced melee fighters have invested in. (ie. full adamantine armored plating) Overall, a draconic sorcerer who commands an array of floating armaments alongside an array of devastating spells.
APPEARANCE: As of this point in time, PPhobos is a half-dragon belonging to the adamantine breed, with heavy scales, impressive talons, and fearsome fangs all made of high-grade adamantium. The metal is shiny black in appearance, and is renowned for its peerless hardness and resilience. As is typical with adamantine dragons, PPhobos exudes an aroma of oiled armor, or a well-polished sword, and has a muzzle similar in appearance to a snapping turtle's. His horns are little more than a Mohawk of spines that run from his skull down to the tip of his double-bladed tail, and he sports a pair of muscular wings to carry his armored body aloft. PPhobos is also armored with a chiseled breastplate, a decorated helmet, an embellished plateskirt, ornate shoulderpads, carved bracers, and engraved boots- all of which are made with mithral. Mithral is a shiny-white substance that weighs half as much as iron, and allows for those not proficient in a suit of armor to wear that type of armor with much less difficulty as a result; though PPhobos had been trained to cast spells in bulky armor, he did not waste his time learning how to move in armor effectively, as he knew that wearing mithral would alleviate this concern. The helmet had been designed to fit directly over his draconian head and spines, forming a metal crest over the spines; it connects to a lower half of the helmet by way of a latching mechanism, wherein the lower jaw would ordinarily be connected to the breastplate until it is unlatched and transferred onto the fittings of the upper helmet. In addition to mithral armor, PPhobos wears a handy haversack on his back and a bag of holding fastened onto the side of the haversack facing him; both extradimensional storage devices are covered in armored mithral plating. The haversack contains his falchions, the bag contains his spiked shields, and the Hoard Gullet spell he uses stores his longspears.

BACKSTORY: Many moons ago, on a planet known to the Doctor's champions as Torilean Earth, a cleric who dabbled in the art of creating magical constructs was toiling away at a stone golem when he heard a voice that seemed to come from nowhere. He looked around his laboratory, but found it to be empty. Yet, the voice continued speaking to him. It told him about how it had been watching him, and had come to admire his handiwork. The cleric asked who the voice was, wondering if it was an extraplanar entity, another spellcaster, or even a god. The voice denied each of these guesses, explaining that it came from beyond the planes of his multiverse, was far greater than any spellcaster, and had no worshipers of any sort. Instead, the voice elaborated, it was an emissary to an overdeity that eclipsed all others, and it promised the cleric a seat of power when it finally came to Torilean Earth in person... if the cleric created an avatar for it. The cleric did not know what to think of this- a divine emissary had just exerted its will on him, yet assisting this person may jeopardize his relation with his current god- Mystra. The voice reassured him, saying that even the gods will kneel to the avatar if it was built. With a mix of wonder and morbid curiosity, the mage set to work obtaining specimens of which to mold into a shape the voice so desired. The flesh golem was created to be bilaterally symmetrical, such that using a forearm from one specimen would require that the other forearm be used for the other half of the golem. The golem was animated, and the voice left a psionic imprint such that the golem may act of its own accord- its personality mirroring the voice's own. Then the voice ordered that the inanimate golem be healed so that it may seamlessly flow into one form, and so the cleric called upon his Cure Wounds spells to make the golem appear as if it was made of one flesh. Finally, the voice imparted a fraction of its intelligence into the golem, giving it a purpose in addition to countless shattered memories and mental blocks. When asked about this, the voice stated that for the gods to kneel, they mustn't know of their plan; another golem located far away from Torilean Earth contained the other half of their shared intelligence. When they eventually meet eachother, the frayed edges of their minds may intertwine to make their memories whole again, thus bringing about an epiphany regarding what their mission entails. However, the voice warned, these two golems must never meld their minds together until their power rivals that of a god, otherwise the gods will find out and jeopardize everything before they can overpower them all. And so, with the flesh golem cast out into the world to accrue insane amounts of power, the cleric eagerly awaited the day when his new patron would reign over the multiverse. The golem identified himself as PPhobos, and was imbued with the voice's intellect and charisma- derived from the vast intellect fed directly into the golem's mind. PPhobos sought to become a sorcerer, and so asked his creator to shift him onto an outer plane by the name of Bytopia. There, he sought out one of the draconic guardians of the realm- the adamantine dragons. They were one of the most powerful breeds of dragon, second only to the elusive "epic dragons" that were beyond any mortal's ability to hunt down. Bartering meat, treasure, and services in exchange for the right to perform a blood ritual, PPhobos infused his blood with the magically-charged blood of an adamantine dragon to become a sorcerer. He pledged to come to the great dragon's aid whenever he was summoned, offering scrolls of planar shifting from the cleric to contact him on other planes. PPhobos grew in power under the adamantine dragon's guidance, and quickly began to feel the effects of his draconic blood within the first year of his existence; his skin hardened into scales, his fingernails grew into claws, his muscle mass grew, his tongue sharpened, his senses were honed, his throat could exhale fire, and his back sprouted wings. Before long, the sorcerer-golem had become a half-dragon, and his 2-year service contract had expired. PPhobos parted ways with the mighty wyrm, and set to work fulfilling his goals of surpassing the gods themselves in earnest. He could not fathom why he needed to surpass them, but he knew the reason was a big one- horrible paranoia and malaise descended upon him whenever he strayed from his path, as if some ancient horror was threatening to destroy the world if he abandoned his duty. And so, PPhobos pondered how he could overpower the gods. He wandered purposefully through the world on a relatively straight course, coming across many tomes and manuscripts of which to draw inspiration from before finally finding himself exploring a network of caverns deep within a mountain range known as "the Smoking Mountains." It was there that he found a temple to Shar, a malicious goddess of darkness and loss whose followers had accrued a small library or forbidden knowledge. It was there as he flipped through numerous pages amidst dozens of dead cultists that he learned of an undead planetoid that could devour divine energy and turn it into negative energy, thereby eradicating the gods' source of power as it erased entire biospheres. This planetoid was called "Atropus," and PPhobos quickly became obsessed with harnessing its power to serve as his ultimate checkmate against the pantheons of gods that presided over Torilean Earth. However, negative energy is completely antithetical to life, so in order for PPhobos to harness its power, he must become undead like the stillborn planetoid he seeks to tame. PPhobos has come to Titan City in order to acquire the power and knowledge to become a rare and powerful type of lich- an archlich. By becoming undead, he seeks to safely control the immense negative energy distilled by Atropus in his gambit to secure his dominance over the deities of his multiverse. Though he means no harm to anybody in Titan City, his intent is far from peaceable with his "rivals." And indeed, the gods shall kneel to Phobos; they shall kneel in pieces.

POWER DESCRIPTION: He wields a tremendous greataxe that weighs around FIFTY kilograms, which shouldn't be physically possible to swing around in combat all day, but thanks to his supernatural capacity for increasing his strength, DDeimos has little difficulty using the axe; most of the effort comes from not getting thrown off his feet by the weapon's sheer centrifugal force. If he isn't able to use his oversized weapon in combat, he can always substitute it for his natural strength alongside various smaller armaments that he can use to lethal effect thanks to his brutal fighting ability. His armor protects him from damage, and his thick skin, rapid rate of recovery, and unwavering resolve allows him to keep on fighting so long as he is anything short of being completely dismembered. (or some other form of complete incapacitation) Overall, an unstoppable berserker with a ridiculously massive axe to grind.
APPEARANCE: DDeimos is described as having pale, callused skin with ritual scarring covering him in odd geometric patterns. He has carved a Glasgow smile over his face to further intimidate his foes, which combined with his neck-length hair makes him look like an expy of Eren Jaeger. (great minds think alike, don't they?) His body has been described as athletic in appearance, with highly dense muscles that display extreme muscle tone. When in combat, DDeimos's core temperature skyrockets to allow for higher-energy movement, even though it would normally be impossible for a mortal to maintain that high of a metabolic rate for any length of time; due to this, steam is often seen rolling off of DDeimos during a fight as the local atmosphere ripples with the heat coming off of his skin. DDeimos wears garb that it similar to PPhobos's own garb, but the material has been replaced with a superior adamantine metal since he is not only fully proficient with his armor, (and therefore does not need the maneuverability of mithral) but also because his skin is still not as protective as PPhobos's adamantine scales. DDeimos's helmet design is radically different, as his head is still shaped like a normal human being's. Beneath his armor, DDeimos wears an array of crisscrossed adamantine chains that act as harnesses for throwing weapons in case if he no longer can tank hits with his armor, thereby allowing him to blitz enemies at a safe distance with brutal throws. Finally, DDeimos has an adamantium-plated handy haversack that he keeps his supplies in. Most speculate that the reason why DDeimos can recover from injuries so well is because there is a giant keg of healing potion liquids inside with a drinking straw running up to his helmet. Given his barbaric nature, such a crude (yet effective) idea is widely accepted as plausible by his acquaintances.

BACKSTORY: Many moons ago, on a planet known to the Doctor's champions as Eberronian Earth, an artificer who dabbled in the art of creating magical constructs was toiling away at an iron golem when he heard a voice that seemed to come from nowhere. He looked around his workstation, but found it to be empty. Yet, the voice continued speaking to him. It told him about how it had been watching him, and had come to admire his handiwork. The artificer asked who the voice was, wondering if it was an extraplanar entity, a spellcaster, or even a god. The voice reassured him, saying that he would obtain the greatest warrior on Eberronian Earth if the avatar was built. With a mix of fascination and intrepid intrigue, the mage set to work obtaining specimens of which to mold into a shape the voice so desired. The flesh golem was created to be bilaterally symmetrical, such that using a forearm from one specimen would require that the other forearm be used for the other half of the golem. Then the voice ordered that the inanimate golem be fixed up so that it may seamlessly flow into one form, and so the artificer called upon his Repair spells to make the golem appear as if it was made of one flesh. When asked about this, the voice stated that for the golem to eclipse all others in its power, any of its potential competition mustn't know of the "arms race" that the golem is having with them; another golem located far away from Eberronian Earth contained the other half of their shared intelligence. When they eventually meet eachother, the frayed edges of their minds may intertwine to make their memories whole again, thus bringing about an epiphany regarding what their mission entails. However, the voice warned, these two golems must never meld their minds together until their power rivals that of a god, otherwise their competitors will find out and jeopardize everything before they can overpower them all. And so, with the flesh golem cast out into the world to accrue insane amounts of power, the artificer eagerly awaited the day when his new patron would reign over the multiverse. The golem identified himself as DDeimos, and was blessed with the voice's strength and constitution- derived from telekinetic bonds that resonated with the fighting spirit of the golem. DDeimos sought to become a barbarian, and so honed his temper to a razor edge while constantly pushing his body's physical limits. He had a mission, and it was to become the most powerful being on Eberronian Earth. To accomplish this, he wore weighted gear and conditioned himself to move comfortably in it, then moved onto heavier and heavier weights. He wielded massive weapons and conditioned himself to fight comfortably with them, then moved onto heavier and heavier arms. All the while, his temper grew as he met increasingly more difficult hardships, provoking him to mightier and mightier rages as he learned how to channel his anger and frustration into combat. Soon enough, DDeimos knew of nothing but passion when he fought, his only thought being the total incapacitation of his targets. He never seemed to pause for food, drink, or sleep, as horrible paranoia and malaise descended upon him whenever he stopped hunting for a bigger challenge, as if some ancient horror was threatening to destroy the world if he abandoned his duty. And so, DDeimos constantly worked towards overpowering everything he met- even the gods themselves. DDeimos viewed deities as his greatest challenge, and knew that to fulfill his mission of becoming the most powerful being ever known, he would need to surpass them. And so, DDeimos swore to surpass even the overdeities of the multiverse. Eventually, DDeimos learned of a gateway leading to other planets, and curious as to whether or not he would find another challenge worthy of his attention, traveled through it to Torilean Earth. As fate would have it, he explored other gates until he finally stumbled into a gateway made by PPhobos, of whom he had never even heard of up until about this point in time. His blind curiosity getting the better of him, the unstoppable barbarian ventured through the portal to drink the blood of new and powerful opponents. Now he has entered Titan City, and has pledged his service to fighting its supervillains so he may continue to better himself.

POWER DESCRIPTION: AAstroAArtiglio wields a 1-gauge, belt-fed machine-shotgun that uses a large backpack for an ammunition container. The container has a hopper on the top for him to dump ammunition into, where an automated sorting system will load new shells into empty slots on the belt directly behind the slots that are still full. The belt loops back into the backpack as opposed to clipping off and falling into the ground, running right beside the afferent belt with a simple aramid barrier keeping the afferent and efferent belts from getting tangled in one-another; both belts cycle between the gun and the ammo-pack through an aramid connector tube, to which the aforementioned barrier is sewed into. The entire belt it long enough for AAstro to freely move his gangling arms around, allowing for maximal mobility but allowing the belt to get snagged on objects; to counter this, the ammo belt is laced with razor blades to rip through any obstructions that it might get snagged on during operations. There is a delay in the loading process as the system moves the shells over to the section in the pack where the rest of the belt's ammunition starts at, which can take upwards of one second to reach with the fast-moving servos. The automated sorting system is capable of loading a shell into a belt slot at up to one half the weapon's firing rate, but the time it takes to reorient a 1-gauge shell could cause the loading process to take as low as one fifth of the weapon's firing rate. This is a moot point, however, as AAstro would have likely disintegrated his target and everything behind his target long before his gun runs dry. The 1-gauge shells are filled with 000-buckshot pellets, which are ideally made out of depleted uranium, but tungsten and other high-density materials (including the more radioactive uranium found in nature) are also used if there is not enough depleted uranium in stock; softer materials are coated in a shell made out of a much harder material, such as lead inside of a full titanium jacket. By utilizing hard, high-density ammunition, the assault punt-gun is capable of penetrating the most heavily-armored targets while still maintaining a degree of stopping power once it penetrates the armor; most often, the sheer volume of buckshot emitted per blast can put enough holes in targets to eliminate them without even transferring all of the pellets' kinetic energy. The assault punt-gun comes equipped with a ported bull barrel, reflex sights, and an advanced recoil-compensating stock that makes use of car suspension springs to stop the one-ton kickback that such a weapon would have. When AAstro finds himself in close combat, he makes use of a huge bardiche bayonet that runs from just in front of the ammo belt to one-fourth of a meter out from his weighted muzzle; the heavy melee weapon can pack a mean punch when it connects with something, and is never far from his reach since it's attached to him by the ammo belt. If all else fails, a set of metal claws that fit over his taloned fingers, a set of metal horns that cover his real horns, and a set of sharp fangs for when he doesn't have a helmet on help him get out of particularly tight fixes. Aside from having a wonder-weapon cradled in his arms, AAstroAArtiglio is also clad in heavy powered armor, which enhances his already-tremendous strength and protects him from virtually all forms of damage. The powered armor comes with advanced life support systems, rocket boots, and a fusion-powered reactor core that can self-destruct as a last resort; usage of the self-destruct sequence will ruin his suit, but AAstro will still be able to fight effectively since the suit would take most of the blast. Outside of his powered armor, AAstro is clad in a suit of heavy metal armor- though not as thick as the powered armor, it still serves its purpose as a reliable form of protection. Beneath this armor is a suit made of spider silk, which not only insulates his cool-blooded body, but also acts as a sort of ballistic fiber in case if his metal armor breaks down. Finally, AAstro's natural ruggedness and tough scales ensure that he will be able to take a few hits as he scavenges for a new armored suit to wear. Overall, an armored beast of a juggernaut with a terrifying wonder-weapon.
APPEARANCE: This juggernaut of the badlands is a human-deathclaw hybrid- a "manclaw," so to speak. His face has been elongated, especially the lower half, which looks like a short muzzle. His zygomatic bones, nasal bone, maxilla, mandible, mental protuberance, mastoid process, styloid process, brow ridge, and teeth (especially the canines) have all become more pronounced. Additionally, his teeth have been sharpened to resemble that of a crocodile or other reptilian predator's teeth, and a pair of horns sweeps towards the front of his face. A ridge of rugged spines runs from his neck down to his waist before giving way to a thick reptilian tail. A pair of gangling arms with elongated fingers stretch down to his knees, where they terminate into a set of hooked, razor-sharp talons; AAstroAArtiglio has learned to work with these claws, bringing his digital dexterity back up to normal levels again after many desperate attempts at buttoning his shirt without gouging a hole in it. ;p A set of muscular legs gives rise to a huge pair of feet, each ending in 5 talons that are quite a bit stubbier than the ones on his hands; the feet can be tread upon comfortably with either a plantigrade or digitigrade stance, with a plantigrade stance being preferred for standing and sitting and a digitigrade stance being preferred for walking and running. A dewclaw rests behind the heels of these feet for braking and anchoring, as well. AAstro is covered in a layer of tough, brownish-grey scales with a softer beige underside, which displays an impressive set of muscles where the finer details of his musculature would be lost beneath the thick scaly dermis he sports everywhere else. Thick, silk-spun clothing covers everything but his head, hands, feet, and tail, while a layer of heavy metal armor covers absolutely everything; the helmet fits directly over his horns and hangs over his muzzle to fully protect his head, (since gorgets and elongated faces don't mix very well) with a lower harness being used to secure the helmet in place. His body is further encapsulated in a suit of powered armor, tailor-made to his size and proportions. The suit is made of similar armored plating to AAnihilusSStaalsol's reactive armor, but since graphene, polymer aerogel, and other nano-materials are so hard to come by in the wasteland, he has settled for galvanized maraging steel and synthetic rubber for the time being. This suit of armor gives him a much bulkier appearance, and includes a helmet that slides backwards to fit the horns before closing up in the back like the rest of the armor. There is a large armored crest on his back that makes room for his spines, and 2 fusion cores, one on either shoulder-blade, that power the suit of armor; unlike other suits of powered armor, the cores are protected by armored hatches to prevent them from being shot at by crafty opponents. The powered armor's gloves can accommodate his talons, as do his boots- the metal claws are thicker to accommodate AAstro's claws, but maintain the same cutting edge thanks to being broader in dimensions and easier to sharpen down to a razor edge. The boots also have a set of thrusters that allow for AAstro to jump high and even fly. The ammunition pack makes room for the crest on AAstro's back by dividing itself into 2 compartments, with the lower area of the pack being used to transfer the ammo belt from one side of the pack to the other since the spikes are smaller around the small of the back. When entering and exiting his powered armor, AAstroAArtiglio has to doff his ammunition pack first, but this is considered to be a minor inconvenience since using powered armor requires one to put down their weapons until their hands are free again. The hopper feeds ammunition down the top, where sensors in the pack detect where there are shells at and move the, to the correct compartment; the ammo belt moves from right to left, and the feeding tube exits from the top-right corner of the pack. (which was considered the most practical point of exit for somebody whose arms are longer than a fully-grown man) When holstered, AAstroAArtiglio's machine punt-gun clips to the left side of the tank, where the long ammo-belt hangs from one shoulder to the other like a necklace.

BACKSTORY: AAstroAArtiglio was a close friend of the Cabots- a family of intellectuals who studied ancient alien civilizations- ever since his adult life began. He was an aspiring scientist who was fascinated with exotic things, such as ancient civilizations, and also was quite interested in how unique lifeforms and cultures lived. This passion drove him to major in biology and anthropology, where there he worked closely with the Cabot house in their research. He had been with them for a couple of decades, and noticed that none of them appeared to have shown any signs of aging, even though he was becoming a middle-aged man. The Cabots looked upon their old colleague and friend with a knowing air, and introduced him to the secret to their youth- a serum derived from the blood of Lorenzo Cabot, who visited ruins that were reportedly extraterrestrial and was granted eternal life and vitality in the process. His blood is reputed to have the ability to reverse aging, improve physique, and provide resistance to any form of harm. In exchange for his enduring loyalty, (as well as a very hearty bribe) AAstro was granted access to the dilute form of this wonder-drug that the Cabots were taking, and worked with the Cabots throughout the Resource Wars that his planet- dubbed "Viridescent Earth" for its green irradiated glow by the Doctor's champions- was putting up with. Soon enough, nuclear war broke out, and the Great War that ended all of civilization swept over them. Miraculously, the Cabots' house was spared from the worst of the damages, most likely because there were rows and rows of buildings in front of them to buffer out the shockwave from a nuclear bomb that exploded Southwest of Boston. They survived everything together, the mysterious serum of exotic origin giving them the strength and vitality to endure the fallout, the abominations, the raiders, and the other malevolent forces that had settled upon their world. All the while, AAstroAArtiglio continued his research- sometimes working with the Cabots, and other times going his own way. It was as he dabbled in his biological studies that AAstro learned of a new and terrifying type of creature stalking the wastelands, rumored to have originally been created by the United States military as a bioweapon before it was refined using a mutagen known as the "Forced Evolutionary Virus" by a rather eccentric party. This creature was known as a "deathclaw," and they were slowly beginning to assert their status as the apex predators of the wasteland. For the life of him, AAstro did not know whether bravery, stupidity, or morbid curiosity ultimately drove him to do it, but he decided to capture such a specimen and see if there was any way to make humanity the apex predators again. To him, the specimens were too magnificent to exterminate- they were like mythical creatures to him, and their exotic nature compared to all the other lifeforms on Viridescent Earth struck a sympathetic nerve in him. So instead, he vowed to simply elevate himself rather than push every other organism into the dirt. AAstroAArtiglio abducted raiders and other undesirables for experimentation, wherein he could inject different admixtures of Forced Evolutionary Virus, deathclaw growth hormone, human growth hormone, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and lab-grown samples of Lorenzo's blood into them to see what treatments could greatly enhance a human being's physical capabilities. After narrowing down the results, he then started synthesizing various performance-enhancing drugs referred to as "chems" alongside a supply of "Addictol" in case of addiction, then began testing with the survivors of the first round of experiments. Finally, AAstro had developed a medicinal regimen for males and females that could render them apex predators once again. After reporting his findings to the Cabots, the house claimed to want no part in his work, but out of respect for their colleague would not abandon him. After all, AAstro proved to be instrumental in helping the Cabot house get as far as it did. And so, AAstroAArtiglio put himself on a daily prescription largely consisting of deathclaw growth hormone and Psychobuff with a chaser of Addictol in addition to the diluted blood he took like the rest of the Cabots. He began to develop into something new... something that had never been seen before... something truly exotic. He became a creature of legend from that point on, wandering the wastes as he put his newfound power to the test. He lived a mercenary's life, appearing as a great juggernaut who offered his services to the people of the wasteland so that he could help eliminate the obstacles that stood between them and the complete rebuilding of civilization. Then in the second century following the Great War, AAstroAArtiglio began to hear a voice whispering on the winds of a dust storm. It was calling his name, offering up a proposal for him to consider. AAstro asked who was calling out to him, and the voice explained that it was a fellow scientist who had a knack for neo-evolution, just like him. AAstro asked for the voice to step forward, as he did not know which direction it was even coming from, and the voice explained that it came from everywhere. However, it was willing to give him a specter to look at, and so appeared amidst the swirling dust as a spectral figure. The ethereal being explained that it had evolved to the point where it could contact people across dimensions and dimensional levels. It was, effectively speaking, an extraterrestrial intelligence. His curiosity piqued, AAstro desired to learn more about this being, but the phantasm stated that there would be others who would provide him with the answers he sought- it could only persist for a moment before it moved on to speak with its other "champions." It pointed him towards Titanic Earth, where many of its champions were gathering, and explained that he should to use a teleportation system to reach it. The ghost went straight to the point, telling him to employ the help of a rogue scientist hiding in the Glowing Sea to create a teleportation device. AAstroAArtiglio dutifully obeyed, and before long he had built a long-range relay system not unlike what one particular faction on Viridescent Earth, the "Institute," had already developed. For his efforts, the specter gave him his champion name- "AAstroAArtiglio." And so, without any further ado, AAstroAArtiglio came to Titan City to learn more about the intelligence from his new fellow champions... and to do a bit of bounty hunting while he's at it.

POWER DESCRIPTION: XXalRRaj is a powerful battlemage that can summon numerous Daedric creatures to serve as minions in battle. These unsettling henchmen may be capable of wielding offensive magic, but are also be seen using battleaxes, swords, talons, fangs, tentacles, and many other weapons to fight in close combat with. When not using conjuration or any other form of magic, XXal is capable of muscling opponents towards their demise by using brute strength and ferocious combat techniques, and carries a host of throwing weapons inside of a magical belt lined with compartments. When he fishes for something in the compartments, he can pull out an assortment of heavy throwing weapons made of ebony metal warped by the essence of Daedra. (e.g. Daedric throwing axes, javelins, and spiked bolas) XXalRRaj's scaly hide provides some resistance to damage, but his real talent is the unlimited usage of an ability unique to argonians known as "Hist Skin." This ability allows him to rapidly regenerate after sustaining any amount of damage, thereby ensuring that this monstrous shaman never stays down for long. Overall, a highly-regenerative conjurer with a limitless supply of throwing weapons and brute strength.
APPEARANCE: XXalRRaj looks similar to an argonian, but possesses an impossibly strong jawline with far more brutish facial features, lending him the appearance of a tyrannosaurus rex more so than a lizard-man. Additionally, he boasts a notably thick tail and a massive increase to size, frame, and muscle mass- it is believed that these abnormalities were caused by sucking the sap from an entire grove of Hist trees dry. XXal's body is covered in golden scales, a hue not normally found in argonians or dragons that was formed by combining the pigments of a copper-colored legendary dragon with a green-colored argonian, then diluting the resulting dark pigment with the natural albinism of a frost dragon. His face has an odd black discoloration around the eyes and over the lips, alongside anywhere else where bare flesh is not covered by scales. It is believed that they represent the writhing black form that his patron- Hermaeus Mora- adopts, and so serves as a symbol of his allegiance. XXal is donned with a necklace fashioned out of the bones of a hawk, a set of rings crafted from the talons of a hawk, a circlet fashioned out of solid gold and shining rubies, a long fur kilt lined with armored plating, a tough belt lined with large pouches, and a pair of gloves and boots made of the same Daedric metal as his throwing weapons.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armored garb (closest approximation; monstrous reptilian head options are limited in CoX) | In armored garb, brandishing Daedric shuriken (there should be glowing red marks on said shuriken, but whatever)
BACKSTORY: Within the dark reaches of the Elder Scrolls multiverse, a dimensional plane known as "Apocrypha" served as the domain of a godlike being known as "Hermaeus Mora," who excelled in the understanding and control of fate and secrets. Not too long ago, this prince of knowledge was visited by an ethereal voice that seemed to come from nowhere at all, almost as if it was coming straight from the void. At first this prince thought it was an aspect of "Sithis," another godlike being who personified nothingness, but the voice immediately dismissed Sithis's hand in its presence, giving itself a visible form for the prince of knowledge to see. The voice became a humanoid specter, devoid of fine details, yet its posture was clearly kingly, as if the two were dignitaries attending a formal event together. It explained that it was a fellow hoarder of knowledge and secrets who existed in another dimensional plane that was far beyond the multiverse that he inhabited. At first the prince was skeptical, thinking it to be the cosmic equivalent of spam mail involving Nigerian princes, but his innate curiosity and thirst for knowledge ultimately got the better of him. The specter offered the Daedric prince a hoard of knowledge and wisdom that- even with all redundancies removed- dwarfed the contents of Apocrypha's endless libraries. In exchange, it asked that Hermaeus created a champion to subjugate "Nirnian Earth," as it called the planet of mortals. The prince of knowledge found the offer to be irresistible, but could not help but ask why the spectral being was willing to share such a hoard if Hermaeus Mora helped create a single individual. The phantom simply stated that human souls were priceless to it, and that knowledge was made to enlighten others with. This gave the prince pause, as he wished to spread his influence over Nirnian Earth, but this would be compromised if the races of man were beyond him. Yet, he concluded, the knowledge he would receive in compensation was worth the risk. And so, they created a lifeform that would grow to become the champion of Hermaeus Mora and the phantasm, conquering all life in their names and divvying out the souls of mortals to their designated new masters. And so, the prince of knowledge took the corpses of a freshly-slain ice-breathing frost dragon and fire-breathing legendary dragon, extracting samples of their essences. Then he took the corpse of a stillborn argonian and infused it with the dragon essences, altering its appearance towards a beastlier form. Finally, he took a black soul gem that housed the soul of a human infant, of whom was unjustly slain and hungering for another lease on life, and was enriched over time with the voice's words of wisdom. This lost soul became the living conscious of this creature, and as the creature rapidly matured to adulthood, so too did the child's mind rapidly turn into the mind of a wise young man. XXalRRaj was born amidst a large grove of Hist that had been transported into Apocrypha, and was nourished by their sap until he reached adulthood. It took about 5 years to become fully-grown thanks to the acceleration provided by restoration magic, and in that time he learned an incredible deal about magic and the multiverse around him- especially Nirnian Earth. It soon became time to depart from Apocrypha, but before he could set foot on Nirnian Earth, he first needed to hone his power to ensure his rise to power was a success. And so, the rugged brainchild of Hermaeus Mora and the Doctor departed to Titan City, where he may train among his fellow champions and learn more about harnessing the different forms of magic from the many different spellcasters who populate the venerated city of superheroes.

POWER DESCRIPTION: He has access to an army of EMP-hardened robotic soldiers who are outfitted in factory-assembled maraging steel armor, with schematics for carbyne armor already in the works. The robots come outfitted with bayoneted directed-energy weapons as their primary weapons, with anything from Semtex grenade launchers to guided missile pods serving as a backup weapon in case if explosive (which in CoX terms is smashing/fire) damage is preferred over energy damage. Additionally, he makes use of a wide variety of useful gadgets to help his robot minions forge on to success, including a device that can release repair-nanites for on-the-fly maintenance and a remote detonator that can turn the already-formidable robots into suicide bombers at a few seconds' notice. When not relying on his robotic legion to overwhelm his opponents, SSoleil relies on an "Ameli 'Whale Horn'" machine gun, outfitted with extended magazines, rapid-fire functionality, and a suppressor; he may turn down the fire rate and attach a scope for long-range engagements that require accuracy over MOAR DAKKA. Presumably, this weapon will be upgraded to fire higher-caliber bullets with artillery-grade recoil compensation systems (among other upgrades) as he gains levels in CoT. Finally, SSoleil possesses an advanced movement system that enhances his strength and endurance, allowing him to focus on honing his speed and reflexes. Coupled with advanced propulsion systems and a sensory array built into his helmet, and you have the makings of a hard-to-hit opponent. These combat reflexes are further magnified by the cybernetics wired into his brain, which enhance his sensory input and motor control to superhuman levels in their own right. Overall, he is a well-equipped super-soldier with an army of robots at his beck and call.
APPEARANCE: He is a Caucasian male with a lean athletic body. He has bionic earpieces to match his eyes, with tousled hair that comes halfway down his neck. SSoleil wears a black set of combat fatigues with gold-trimmed body armor over those. He has a gilded exo-suit that frames his outfit, running over his arms, legs, and spine. Tactically-placed pores that can change the direction of their flow expel jets of what is believed to simply be compressed air, allowing for rapid sporadic movement across the battlefield. A relatively-flat armored backpack houses the suit's portable power supply, with his regular gear either being stored over the energy pack or fixed onto his combat suit at various straps, belts, and pockets. When entering combat, this advanced power-pack can juice him up so much that electricity starts arcing off of his gilded exo-suit. His head is protected by a polygonal full-face helmet, which appears opaque to anybody looking at it from the outside. This is believed to be caused by a layer of digital one-way glass on the inside of the helmet, with a 5-centimeter-thick layer of aluminum oxynitride glass covering that layer for protection. His combat gear is believed to be made out of a layer of non-energetic reactive armored plating, made using maraging steel and Sorbothane similar to how the other lower-tech champions made their armor. Even the fatigues are made out of a lightweight ballistic fiber akin to Spectra or Dyneema.

BACKSTORY: SSoleilRRoi hails from "Dutiful Earth," a planet that had experienced an array of conflicts not unlike "True Earth's" (that is to say, "IRL Earth's") own, but the outcomes were often bloodier and involved the deployment of more terrifying weapons such as nuclear weapons, orbitally-dropped tungsten rods, and virus bombs. SSoleil was born into a rich family of first-generation French immigrants in the United States, and enlisted in the US Army to help combat Federation forces in the 2020s. Nearly a decade later when the stalemate was broken and the USA came out on top, SSoleil slowly advanced up the chain of command, experimenting with military-grade cybernetics as they became available to enhance his combat capabilities- his family was happy to pay for them if it meant increasing his survivability. With the founding of Atlas Corp, SSoleil considered the more-lucrative life of a PMC soldier to be worth investing in, and used his decades of job experience alongside his rank as a sergeant in the US military to catapult him into the rank of lieutenant. From there, he lived in relative comfort, having time to focus on robotics engineering and bionics courses while other soldiers did the wetwork for him. It was there that he began to program and engineer his own army of robots to help Atlas's forces, but his patents never got to finish pending before they rose to become a world power, warring with basically the entire planet and threatening to wipe out everybody who wasn't on their side. SSoleilRRoi immediately withdrew his patent, realizing that somebody like Atlas was not worthy of inheriting the world. Granted, the democratic powers that were running much of the world were not any better in his eyes, but incompetence was no worse than throwing a suicidal tantrum and threatening to bomb everyone with biological weapons. Regardless, SSoleil had a good run with the corporation- he had moved up the ranks during his one-and-a-half decades of service, reaching the rank of colonel before the fall of Atlas. Upon making such a decision, it had become apparent that he had a better view of the world than either of the two powers- not too aggressive, yet not too complacent. And so, like all the other champions before him, SSoleilRRoi was contacted by the Doctor and hir champions as the conflict drew to a close. AAgimundrSStaalsol created an instance on Dutiful Earth and coaxed him into taking matters into his own hands since no regime was worthy of inheriting the world. Slowly but surely, SSoleil's malcontent with the world mixed with his blue-blooded ambition, and soon the decommissioned officer found himself leading the charge once again. But this time, he was not leading men. He was leading machines- his own, to be precise. SSoleil knew, however, that attempting a coup like Atlas did was futile unless if he had enough reinforcements and contingency plans to prevent the world from effectively fighting back, and understood that attempting to set these things in motion in secret was impossible. Even after getting past the advanced surveillance technologies of the postmodern era he lived in, he would still have to win the secret arms race against the rest of society before they found a way to trump his machines. And so, to secure his eventual rise to power, AAgimundr instructed the mad militaristic scientist in the science of dimensional travel- passed down from NNekoNNin to him. SSoleil would travel to a place rich in resources ranging from the technological to the supernatural, where he would study the inhabitants and their innovations to refine his robots in addition to providing a stable manufacturing platform far away from the prying eyes of his wary people. Though Dutiful Earth was world-weary, Titanic Earth kept its optimism open for potential heroes looking to clean the streets of its shining cities; deploying some of his robots to go help the people of Titanic Earth would earn him the trust needed to brazenly churn out his robotic legions. With his fellow champion as his guide, SSoleilRRoi now enters Titanic Earth to build up his mechanized forces...

POWER DESCRIPTION: Initially having little combat training or experience, LLune was forced to rely on stealth and subterfuge to evade the military and police forces that sought to kill him. He eventually learned how to operate firearms, however, and once he fused with the Aether instantly gained an enhanced physique and fluid intelligence that allowed for him to rapidly become an expert marksman. Now whenever he can't worm his way out of a bad situation, he can take just about anything down with his trusty "Gorgon" machine gun, which comes equipped with up to a staggering 6 different attachments and modifications that he accrues over the course of his time in Titan City- a recon sight, laser sights, a quickdraw grip, a suppressor, full-metal jacket ammunition, and rapid-fire functionality. After slaying a hostile target, LLuneRRoi can then raise that target up as a zombie to fight his battles for him using his supply of Virus 61-15. Additionally, by being fused with the Aether, LLune is supernaturally resistant to damage, and is often described as semi-corporeal when he takes damage as part of his form disperses into an ectoplasmic aura around his body. This aura is capable of secreting his virus as a sort of tanker aura that slowly kills and eventually zombifies nearby opponents. LLune's dark aura can be used to hide him as necessary by melding his form into the shadows or displacing light around him, but can also be used offensively as he extends out tendrils containing radioactive ununpentium to consume and zombify his targets; robots are affected as if hit by an EMP, and living organisms are affected as if exposed to Virus 61-15, but in either case the ethereal aura can still badly mutilate his targets with a cloud of pure supernatural energy and substance. Overall, a shadow-bending machine-gunner that can turn fallen enemies against his foes.
APPEARANCE: He is described as being half-Caucasian, half-Mongolian. He has trimmed his facial hair into a Van Dyke style, which combined with his close-cropped hair gives him a rather roguish appearance. LLune has a toned athletic body hidden underneath a black combat suit and trenchcoat, whose armored plating and bandoliers are painted black to ensure he has little trouble blending into the shadows. (which is rather ironic, considering what kind of gun he totes around; the fact that it's silenced makes the whole thing seem almost comical) In combat, he exudes a dark aura that lends him a malefic appearance to anyone who is still standing after he comes out of nowhere and attacks everyone.

BACKSTORY: LLuneRRoi is a champion of the Doctor who hails from "Ununpential Earth," a planet that had been temporally warped by another kind of doctor to avert omnicide. The planet had a history of trouble with element 115, which had been esoterically warped to trigger a number of paranormal effects- foremost among them being the zombification of the living. Though the plague had passed thanks to the valiant efforts of this doctor and his comrades, the effects of the war for Ununpential Earth's survival could clearly be felt. The moon had been destroyed, and the elusive element could still be found buried beneath the ashes of battles gone by. From it came the production of Virus 61-15, which nearly kickstarted another zombie plague. Fortunately, it was never mass-produced before the laboratory was destroyed by the accidental release of a powerful neurotoxin. LLune was a scientist that had shipped out to Singapore to help Coalescence Corporation research new military technologies. He had been involved in the production of Virus 61-15, and somehow managed to escape the lab in spite of being at ground-zero of the aforementioned neurotoxin's release. However, LLune was intent on finding out more about the virus. The virus had been created by mixing Nova-6, the neurotoxin that had been released, and element 115, so he took as much as he could carry out of the laboratory and bootlegged it out of the quarantine zone that had been set up around the building complex. Appearing as an anonymous contact, LLune bargained with Coalescence for the right to test the effects of this toxin on death-row inmates, and was cleared for small-scale testing. Virus 61-15 demonstrated its zombifying effects on living human beings, but having no master to control them meant that they were hostile to everyone and unsuitable for deployment as "recycled" ground troops. However, the creation of these zombies gave LLuneRRoi an epiphany that came into the form of a disembodied voice. In an old Austrian castle known as "Burg Griffen," there was a device that could be used to take control of the mindless undead soldiers. It was known in an alternate timeline as the "M.P.D.," a floating pyramidal device connected to an odd carved stone. In addition, there was an odd golden rod hooked up to the stone that allowed the M.P.D. to be used. If LLune were to neurally upload a copy of his conscious into an automaton, then he could assume direct control through the automaton and command his own army. LLune was suspicious of this voice's intentions, but decided to investigate its claims anyway. He hiked through Austria and sneaked into the old castle where over a century ago the order was given to destroy the moon. As he explored the castle, he stumbled upon the artifact, appearing just as the voice had described it. It wasn't a simulation or an illusion. Then the voice manifested again, this time appearing as a spectral humanoid before the M.P.D. It told him to bring an automaton with his intelligence to the pyramid, and by splitting his mind between two bodies would essentially share his soul with the artifact. The significance of this was in the fact that the M.P.D. was powered by souls, and would only allow an individual to harness its ethereal power if it once a soul was inserted into the machine. Even a rat's life energy was enough to activate it, apparently, so half of a human's soul would be more than sufficient to get it up and running. Then the apparition used his neural interfaces to download a set of instructions for using the supernatural element 115 for other purposes, such as travel through space and time, so that he could harvest more corpses to create a larger army. There were worlds to conquer, and the bodies of the fallen- already devoid of life- would make fine foot-soldiers for a legion of the dead. An Army of the Undying. It stated that once he had suppressed the authorities that would be coming after him for trespassing inside the castle and conducting such experiments, he would receive a new set of instructions. Yet, LLuneRRoi was puzzled by all of this. Why him? Why was he trying to take over the world, anyway? Hadn't he done enough damage by angering the world's powers as they worked to keep the worst moments in history buried? The specter gave a knowing laugh and told LLune to look at the powers he had been serving. Coalescence could not fight against the entire planet, and used secrets and lies to keep its dirty past covered up. The CIA and the US government were in on it. The democracies that ruled the world followed an inherently weak and incompetent system. The more authoritarian countries did not even know how to properly wield their power. But LLune was a scientist. He was the perfect specimen for founding a technocracy, and an autocratic one at that. If he usurped the world's powers and found a way to placate humanity, (of which the apparition stated it would help LLune do after overrunning the world) then the constant strife that the world was facing would come to an end. LLune sincerely hoped that this plan would not cause too much wanton destruction, given Ununpential Earth's history, but ultimately conceded to the apparition's wishes- the government was bent on permanently silencing him for reawakening the zombie menace, so it was either staging a coup or seeing himself out. And so, the maddened scientist worked under the radar, fusing his soul with the Aether and raising the dead soldiers who pursued him. Then he fled with a supply of Virus 61-15 to other planets, bent on building an army that would consume those unworthy of inheriting the Earth... and all other Earths, for that matter. Eventually, his new guide pointed him to Titanic Earth, explaining that since he had built up enough power by siphoning energy from the Aether and growing his hordes of undead, he could finally start hunting down larger targets- like supervillains. A single zombified villain (if said villain cannot simply be subjugated) could easily equal an entire battalion of regular zombies, which made cleaning up Titanic Earth a very lucrative prospect for the general of the dead. And with that, LLuneRRoi teleported himself and a detachment of his minions to Titan City to set up operations.

POWER DESCRIPTION: ZZyanidBBlut is gifted with a unique immunity to hydrogen cyanide that relies on a gland that naturally produces what the inhabitants of his homeworld refer to as "supreme overload salve." The chemical provides a host of benefits to its user, including universal poison immunity, thereby allowing him to safely replace a large volume of his blood plasma with HCN without having his cytochrome-C oxidase getting inhibited. Thanks to having hydrogen cyanide in his bloodstream, any break in his akin brought about by combat will result in a lethal cloud of hydrogen cyanide building up around him; this ability is extremely useful against virtually any organic foe he may come across. Additionally, the concentration of the initial cloudburst makes it so that he can deflagrate it with a suitable heat source, meaning that every flammable object in his vicinity will burst into flames even if it is not a living creature. These flames are hot enough to even melt down objects with low melting points, and even heat up other materials to temperatures incompatible with complex function. (e.g. overheat and ruin a robot's circuitry) The supreme overload salve also protects against thermal damage very well, shielding his body from the worst of the resulting cloud's deflagration. Aside from immunizing ZZyanid from his own defense mechanism, the trickle of salve running through his body has permanently enhanced his abilities to truly superhuman levels, letting him go far and beyond the limitations of mortal man when it comes to strength, agility, speed, accuracy, and even magical aptitude. (should he ever decide that magic is something worth using) ZZyanid is capable of deflagrating his HCN cloud by activating one of his signature weapons- an augmented "lava whip," which he is most often seen wielding in his main hand. Once magically set alight, the barbed lava whip will lash out, rasping the skin from his enemies and incinerating them at the same time, which can double as a heat source for his HCN cloud. Additionally, ZZyanid is known for regularly making use of poisons since herblore (which includes the concocting of poisons) is something he has made use of since his childhood; inside of his lava whip's handle, a reservoir of VX nerve gas is connected to a very thin duct that snakes through the hollow bull-whip, which has numerous pores that exit the end of the lava whip. When ignited, the thermal energy enters the reservoir and brings the gas towards its boiling point, causing it to expand and spew out of the ducts. The handle is insulated to protect ZZyanid from the intense heat, but the interior and the part of the whip connecting to it is all conductive, thereby allowing heat to transfer from the whip to the reservoir relatively unimpeded. VX nerve gas is combustible, but is not easily ignited; the gas will poison its intended recipient before the temperatures from the lava whip (and any ongoing combustions) finally consume the gas in flames, thereby limiting the lava whip's use as an area-of-denial weapon or a weapon of mass-destruction unless if the whip is quickly deactivated before combustion takes place. In his off-hand, ZZyanid makes use of a sturdier weapon that makes for both a good close-quarters weapon and something to parry or block attacks with- an augmented drygore mace. The mace is made of alchemically treated, supernaturally-hard chitin, and is covered in wicked spikes for the impaling of foes. A group of hydraulic containers located in the mace's head had numerous thin ducts that run to the surface around the bases of these spines, where pressure plates behind the spikes sense impacts and trigger the compression of these containers, thereby forcing their contents out of the ducts. The hydraulic containers are filled with a substance known to modern society as piranha solution, a powerful oxidizer that can devour all forms of organic material and hydroxylate most anything else. (thereby making them susceptible to being slowly dissolved by the aqueous solution) The solution is ejected around the wound left by the spike, where it eats away at and around the wound to increase surface area, allowing it to be better-exposed to additional attacks. To top everything off, ZZyanidBBlut is given damage resistance by a suit of rugged black armor, thereby covering the last of his bases and giving him a better chance at not needing to kill everything around him in a cloud of combustible poison. Overall, an armored master of poison and fire who is most dangerous when the enemy spills his blood.
APPEARANCE: He has tanned skin and wiry, exceptionally toned muscles. The air seems to shimmer with heat whenever he fights due to his body's constant secretion of supreme overload salve. His neck-length hair is thick and shaggy, (READ: Barbarian hair design in CoX) but is usually covered by his black helmet. ZZyanid is adorned with a suit of robust black armor that resembles that worn by the followers of Bandos, and wears a cloak made of magically-strengthened obsidian with an inner layer of black insulatory mail- presumably slip-cast onyx. A black amulet with a bloodstone centerpiece encircles his neck, with golden rings displaying alternating centerpieces of onyx and amethyst adorning his fingers.

BACKSTORY: ZZyanidBBlut was once a druid living with many others like him in Taverly, a settlement located on Gielinor- or as the champions of the Doctor's call it, "Gielinic Earth." The druids of Taverly worshiped Guthix, the multiverse's god of balance, and were masterful in the art of herblore- mixing potions and practicing alchemy using the ingredients found throughout their lush planet. ZZyanid was a prodigy of herblore, known among the locals for his experimental brews that could anything from curing disease and poison alike, to fully restoring an individual to full health, to triggering an adrenal overload that drastically boosted combat abilities, to igniting once exposed to the air, to simply fizzling out and doing little more than causing indigestion. It soon became apparent that this tinkerer in the alchemical arts was as gifted in invention as much as he was as herblore, and so he found support among his fellow druids. As ZZyanidBBlut was well on his way to becoming a master alchemist, he eventually began exploring the possibility of permanently transforming people with potions, brewing elixirs that could regrow lost limbs, form armored scales over an imbiber's body, sharpen vision, speed up metabolic rates upon detecting an injury so as to rapidly regenerate from it, and even grow new glands that could synthesize and secrete the very liquids that regular herblorists would put into their potions. It was at this time when ZZyanid learned how to make "overload potions," a class of potion that could turn a regular adventurer into an unstoppable killing machine with a single swig. ZZyanidBBlut's fame had grown since his experimental brews began to be sold throughout the kingdoms of Asgarnia and Kandarin, but with this attention also came those who resented his brews. Upon finding out that he could form glands to secrete potions with, many feared that ZZyanid would eventually mix the overload potions with the gland-growing potions, which would result in massive resource wars between the factions of Gielinic Earth as they struggled to supply their soldiers with this miracle potion- already were many of the adventurers who could afford the potions struggling to get their hands on the gland-growing potions that ZZyanid had created. To make matters worse, ZZyanid feared that the proliferation of the potion's formula would simply allow for everyone to cause wanton destruction with his life's work, so tightly controlling the distribution of his brews was a necessary evil. However, he refused to simply abandon the gland-growing potions altogether, and this was what ultimately led to his (albeit temporary) downfall. Thus, in the year 149 of the Fifth Age, ZZyanidBBlut's opponents mounted an attack on him in his own home as he tinkered with his newest line of gland-growing potions, of which secreted the substance found in overload potions. They besieged his house and burned it to the ground, but ZZyanid had already imbibed the prototype he had created. Bursting from the ashes with a newfound vigor, ZZyanidBBlut devastated the small army sent to stop him, many of which included highly-experienced adventurers clad in everything from sacred clay to tectonic armor. However, a group of wizards leading the army- a few of them even being ZZyanid's fellow druids- devised a possible way of putting a stop to ZZyanid once and for all. They used the ancient magicks to call down a tremendous barrage of ice, entombing him in a monumental mass of magical ice to ensure that he would never awaken to produce a line of overload-gland potions. Yet, the power of ZZyanid's newest potion preserved him... Slowly but surely, ZZyanidBBlut strained against the mountain of ice for over 20 long years, trying desperately to free himself from his icy prison. As he did, he could eventually hear a voice whispering to him. It grew until it sounded as loud as if somebody was talking to him, and for the last decade of isolation it was the only company he had. He did not eat, he did not drink, and he did not sleep as he toiled for his freedom. The voice showed sympathy for the industrious druid's plight. Microfractures turned into cracks, and cracks into fissures. The voice flattered him with its admiration for his inventions. His prison had become a memorial, but in the last years of his imprisonment, people began to see cracks spreading along the magical ice, coming from deep within its core. The voice conspired with him against his hated enemies. In the final year of his imprisonment, ZZyanidBBlut had wormed his way towards the surface of the frozen barrow, and a state of emergency was declared once people began to see a figure shifting and thrashing about in the ice. The voice discussed strategy, debating over how best to tackle his foes as they surrounded his prison. The mages from years gone by returned with reinforcements this time, and with a final heave, ZZyanidBBlut broke free and promptly charged into the mages before anyone could begin to cast an ice spell. Or a Hold Person spell, for that matter. With their fellow mages in the line of fire as he dashed through their ranks, ZZyanid spread chaos through their ranks and brought about their end. After the battle, ZZyanid quickly became curious as to what had transpired since his imprisonment. It was now the year 1 of the Sixth Age, and Guthix had been slain by a member of the Mahjarrat race who stole the god of balance's power to reach amazing levels of power. Upon realizing that he and his fellow druids had lost their patron god, he became mad with grief, realizing that he could have used his power to stop Guthix's murderer. He mourned and raved throughout the first year of the Sixth Age, and indeed, many other druids were paying their respects at this time, as well. He cursed the Mahjarrat's name who took his god from him and his people, swearing that he would refine his overload-gland potions until he could naturally produce the greatest elixir that mortals could possibly make- the supreme overload salve. As he toiled for his vengeance, the voice that he had chattered with in his prison planted a single thought in his head: "What if there was an undying god?" The thought left ZZyanidBBlut in a state of pensiveness for many weeks as he mulled over what kind of god- if even a high god like Guthix could die- would be absolutely unstoppable. Could such a being have existed long before the history of the multiverse as Gielinic Earth's inhabitants knew it? Even the elder gods were reported to have been hatched on a previously-created planet, so surely some other being of greater or equal power could be attributed to their existence. Eventually, ZZyanid became obsessed with the idea, and the voice urged him to worship such a god. Having faith in the voice's countenance, ZZyanidBBlut found a new faith, and with it a renewed sense of purpose. He deemed the other gods to be inferior, and dismissed their rule as transient and empty. He founded his own church with the guidance of the voice, and set up their chain-of-command in order of least to greatest as thus: Wissende, Schüler, Kreuzritter, Inquisitor, Exarch, Endarch, and Hoch Endarch. Thus, seeking to break their control over the world to pave the way for the worship of the Undying God, ZZyanidBBlut gained access to an artifact on Gielinic Earth known as the "World Gate," and began his quest to obtain the power that would allow him to overthrow the gods themselves. And now, he has come to Titanic Earth to seek out a font of power that will ensure his coup's success.

POWER DESCRIPTION: NNova wields a wide array of weapons to exploit the various weaknesses of his foes, but his favored weapon for general-purpose mayhem is his legendary Spirit Katana, which grows in power as the wielder becomes more powerful, effectively resonating with his soul and bodily energies. The katana is forged using enchanted high-grade steel that courses with lightning when drawn. Additionally, he can call upon the forces of magic to create a spectacular display of power, often manifesting his power in the form of large-area spells like calling down thunder, summoning elemental tornadoes, and conjuring poisonous fog. When he morphs into a dracopyre, he favors his own magically-enhanced natural weapons, viciously mauling his foes with claws, fangs, spines, and even sturdy wings with razor points. He exudes an aura of living shadow, which he most typically uses to act as a second layer of protection and as a way of weakening anyone with the audacity to approach him.
APPEARANCE: NNova is donned in a set of golden armor with a flowing crimson cape known in legends to be the "Communicant's Zeal," of which can eventually bestow even greater defenses upon its wearer if he or she should display enough valiance by becoming the "High Communicant's Zeal," if given a large-enough investment to awaken the unlocked power. He wears a black bandana over his mouth and nose to protect him from the elements, and wears a gilded helmet over his head that leaves only his opalescent eyes visible to others. He has pale, almost translucent skin due to his dracopyre curse, which includes a large-enough proportion of vampirism (one-third, to be exact) to render him aesthetically vampiric. He has well-defined muscles due to his many years of melee combat. When he removes his helmet, his medium-length hair is tousled, practically anime-esque in the way it sweeps over his head, with bangs whose locks hang over his eyes like a cage.

BACKSTORY: This paranormal warrior hails from "Lorean Earth," a planet with a rich history of magic that is currently locked in battles across its galaxy with aliens and human factions alike. NNovaSScythe came from a time thousands of years in the past, when human civilization was still transitioning into its Renaissance period. Originally a member of the "Pria Knights," an elite fighting force for good, NNova was adept in wielding the sword and shield, and was clad in the heaviest armor. He faced many challenges and fought many threats to his homeland, and as he did, he gained a wealth of fame, fortune, experience, and insight. Paladins trained him to use white magic. Dracomancers trained him how to tap into the mystical energies of Lorean Earth's most legendary creatures. Wizards trained him to use all manner of other magicks. Martial artists trained him to become a master combatant. Rogues, ninjas, and assassins trained him to use stealth and surprise to his advantage. With his breadth and depth of combat expertise came the spoils of his many battles. He discovered and forged powerful elemental weapons. He found legendary sets of armor to clad himself in. He gained access to truly mighty spells. He tamed exotic beasts to serve as attack animals. He even raised a chimera to serve as his personal mount. NNovaSScythe had everything he ever wanted, but one day, he was sent on a mission to stop an unusual new strain of werebeast from tearing the beleaguered inhabitants of "Darkovia" apart in a bloody campaign. This strain, referred to as "dracopyres," had been created by the first of their kind- Nightbane. NNova did battle with this new menace and barely escaped with his life, but the damage had been done. The progenitor of the dracopyres had been slain, and 2 factions emerged from the ashes of his short-lived reign of terror. 2 particularly-powerful dracopyres were created, and they campaigned for the destruction of the other's faction of dracopyres. The campaign threatened to tear Darkovia apart, and so NNova was called upon to put an end to the war. But this time, he did not succeed in putting the dracopyre generals down. After failing to convince the two sides to simply lay down their arms, the legendary warrior was forced to pick a side, and so went with Gracefang, of whom was the more lenient one towards Darkovia's populace of the two. Nightreign, the other faction leader, had a more imperialist mindset, and so sought to unite all of Darkovia under his banner as opposed to letting the different factions of the living and the undead control their own fate. Though NNova was lawfully-minded and therefore inclined to accept control over chaos, he felt that Nightreign would be too draconian of a ruler. And indeed, his forces proved this when they fought with so much fury that they managed to overwhelm the detachment that NNova was fighting with. The dracopyres loyal to Nightreign, known as the "Dracopyres of Night," were ordered to bring the champion of light to Nightreign, as somebody as powerful as him would make for an excellent ally... if they could convert him, that is. Nightreign and NNovaSScythe debated over the war after the latter's capture, with Nightreign citing how a united Darkovia would eliminate the constant warfare between the different factions by uniting them all under the same blood- his blood. NNova refuted this by saying that there were thousands of innocent mortals who would be forced to become monsters if they were subjugated, and Nightreign argued over the importance of the physical form that those not affected by undeath, lycanthropy, ancient curses, or the like took. Eventually, however, the dracopyre general decided to strike a deal with NNova: he would spare the mundane inhabitants of Darkovia if NNovaSScythe became his ally, bound in blood. NNova was taken aback by the notion of becoming one of the hundreds of dracopyres he had slain, but slowly came to accept the terms- it was his life or everyone else's, he reasoned. The following sunset, NNovaSScythe emerged from Nightreign's lair as a full-blooded Dracopyre of Night. He bitterly slaughtered his former allies in his werebeast form, not wanting to be discovered as a traitor to everyone he had sworn to help. As he drank the blood of the fallen, he became increasingly stronger, gaining powerful muscles in his wings to strike at foes with as his agility increased to the point where he could lash out like a serpent and steal an opponent's life with a single bite. Fumes of shadow engulfed his dracopyric form, and soon he found that he was even able to breathe elemental darkness as if he possessed a dragon's breath weapon. After the war's conclusion, NNova entered his human form again and vowed to never enter his dracopyric form again, lest the horrifying visage of the ones who engulfed Darkovia in blood turn the rest of his friends away from him. He soldiered on for many more years as he attempted to bury his past until a portal opened up on the planet. A group of time-travelers stepped forward and made waves throughout the continent, which NNovaSScythe was summoned to in order to investigate this strange event. They claimed to have come from a time many years in the future, and were in need of brave warriors who would help them stop an invasion that had overrun their forces; they knew that Lorean Earth had access to magic that they had lost countless years ago. NNova stepped up to assist these time-travelers, and was taken thousands of years into the future, where technology largely replaced mana and wizardry. Over the course of a year, NNovaSScythe aided the futuristic peoples of Lorean Earth in their battle against an alien faction known as "Shadowscythe," fighting on the ground and in the air as he got acquainted with the technological marvels of this brave new world. Thanks to his honed intellect, he quickly learned about the findings and reverse-engineering done by groups such as "House Runehawk" and actively assisted them in the creation of magitech using his own expansive knowledge of magic. Additionally, being surrounded by people who were not acquainted with dracopyres led him to slowly warm up to the idea of using his old dracopyric form to help battle the advanced and powerful alien faction, which further attracted fame and intrigue. And so, being at the forefront of the fusion of his fantastical world and the technological innovations of present-day Lorean Earth, NNovaSScythe paved the way to the crushing defeat of the Shadowscythe incursion. It was at this victorious time when NNova was introduced to a new contact, one of whom had plans for him elsewhere. The contact appeared as a distorted voice that appeared to be coming from the speaker inside of the warmech that he had bought. NNova was told that there is a planet rife with individuals locked in a constant struggle between heroism and villainy, and there was a host of like-minded individuals who were willing to teach him untold secrets and award his companionship with untold treasures, the likes of which he had never seen or fully understood. With fame, fortune, and insight awaiting him, he accepted the contract and was given his callsign of "NNovaSScythe," in recognition of him weathering the tide of Shadowscythe invaders. Now NNovaSScythe has arrived at Titanic Earth, eager to meet his new fellow champions and fight for the glory of all that is good.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Argatha is a "shadow adept," which is an individual capable of using a dark twin to normal magic that focuses on enchantments, illusions, necromancy, and shadowbending. By entering a pact with Shar, she has gradually gained access to more and more powerful dark magicks over the years. She utilizes a wide array of spells to befuddle and sap her foes in addition to enshrouding herself in a protective aura of shadow, but her heritage as an elemental humanoid has also lent her enough fortitude to resist any blows her besotted opponents might land. Almost all of these spells have some sort of grim or shadowy motif to them, courtesy of the type of magic she wields and the kind of goddess she worships. When push comes to shove, she is capable of invoking a powerful spell that can infuse her with the power of Shar, ensuring that her goddess's will is done as she temporarily ascends to become an exarch. Overall, a skillful user of shadowy magic that can call upon her goddess for excessive amounts of power.
APPEARANCE: An earthsoul genasi that displays golden markings along her golden-brown skin. Her hair has been thickly-braided behind her head, and is adorned in fine silver jewelry. A pure silver tiara sits atop her head, and a necklace with the symbol of her faith wraps around her neck. She is clad in ornate black robes with a purple trim- the colors of her faith- and is usually seen going barefoot to show off more of her inherited markings while capitalizing on her ancestors' rugged skin to let her tread safely on any surface. When Shar's power mixes with her own, Argatha's skin changes to the color of smoke as her golden markings change to a silvery-purple color; not only does her body get darker, but an aura of shadow constantly pervades around her, capable of rendering the room she is in darker as well.

BACKSTORY: Argatha Ori is the descendant of a human mother and a dao-genie father. Her mixed heritage of Earth elemental and human left her with a wild and confused personality, but a childhood friend of hers had served as a rock for her to stay anchored to, no matter how badly her chaotic disposition got out of hand. It later turned out that her companion was a worshiper of Shar, a goddess of darkness and secrets, whose faith had been outlawed for its callous disregard for sentient life. Argatha had come to view her childhood friend as worth keeping around, however, and helped him escape the mobs as they cried "Cultist!" "Heretic!" and "Murderer!" Together they ran, fleeing to the Smoking Mountains where her friend met with his fellow worshipers of the dark goddess, and Argatha became a steadfast supporter of the faith out of fidelity to her partner. The two showed a marked devotion to the cause, having lost everything when everyone they knew turned on them, and so they had everything to gain from finding a new community to be a part of. The Church of Shar deemed them both shadow adepts after teaching them how to use the "Shadow Weave," a dark counterpart to the Weave that allowed the use of magic wherever it was found. The Shadow Weave exists between the strands of the Weave, and both forms of magic have a tendency of slipping past one-another as a result, which means that a shadow adept- equipped with the element of surprise- stands a good chance of overwhelming a normal magic-user's defenses before a counterattack can be made. However, this advantage proved to be near-useless in the face of one intruder who stormed the Church's temple to Shar in the Smoking Mountains. The intruder was a half-adamantine dragon whose ultra-hard scales and mithral armor deflected nearly everything the clergy threw at him. The clerics and mages who had access to the Shadow Weave attempted to stop him, but found their spells interrupted by a storm of blades that erupted from his packs and pouches. It was as he callously combed through the halls of the temple that he slew Argatha's childhood friend in cold blood, impaling him mid-incantation on a half-dozen floating longspears before knocking his limp body aside with a spiked shield. Argatha disappeared into the shadows while the intruder milled about the blood-soaked chambers of the church, swearing revenge for the massacre of those she came to view as her only friends. Her only allies. Her only family. This intruder was none other than PPhobos, and the two have only begun to understand their new nemesis. And so, Argatha shadowed the draconic sorcerer to learn about her newfound foe and gather the means to reliably kill him. Over time, the sightings they have had of eachother have grown, and with them she has made increasingly bolder attempts at getting back at him for what he would describe as just another day of dungeoneering. Having stalked the intruder for months since then, she has now quietly slipped through a gateway to another world in order to continue chasing after PPhobos- and she will do anything to ensure his demise...

POWER DESCRIPTION: This individual possesses a unique magical marking referred to as the "Dragonmark of Shadow" that allows him to disappear and slip through the shadows (which is represented by the Energy Cloak power in Energy Aura) with ease. His past exploits have resulted in House Phiarlan awarding him with a unique pendant that blesses him with unearthly swiftness, further adding to his ability to parry and dodge attacks. As a bard, Dur'Vel is capable of playing enchanted songs that can affect friend and foe alike, and can issue forth a magically-enhanced shout whose soundwaves can smack into foes with lethal force. When his otherworldly qualities fail to put down his opponents, he relies on a keen rapier and defender to slip past his enemies' defenses and dispatch them. The gods have blessed Dur'Vel with divine power that grows as he continues his quest to stay neck-and-neck with DDeimos, meaning that he is always effectively as dangerous as a superhuman juggernaut with an oversized axe to grind. Overall, a hard-to-hit swashbuckler who can turn the tide of battle with his musical sorcery and deific vigor.
APPEARANCE: Dur'Vel is an elf boasting light skin, long silvery hair, and a cyan marking on the left side of his head. His eyes and hands burn with a faint golden energy when weaving bardic spells, and his entire body erupts into yellowish-gold energy when calling upon large amounts of divine energy. When channeling large amounts of divine energy, Dur'Vel's marking will also turn light-yellow to match the color of the energy rushing around him. He wears enchanted leather armor over a green tunic, which includes an armored vest, bracers, leggings, and boots. He wears his rapier and defender inside sheaths that have been hooked onto his vest.

BACKSTORY: Ralodan, also known by his alias, "Dur'Vel," is an elven bard hailing from one of the great houses of Eberronian Earth, and is renowned for his prowess on the battlefield and in the taverns as he fills the air with mystical sound that bolsters his allies and devastates his enemies. Having a couple centuries of experience as an adventurer, he is called upon by many allies to aid them on their missions. One such band of adventurers that he had joined up with was busy exploring an archipelago on a quest to dispatch a couple of malevolent dragons that had been terrorizing the region when they were stopped by a large group of cultists that had been worshiping the beasts. The two sides had a fearsome battle that never seemed to end, but a glimmer of hope came over the party as they witnessed the army of cultists turning to face a new enemy. A lone berserker was seen cutting down their ranks with terrifying alacrity. Capitalizing on this new turn of events, Ralodan boosted the morale of the party with an enchanted hymn, which was amplified all the more by the sudden turning of the tables. Together, the party and the berserker waded through a hundred cultists before finally meeting eachother as the last remnants of the dragon cult fled for their lives, wailing prayers for forgiveness to their draconian masters as they did. After asking for his name, the berserker identified himself as DDeimos, and revealed that he too had come to slay the dragons nesting atop the jagged mountaintops of the island they were on. The party was not keen on splitting the loot and contract payment with anyone else, and so asked him to let them take care of the dragons. DDeimos promptly refused, stating that he wished to grow stronger by overcoming increasingly-greater odds, similar to how a bodybuilder would lift increasingly-heavier weights. Unable to turn away the barbarian, Ralodan stepped in and vouched for DDeimos, stating that if all of the dragons attacked them at once, then they would need all the help they could get. Everyone marched up the first mountain to slay the first dragon, and after doing so found 2 more dragons heading their way- a green dragon and a red dragon. They were fully-grown wyrms, and proved to be a match for the entire group. Spells were shot into the sky at the great beasts, arrows streaked across the heavens towards their scales, and blades and warhammers eagerly awaited the opportunity to enshroud themselves in hot blood. Finally, the green wyrm was downed from its many sustained injuries, but as the fighters moved to dive into the dragon's flesh with their instruments of war, the second wyrm landed in front of them and drove them back with a gout of fire. Ralodan and the party's wizard began weaving spells to use against the beast, the ranger drew his bow, and the twin fighters raised their shields to block any follow-ups. DDeimos, however, simply smirked and brandished his greataxe. The dragon leered at the barbarian as he confidently walked up to him- standing his ground in front of the rest of the party- and issued forth his challenge to the party. "RROOOOOOAAAAA-" the red wyrm began, deafening the ears of all who stood before him. "RAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGHH!!!" the barbarian interjected. The red dragon blinked as he watched the tremulous force of DDeimos's retort trigger several small landslides along the jagged slopes of the mountain, clearly taken aback by the tiny mortal's voice. After a few tense seconds of silence, all that the dragon could say to such a reply was, "Well damn." And with that, the party butchered the wyrms as quickly as DDeimos had shut them up. As they looted the dragons' lairs, Ralodan inquired about DDeimos's obsession with seeking out bigger and badder foes. DDeimos simply explained that his goal in life was to be the strongest being alive, greater than the mightiest dragon, the largest giant, the most terrible demon, and the most powerful overdeity. To do this, he used his own limitless capacity for growth to become stronger with every new challenge he faced. The elven bard gave him a queer look and asked why he wanted to be greater than the gods, but DDeimos could not explain why. He fumbled over the malaise he felt whenever he wasn't hunting the next big opponent, which Ralodan began to suspect was little more than an addiction to power. More importantly, DDeimos's obsession with becoming more powerful put the pantheons of Eberronian Earth at risk of being overthrown, or worse. Being a worshiper of the Sovereign Host and having a high affinity towards Olladra, a goddess within the Host that embodies luck and plenty, Ralodan decided it would be best to avert any damage that DDeimos could do to his gods. From that day on, the bard grew competitive, vowing to stay neck-and-neck with DDeimos so he would be able to stop him from destroying the gods themselves in his manic quest for absolute power. His endless prowess and determination has earned him yet more respect from his house, who are prepared to honor him as an eternal hero if he manages to completely avert the possible destruction of the gods. For his efforts, Ralodan took up the alias of "Dur'Vel," or "Twilight Blade" in the common tongue. As he struggles to keep up with the barbarian, Dur'Vel is kept aloft by the favor of the Sovereign Host, who bless him with the power to stay competent-enough to rival DDeimos. Dur'Vel and DDeimos are now rivals to the end, with the former chasing the latter across kingdoms, over seas, through portals to distant lands, and between worlds to ensure that no harm comes to the gods he loves. And now, Dur'Vel has followed his eternal rival into Titan City, where there he hopes to make sure he doesn't fall out of pace with the power-hungry berserker.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Steel Reaper has an impressive array of guns that he relies on to chew his targets to pieces, in addition to an assortment of grenades, mines, and devices that he can deploy to round out his arsenal. When things get too hot, he can deploy a localized stealth field generator from his armor to bring his opacity down to 0, effectively rendering him invisible. He can also make use of a jetpack to evade enemies, and frequently uses it to get to tactical vantage points where the enemy would have a hard time reaching him. However, the real muscle that Steel Reaper has at his beck and call is the small army of robots cobbled together from scavenged armored plating and circuitry to serve as his own personal guard and highly-modifiable band of soldiers. They come equipped with anything from machine guns to rocket launchers to grenade launchers to flamethrowers to chainsaws to drill hands to self-destruct sequences, with chassis ranging from tank treads to humanoid legs to rocket thrusters. Overall, a heavily-armed scrapbot overlord who can get out of a tight spot in a pinch.
APPEARANCE: This mastermind of the wastes sports a short scruffy haircut and light skin, but covers himself from head to toe in shadowed combat armor with a black nanofilament skinsuit underneath. A combat helmet covers his cranium, and a pair of targeting goggles coupled with a shielded respirator covers his face; when he is out of his armor, his eyes are usually hidden behind a slick pair of shades. Bandoliers and utility belts sparsely cover his body, with a winged jetpack fixed to his back that can expel extra jets from the wings for extra flight speed. Guns and gadgets are strapped onto his body, highlighting how dangerous this mercenary gang leader is.

BACKSTORY: Jack MacRath was a scavenger of the wastelands on Viridescent Earth who found safety and brotherhood after stumbling upon a gang of raiders known as the "Rust Devils." Having a great deal of knowledge when it came to jury-rigging things, Jack was taken in and taught how to build and maintain robots for the gang. As a whole, the Rust Devils got along well with the scavenger, who displayed a marked geniality and boldness that helped make him somewhat of a stabilizing figure for the group of trigger-happy rivetheads. As he began to rise in rank, Jack even became something of a father figure for some of the members. Then one week, after capturing a unique robot that used a human brain for its processor, an upstart bounty-killer and his attack dog came up to the Rust Devils' base of operations and single-handedly besieged it. The Rust Devils were routed as their mechanical creations were reduced to slag by the interloper, and Jack sneaked out of the base as the lone gun reached the inner sanctum, where all of the robots were manufactured and stored- including the unique robot. What few Rust Devils made it out of there alive regrouped outside the base with Jack, watching from afar as the bounty-killer fastened the head of the unique robot to the back of his hound before marching off to parts unknown. The gang was devastated; all of the leaders had been killed off in one fell swoop, sans Jack, of whom the rest of the raiders placed their woes into his hands. Jack MacRath decided that the best thing to do was to reform the gang after cleaning up the mess the bounty-killer had made, but this time focusing on the construction of brand-new robots instead of hunting down robots that could lead to any other mysterious visitors showing up on their doorstep. And so, the Rust Devils became the "Steel Angels," and Jack took up the callsign of "Steel Reaper." The Steel Angels' hierarchy ran from least to greatest as follows: Mercury Angel, Indium Archangel, Rhenium Principality, Osmium Authority, Iridium Virtue, Palladium Dominion, Orichalcum Ophan, Silver Seraph, and Golden Cherub. After having re-established the raider gang, Steel Reaper began deploying their robots on missions, offering their services to the highest bidder so as to bring mechanical mayhem unto any they were set upon. Soon enough, settlers were paying for them to protect them from other raiders, and the Steel Angels began to rise in fame and fortune. This arrangement, however, did not come without its drawbacks. The settlers were expected to pay a higher bid than the raiders, or else the protection was voided; sometimes, the Steel Angels would even turn on settlements immediately after receiving word of a higher bid. However, there was one contract that would end in infamy for all parties involved- the attempted assassination of the Cabot family. Steel Reaper was tasked with overrunning their defenses and killing everyone but Lorenzo Cabot, who was to be taken back to the contractors for study. However, as they set out to fulfill their contract, the Steel Angels found themselves staring down the barrel of a one-gauge punt-gun... wielded by a deathclaw in power armor. After nearly being wiped out a second time, the Steel Angels vowed to hunt down and kill this interloper. Steel Reaper pleaded with them not to engage in such a suicide-mission, but the gang threatened mutiny. And so, composing himself, Steel Reaper stalked none other than AAstroAArtiglio, vowing to avenge his gang by mounting the man-beast's head on a wall along with the members of his patron house. Steel Reaper hunted AAstro down for weeks, finally tracking him to his lair where the manclaw relayed to Titanic Earth. Using his knowledge of robotics and computers, the leader of the Steel Angels started up AAstro's teleporter and relayed to his location. The only thing he left behind was a radioed message to his fellow gang-members detailing where he was following the manclaw to and who would be the acting leader until his return. And with that, the hunt for the Cabot's patron began anew- anew in the streets of Titan City.

POWER DESCRIPTION: The Anomaly is adept at wielding conjuration and destruction magic, particularly summoning Daedra, using fire spells, and wielding lightning spells. This arsenal of arcana makes her a deadly opponent at any range, be it hitting people point-blank with a flamethrower spell or casting lightning bolts from afar. However, if her company of Daedra cannot keep her safe, the Anomaly can also make use of the fearsome "Dragonslayer Bow," a ballista-sized composite bow that fires ebony-like "siege arrows" with castle-busting force; only somebody as large and Amazonian as her can string and fire such a bow. Overall, an Amazonian arcane archer who can summon extraplanar soldiers to help her overwhelm and crush her enemies.
APPEARANCE: The Anomaly bares a pale face with similar dark markings around the eyes and on the lips that XXalRRaj does. Her hair is long, flowing halfway down her back, and her face is concealed behind a face-shield and gorget made of enchanted chitin. She is clad in this special chitin from head to toe as a sort of partial plate armor, providing supernatural protection while also magically enhancing her beyond her already-superhuman limits. An ornamental frame of tendrils adorns her back, similar to an aureola surrounding the depiction of a deity.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armor (closest approximation; costume parts are not exact) | In armor, brandishing bow (closest approximation; there is no ornamentation on CoX's longbows/greatbows)
BACKSTORY: In the years when XXalRRaj was being created and raised, a thought weighed heavily on Hermaeus Mora's mind- "What about the human souls that the phantom wanted?" The Daedric prince of knowledge was hungry for influence over Nirnian Earth, and influencing the planet would be compromised if a portion of its denizens were permanently beyond his control. The price for the knowledge he sought from the apparition weighed heavily upon his conscious as he aided it, never fully understanding the apparition's true intentions as he nurtured its champion in his plane of Oblivion. And so, as a countermeasure to the liabilities that came from fulfilling such a bargain, Hermaeus Mora created his own champion in secret. He took a single young woman from the human race- one of whom was little more than a beggar devoid of any friends or family- and blessed her with his unfathomable knowledge, breaking the young woman's mind and molding her into a powerful thrall. Her previous identity was all but washed away to the frayed edges of her once-mortal mind; even her name became lost to her. He gave his champion the ability to create items of legendary quality, rivaling that of Daedric artifacts, and taught her all the arcane secrets to effectively wielding magic. He sharpened her senses and perfected her poise so she might become a legendary combatant and an uncanny archer, and nourished her into a towering, musclebound wench so as to intimidate and overwhelm her hapless foes with her imposing form. And finally, he gave unto her authority over the Daedra of Apocrypha, ensuring that she could overwhelm XXalRRaj's summoned Daedra with but a snap of her fingers. This champion was named "the Anomaly," in recognition of her being a rogue element that could very well cause the apparition's plan to deviate from whatever damage it could have done to the prince of knowledge's hold over humanity. However, as soon as the Anomaly was fully-created, the apparition returned to Hermaeus. The prince of fate looked upon the illuminated countenance of the specter and felt it smile knowingly. For the first time in what seemed like eons, Hermaeus felt as if his plans would truly be foiled, even if he held over control over the powers of fate and secrets; could this ghost truly stop the superior champion that Hermaeus created from averting XXal's conquest of the human race? Leaving the prince of knowledge to ponder all the things that could possibly go wrong with his attempted subversion, the specter once again faded away. And so, the Anomaly was sent out shortly after XXalRRaj's departure to Titan City to monitor his every move, lest he usurp Hermaeus Mora's potential power over mankind. And at any given time, she may decide to intervene...

POWER DESCRIPTION: Nostik has mastered the use of magic, allowing him to cast surges of fiery destruction and call down barrages of icy desolation upon all who stand against him. Since fire and ice are the two most destructive elements used in Gielinic magic, Nostik has come to specialize in the casting of these two elements, often stuffing his magic satchel with thousands of air, fire, water, death, and blood runes to fuel all of his favorite spells. He often cuts down on the use of fire and water runes by utilizing a mystic steam staff to provide the essences of fire and water needed for casting his fire and ice spells. Additionally, he often employs summoned monsters in battle to aid him, and may take the form of anything from bunyips to armored minotaurs. Overall, a druidic archmage who can annihilate his enemies with fire, ice, and summoned monsters.
APPEARANCE: He maintains a clean-shaven face with short hair, often hiding his hair underneath a laminated straw hat. His weathered skin is fair and cool-toned, giving him a slightly yellow tinge. He wears arcane robes awash in elaborate designs of silver and hunter-green, complete with stylized boots, 2 flowing layers draping around his thighs, and vine-like ornamentations running up his biceps and shoulders. When using magic, Nostik's eyes grow yellowish-green to show the mix of fire and ice that he wields by mixing warm and cool colors together; glowing runic symbols dance around him as the runes he uses are channeled into his attacks, showcasing his power as they etch their markings into the stitches of reality before the last of their energy flows towards his target.

BACKSTORY: Nostik Maltafax was one of the most skilled spellcasters anywhere near Taverly back when ZZyanidBBlut was imprisoned in ice for 20 years. A prodigy who was wise beyond his years, many looked to his advice on what to do when ZZyanid's new and disturbing innovations threatened to start a world-spanning resource war. Nostik decided that the best thing to do was to let ZZyanid's most powerful creations die with him as opposed to being put to more than just paper, and so he led the charge against ZZyanid as the mobs besieged his home. Nostik gained rank and status for his wise countenance on that day, eventually becoming one of Taverly's leaders, and so presided over the bustling town's affairs for 20 peaceful years. Then ZZyanidBBlut began to stir just beneath the ice. Nostik begged the others to try to find a way to keep him sealed, but all plans to stop his escape fell short, and many of the druids had grown complacent over the years. "Surely a mountain of ice could contain him!" they reasoned. "Those fissures are just forming from all the hot Summers we've been getting. Let's just seal the cracks and everything will be fine!" But the fissures continued to form. Then the people of Taverly saw a figure stirring in the ice, feverishly flailing against the icy tomb. Before anyone could mount a proper response, ZZyanid broke loose, and the town of Taverly burned with the heat of the mad alchemist's unbridled fury. The assembly of wizards that had trapped him decades ago had been broken and disbanded, with a great number of their company having retired or passed away. Nostik and the others threw everything they had at ZZyanidBBlut, but the superhuman alchemist had grown restless in his captivity; he was unfettered, undaunted, unfeeling, unforgiving, and unrelenting. Mages were silenced by cold steel and white knuckles as warriors were ground to dust. All that Nostik could do was watch in horror as the sleeping giant awoke and wreaked havoc; all he could do was watch Rome burn, so to speak. The callous old druid spat upon the desecrated soil with disgust and walked away, quietly swearing to stop ZZyanidBBlut from perfecting his concoctions. Failing that, he swore that ZZyanid would never proliferate such a powerful formula, and that he would never give anyone the opportunity to extract any samples from this ultimate warrior- indeed, Nostik vowed to kill ZZyanid if it meant preserving the world. What he did not realize, however, was that killing ZZyanid was even more important than keeping a super-serum from being fought over by the kingdoms of Gielinic Earth- ZZyanidBBlut eventually founded the Kirche der Unsterblich Gott, which undermined the authority of the rest of the gods. Already having lost a greater deity and consequently throwing Gielinic Earth into chaos, Nostik Maltafax feared that the world would surely burn if the gods were provoked into starting another war. From his fear of what subverting the gods' will could cause, Nostik has since redoubled his efforts in killing ZZyanidBBlut, no matter the cost. Many of the old dissidents to ZZyanid's biological and alchemical machinations stand by his side, and a new horde is forming to combat ZZyanid's church. POWER DESCRIPTION: Igantia is capable of harnessing the same white magic that AAnihilus can to conjure pure white lightning, which can vaporize most forms of matter with its searing energy and send everything else flying with its tremendous ampules. Igantia is protected by energy shields, which are generated by a device built into hir belt that is linked up to hir skin, allowing it to project an aura of protective force particles just over herself and hir attire. The shields can even discharge energy to knock enemies away in case if sie gets into a bind, as well. When hir reserves of power are drained, sie can draw a slender flamberge capable of stealing energy from hir targets; this is made possible by the blade being a superconductive energy sink, wherein heat and electrical energy are attracted to an absolute-zero core inside the hilt with electrostatic fields around the blade electromagnetically teasing electrons towards the core. From there, the energy is stored into a capacitor that can discharge the energy into hir energy shields and hir own power reserves. Overall, a perpetual fighting machine that wields divine lightning and brandishes a vampiric sword.
APPEARANCE: Sie is clad from neck to toe in a white skinsuit with carbyne armored plating, with a large chestpiece and authoritarian shoulderpads covering hir upper torso. Igantia's head is usually hidden inside of a carbyne helmet with a shiny visor that can display an advanced HUD in combat to help hir monitor various important details about hir and hir surroundings. A capacitor on hir back charges hir shields and provides reserve power for hir white magic, and can be charged by channeling white lightning into the capacitors when sie does not need to magically exert hirself; hir sword can also charge the capacitor by channeling captured energy through hir shields and over to the capacitor. A utility belt lined with gilded ampules generates hir forcefield, and sie is never seen without it in case of a surprise-attack. When out of hir armor, Igantia often wears a little black dress with long fingerless gloves and thigh-high boots, alongside a gold necklace and a few rings on her fingers and ears. Sie lets hir hair flow behind hir similar to AAnihilus, and is also similarly adorned with a golden crown. Sie is a powerfully-built fellow like AAnihilus, but maintains a slighter frame than sie does.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In dress | In skinsuit | In skinsuit, brandishing sword
BACKSTORY: Igantia hails from the planet of Merethian Earth, and began hir existence as a citizen of a desert city known as Tel'Adre. Tel'Adre was sparsely-populated for a city its size due to the global demonic invasion having claimed so many of its denizens, and indeed, entire districts laid in abandoned ruins. For much of hir early life, Igantia was just an assistant to the great city's librarians, who managed a massive tower filled with many thousands of tomes. Sie spent hir spare time learning magic to help defend the city against any future attacks, but the desert was proving to be a safer place thanks to the efforts of a growing tribe of witches who could destroy entire armies with their sand-bending magic. Thus, no demonic incursions into the desert had managed to pose a notable threat to the city. Then along came AAnihilusSStaalsol, sent from a distant world to protect hir planet from the incursion. Igantia met AAnihilus as sie stumbled into the city a couple times and began to explore its streets and alleyways. Sie had eventually come up to the tower in order to seek out spells to help bolster hir fighting capabilities, and Igantia offered to train with hir. Over time, they swapped numerous stories with eachother and mutually grew more powerful, and as this world would have it, these steadfast friends eventually became lovers. Igantia soon joined AAnihilus in hir great crusade against demonkind, and together they desolated the demons' grip over the world with fire and lightning. Both of them burned with a similar passion against the demonic hordes, and before long their countless victories over the demons of Merethian Earth ended with them conquering the world, seizing all the lands the demons had captured and corrupted. Igantia and AAnihilus finally married and settled down as the rulers of Merethian Earth. They kept themselves alive for centuries using their magicks, ruling honorably as their global empire spread into the cosmos. Since then, Igantia and AAnihilus have been called upon to begin a pilgrimage to Titanic Earth, where there they may work to saturate the world in the unifying glory of the Doctor's champions.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Cogrocket relies on her small army of skilled mercenaries to protect her and take out her targets, of whom are equipped in heavy polymerized combat armor and state-of-the-art weaponry ranging from assault rifles to plasma rifles to quad-barrel missile launchers to Gauss rifles. When she is cornered, she relies on a trusty pair of specially-made .50 BMG handguns whose recoil is maintained by a pair of specially-designed bracers that are designed to take the brunt of the impact. Her eyepiece's targeting computer allows her to synchronize with their laser sights to allow her to dual-wield the guns with alarming accuracy. When her mercenaries aren't around to provide her with fire support, Cogrocket is capable of deploying a suit of highly-modified X-01 combat power armor equipped with blast shielding, threat identification eyepieces, power-optimized servos, sprint-overdrive legs, and a jetpack. With this nigh-unbreakable suit of armor, Cog can act as a veritable tank as she sends startlingly huge rounds flying into her enemies with exceptional accuracy. Overall, a high-caliber gunslinger in a robust suit of powered armor with an army of superbly-equipped mercenaries at her beck and call.
APPEARANCE: Cog has a fairly lean and wiry build, with sun-kissed skin and shaggy blonde hair that reaches the base of her neck. She has a targeting reticle with a green holographic display that can almost serve as an aimbot because of how accurate it makes her shots when firing akimbo. Her face is often covered with a simple red bandana in order to filter out dust and grit, but also helps to make it hard to identify her when she makes a hit on a target. Though she often wears casual outfits like tank-tops and cargo pants, she wears heavy polymerized combat armor over her getup whenever she heads into potentially dangerous territory. Her combat armor has its own jetpack, much like her powered armor, and it is very similar in design to Steel Reaper's armor; (seeing how they both use the same type of armor) the main difference is Cog's bracers, which are much bulkier in order to house the recoil-compensation systems needed to stabilize her fire. Her powered armor is similar in appearance to the standard X-01 power armor, but the helmet's design is much different, closer to that of the earlier T-60 design. A pair of antennae also sit on the helmet's cranium to boost her ability to communicate with her mercenaries since getting out a long-range communicator from your utility belt is a bit difficult when it's locked up behind a half-ton of metal. The visor also glows green to mirror her targeting reticle.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In normal outfit | In armor | In armor, brandishing guns (closest approximation; there is no laser sight or giant-caliber barrel for CoX's larger revolvers) | In powered armor | In powered armor, brandishing guns
BACKSTORY: Lucy Pyne (Pyne being pronounced as Pine) was the leader of a caravan that ferried supplies all along the East coast of what was once the United States on Viridescent Earth. Her time spent among the wastelanders and scavengers of the thoroughly-nuked planet had earned her the nickname of "Cogrocket," invented in honor of her throwing together a guided missile out of scrap and launching it at a territory belonging to a faction of raiders that had been giving one of her patron settlements trouble. After being promised payment, Lucy purchased and foraged for choice pieces of junk and scrapmetal amidst the ruins of the planet until she had the means to construct a rather crude-looking missile. With the help of a robotics expert, she programmed the guided missile and then fired it at the raiders. Amazingly, the guided rocket hit its mark, blowing the raiders to kingdom come. Cogrocket's fame even managed to grab the attention of a certain mercenary who just happened to need some help piecing together a particularly advanced piece of technology. AAstroAArtiglio paid Cogrocket a visit, and after recognizing the mercenary for his past exploits, the two famed characters reveled in eachother's company. Then the manclaw got down to business, explaining how he needed an extra pair of hands for a pet project of his. Cogrocket's ingenuity and assets as a wealthy and accomplished caravaner meant that she would be an ideal partner in the endeavor, but as they got to know eachother, the esteem they felt for one-another slowly went from professional to personal, and their work began turning these admirable figures into close friends. Eventually, Cog decided to turn her caravan over to the most reliable member of her caravan in order to assist AAstro in Titan City- it was about time that she got to see something other than ruins and shanty towns, anyway. She took some blueprints of some weapons and armor that was considered top-of-the-line in the wasteland with her such that she might outfit whatever hired muscle she could get when she made the journey to Titan City, thus ensuring the two's survival. Now here she stands, white-armored soldiers providing superior support for her as she and her new companion battle the tides of villains and ill-wishers on this planet.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Astru utilizes an "EM1 'Pwner'" laser weapon to fry her opponents with staggering accuracy. The gun is decorated in gold plating, and features advanced threat-detection sights to highlight targets and a foregrip to improve control over the weapon. The foregrip is ergonomically designed to allow Astru to snap the bulky weapon into the ready position much faster than would be feasible. The weapon also comes equipped with an advanced heat sink, allowing it to be fired continuously for about 6 seconds before it needs to cool down, but charging the laser's power can drastically reduce the amount of time the trigger can be held down. Presumably, this weapon will be upgraded to have a better cooling system as she levels up in CoT so she can pour more power into every pull of the trigger. Astruregină also has access to a number of chemical and biological weapons, which she can release in controlled dosages to impair, incapacitate, and extinguish her foes; these are kept in check by way of delivering them via "carrier-nanites," which manufacture and distribute the payloads in minuscule amounts that are harmless on their own, but when released en-masse can wreak havoc over a wide area. She has a seemingly unlimited supply of these nanites, which often makes authorities paranoid over the possibility of her mass-producing a super-toxin that may threaten Titan City and everything near it; fortunately, her perfect control and benevolent demeanor keep this glaring danger at bay. Her chemical and biological arsenal includes capsaicin, PAVA-based tear gas, CR gas, EA-3167, fentanyl, tetanus toxin, piranha solution, fluoroantimonic acid, n-butylithium, hydrogen cyanide, and a modified version of the "Manticore Virus" that is engineered to kill all individuals whose DNA does not match a list of allies to the Armée de l'Acier; she has a remote scanning device to regularly update the virus with whenever she happens upon a new ally. Astru uses a similar exo-frame suit to what her boyfriend does, giving her enhanced movement and strength alongside a set of armored metal braces to stave off a superhuman's fist with. Overall, a laser-shooting markswoman with a veritable rainbow of corrosive and toxic agents to thoroughly saturate her foes with.
APPEARANCE: This anti-hero bears a pale face with short-cut hair that can fit inside of her helmet, with piercing blue eyes that betray her flinty, unflappable demeanor. Her exo-suit is pure white, as it the majority of her body armor, which is similar to SSoleilRRoi's armor excluding the design of the helmet. The helmet is a white combat helmet that comes complete with an armored gas mask and an advanced optics array. The optics array glows red when in use thanks to its red-tinted one-way glass.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armor, without helmet | In armor | In armor, brandishing EM1 (closest approximation; details on gun are not exact)
BACKSTORY: Astruregină is an ex-military operative formerly employed by Atlas Corporation before their downfall in the year of 2061 AD on Dutiful Earth. She had been in service for nearly 5 years, working to secure a better future for mankind. SSoleilRRoi had been serving in Atlas since the year of 2047, and wound up taking her under his tutelage when she was assigned to his regiment. They worked together for the same cause, be it up the chain of command giving orders from an armchair or down on the blood-soaked battlefield pouring lead and lasers into the enemy. When Atlas fell, Astru found out about SSoleil's plans after stumbling into him at a wine bar. The two shared their grievances about the way things turned out- some experiences clicked, while others felt worlds apart. SSoleil explained his feelings to her, and from one former comrade to another asked if she would be willing to try arresting the world and all its problems one more time... and having nowhere else to go with her life, Astru accepted his invitation. Together, the two plotted world domination, recovering old Atlas assets and merging them with new schematics drawn up by the brilliant colonel. To give her an edge in case if she ever needed to fight, Astru outfitted herself with a host of lethal and nonlethal recipes for agents that could neutralize combatants and fed them into a strain of nanites that SSoleil had created. Now standing a fairly equal fighting chance to her commander and friend, Astru ventures off with SSoleil to clean up the streets of Titan City and amass an army of robots to take over Dutiful Earth- an Army of Steel.

POWER DESCRIPTION: Jiàntou is a talented archer who has the ability to fire off arrows at record-breaking speeds thanks to her obtain the only known copy of her husband's supreme overload salve gland. In addition to having obscenely-high alacrity with her attacks, Jiàntou also boasts the usual strength, agility, and resilience of an individual who has imbibed such a potion, allowing her to go toe-to-toe with supers without the need for fancy armor, bionically-enhanced strength, or the like. She uses her enhanced strength to help her manage bows with higher draw strengths, giving her arrows the added punch needed to take down just about anything she could expect herself to be fighting. Her bow is made out of the most resilient materials to capitalize on her capacity to pull heavier draws. Her bow and arrows are made out of arguably the finest fletching materials utilized in Gielinic Earth: elven crystal. Jiàntou has even learned how to shape this mysterious and legendary material to repair her bow and create more arrows. Overall, a superhuman archer who can penetrate a tank with her storm of arrows.
APPEARANCE: Jiàntou wears the armor of her people's most elite soldiers, modified and personalized after she was honorably discharged during ZZyanidBBlut's time spent on ice. It is made from enchanted leather, with caramel undertones providing a subtle contrast to the brilliant royal magenta accents found in the suit's belt, mask, and headband. The shoulderpads flow from the middle of her upper arm to her upper ear, providing reliable protection for the shoulder, neck, and lower head. Along with the bracers and greaves, its armored plating is dyed a brilliant scarlet and is framed in obsidian-black. A quiver full of crystalline arrows rests snugly against her back, with her bow hanging over her shoulder when not in use. She maintains a lithe, yet robust figure- perfect for the fast and agile combat style of a ranged combatant. When unmasked, she is revealed to have golden-tan skin, in the cool tone of Asians. Her hair is often done in a number of fancy braids, with ornamentation to provide an extra bit of flair when she does not plan on donning her helmet.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armor, no mask | In armor | In armor, brandishing bow. (closest approximation; there is no ornamentation on CoX's longbows)
BACKSTORY: Jiàntou Biāo hails from a continent far removed from the rest of Gielinic Earth, where individuals from the rest of the world have returned with samurai-like armor, curved swords, and unique throwing darts crafted with the poison of "death lotuses." She was an accomplished archer for her people's defense forces, having earned the respect of her peers for her capabilities. Her prowess was put to the test, however, when an expedition from faraway lands brought a small band of adventurers to the continent. At first everything was fine, but then an army of necromancers and their undead decided to invade. Jiàntou's nation was nearly overrun, but that was when the adventurers moved to stop the necromancers. Among their numbers was ZZyanidBBlut, the enigmatic alchemist. At the time, he had not yet created an overload gland of any sort, but he had definitely created other glands, and by having several of them growing in his body, he was able to acquire a rather crude facsimile of an overload potion. Thus, the undead fell by the hundreds as he led the charge. The adventurers acted as the spearhead of the counterattack, pushing back the legions of the dead and slaying the necromancers one by one. Jiàntou helped to cover their backs with her arrows, and even helped rally her fellow troops towards their final victory. At the end of the campaign, the adventurers were recognized as heroes, and with that they departed with the monarch's blessing and a load of treasure. Yet before they could go, Jiàntou volunteered to accompany the adventurers back in order to study some of the amazing combat feats she had witnessed. Her curiosity led to her meeting ZZyanidBBlut in person, and the two talked about his performance-enhancing alchemical advancements during the voyage home. They adventured together for a time, spending a great deal of time practicing herblore and running experiments, and Jiàntou's curiosity eventually blossomed into a willingness to get involved. She volunteered to undergo trials for a next-gen overload gland potion in the hopes that it would not only ensure her survival on the battlefield, but also heal her wounds- perhaps even to the point of reversing aging; it was no secret that she was reaching middle-aged status, and eventually she would be unable to start a family. ZZyanid and her had grown close enough to begin courting, and with so many years ahead of the young prodigy, ZZyanid deemed it best to reverse the aging process so he could enjoy her company for as long as he lived. And indeed, the both of them were going to live forever if ZZyanidBBlut's creations reversed the aging process. Yet unfortunately, this promising future was dashed to pieces when the public rebelled against ZZyanid's newest breakthrough, and before Jiàntou could receive the potion, the laboratory was destroyed and her lover was encased in ice. Jiàntou mourned his loss for 20 years, watching as the years slipped by. At the end of those 2 long decades, ZZyanidBBlut finally burst free of his icy prison to behold a tragic future; his work had been erased, Guthix has been assassinated, and Jiàntou... Jiàntou had been withered by time itself. When they met again after all those years, he stared into the rueful eyes of a 50-year-old Jiàntou, and for a moment they were locked in a painful silence. ZZyanid wanted to weep. He wanted to scream in rage. He felt like cursing the world and everything in it for taking everything- even his loved ones- away from him. But instead, with shaking hands and a ragged sigh, he put his hands around his old lover and promised to give her the overload gland potion she was due. If there was anything that could correct this injustice, it was the same potion that kept ZZyanid young after all those years. And so, in the years before ZZyanid's thoughts drifted towards the founding of the Kirche der Unsterblich Gott, he refined his masterpiece and shared it with Jiàntou. Then he watched as the old archer's youth miraculously came back to her. Jiàntou Biāo was even livelier and suppler than the day they first met, in addition to being filled to the brim with superhuman vitality. From that day on, Jiàntou Biāo and ZZyanidBBlut began to walk with more confidence and zeal than they ever had before. Together they founded the Church, amassed their followers, challenged the gods, and passed through the World Gate to cultivate their own future. And now here Jiàntou is, farther from home than she ever has been, yet every bit as comfortable fighting evildoers in Titan City as she is repelling invaders from her homeland.

POWER DESCRIPTION: She expertly wields a long and powerful energy blade in combat, capable of slicing anything it touches in two with minimal effort. Additionally, she comes equipped with a plethora of useful gadgets and devices that she can deploy to give her the upper hand in an encounter, ranging from force field generators to targeting reticles to combat drones to homing taser darts. Her armor is capable of affording her enough protection to hold her own against supers, but does not have the resilience to elevate her to "tanker" status. (which is probably for the best) Additionally, she is capable of turning into a dracopyre, much like her boyfriend can, and is capable of doing many of the things that he can while in her lycanthropic form.
APPEARANCE: Erica sports fairly short hair that only reaches down to her neck, with red war paint running down the side of her face to show off her house's colors; even though she is an alumni, House Wolfblade still caters to graduates through their training and lines of products. She has very pale skin due to her dracopyre curse, which contrasts starkly against the red in her garb. Erica is covered in a red bodysuit with white armored plating; the plating can be seen sporting a darker crimson color versus the bodysuit's more standard red color. She has a utility belt where she stores her gadgets and holsters her energy claymore, and has a compact jetpack on her back to let her go where she needs to- like shooting out of an exploding mech or soaring up to slice a fighter jet in half. As a dracopyre, she looks comparable to NNovaSScythe, but with a more slender and feminine build.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armor | In armor, brandishing claymore | Dracopyre form (closest approximation; CoX does not have all the assets required for proper portrayal)
BACKSTORY: Erica was a student at Gears University on the planet of Lorean Earth, where young men and women could train to become skilled mech pilots and battle the forces of evil inside of some of the most elaborate and awesome vehicles ever devised; mechs could even turn into starships for aerospatial battles, too! Erica was one of the best mech pilots in the academy, taking up residence in a dormitory owned by one of the "houses" of the university known as "Wolfblade." The houses were designed to group students together based on shared personality traits and fighting styles, with Wolfblade being centered around individuals with a high sense of discipline who valued honorable combat and heavy armaments. Erica's mech reflected the house's style of combat, as did her own personal protective gear; equipped with dense body armor that let her withstand more than the average mook and a long claymore as her energy blade of choice, Erica was naturally cut out for the life of a Wolfblade student. As she continued advancing towards her graduation, NNovaSScythe came through a time rift to aid present-day Lorean Earth in its battle against the Shadowscythe invasion. The two met as NNova was working with House Runeclaw to create and refine mana-based technology. As first put off by this stranger working with Runeclaw, (Wolfblade and Runeclaw had a long-standing rivalry) the ice that was growing between them was immediately broken upon finding out how similar their names were. Eric and Erica- it was a quaint commonality, but it was the first tentative step on the path of companionship. As she learned about the honor and nobility in NNovaSScythe, their bonds strengthened, and by the end of the Shadowscythe war the two had grown enamored in eachother. From all their time spent fighting side-by-side, Erica learned of NNNova's unique condition after an ambush threatened to claim their lives. NNovaSScythe ejected from his mech as it fell apart and morphed into a dracopyre, tearing apart some of the mechs with his claws and shadowy powers with peerless ferocity before landing amidst the mountains of scrap he had created. One lengthy explanation later, Erica learned all about the war in Darkovia, the sacrifice he made, and the pain he had to bear as he slew his old allies. The mech pilot sympathized with the dracopyre, and being fascinated with his monumental power decided to live up to the fighting style of Wolfblade by adopting such strength and fortitude herself. At first the dracopyre was reluctant to share what he had come to view as a curse, but as the war dragged on and Shadowscythe became more desperate, necessity demanded that Erica was able to rise to the challenge as the invaders threw everything they had at the dynamic duo. And so, NNovaSScythe sunk his teeth into Erica during a lull in the action, sharing his unearthly power with his beloved comrade... The war concluded later that month, and both of them survived the endeavor thanks to the dracopyric blood that flowed through their veins. Then NNova received a new mission. Having recently graduated from Gears University by this point, Erica was offered to come along and join him in this new adventure together. Now the two gallant dracopyres march towards their destinies, where heroes and villains do battle in the streets of Titan City...

She wields an enchanted longbow with amazing expertise, sending arcane metalline arrows hundreds of meters away into distant targets. She has a natural affinity to animals and is capable of calling and charming them to assist her in battle, thus allowing her to utilize a number of exotic beasts of war in times of great need ranging from dire wolves to giant scorpions. Additionally, she is a master at tracking, tactics, and trapmaking. This allows her to sense the presence of foes, ambush enemies with ease, and deploy a few highly-effective tools ranging from flash bombs to healing powder. Finally, just like her husband, she bears the Dragonmark of Shadow, allowing her to slip into the shadows and escape dire situations in a pinch. Though natural magic and nifty gadgets supplement her arsenal, the bulk of her talent comes from her centuries of experience and training, allowing her to employ all of her talents to maximal effectiveness. Overall, a mystical bow-wielding exotic animal tamer with a bag of tricks to ruin her enemies' day and the mad skills to lay low a legend.
APPEARANCE: Biirathil has a lean face bearing the Dragonmark of Shadow, with tan skin and a supple body. Her hair is worn in a ponytail, and a few long bangs of hair drift over her face. She is clad in dragonscale armor, crafted from the hides of red and green dragons. The armor consists of a red dragonscale skinsuit, a red bandana, red vambraces, red boots, a fat red belt full of supplies, a red quiver, a green battlecoat, and green trousers. Her bow is ornately-designed and made out of darkwood, with precious gemstones embedded into its surface.
APPEARANCE ILLUSTRATIONS: In armor | In armor, brandishing bow (closest approximation; there is no ornamentation on CoX's longbows)
BACKSTORY: Talindra Innoxia is the wife of Ralodan Innoxia, bound together by their love of adventure. They made a good pair, each one equipped with a wide array of talents that allowed them to facilitate the roles of an entire company of heroes whenever it was just the two of them. Talindra could call in minions, heal, hunt down targets, and catch enemies by surprise afar, whereas Ralodan could debilitate enemies with enchanted dirges, bolster him and Talindra with magical hymnals, blast foes with waves of sound, and go hand-to-hand with enemies whilst Talindra covers him with her volleys of arrows. As they adventured together with a small host of other adventurers, they came upon DDeimos. Talindra was there as he fought the cultists and dragons, covering his back as he and the other melee fighters pressed the offensive upon anyone who dared meet them on the battleground. She was there as DDeimos told Ralodan of his ambitions, and as her troubled husband brooded over this inhuman berserker's desires, she was there to support him. DDeimos, they decided, needed to be stopped before he got out of hand and started challenging the gods themselves, and so she took up an alias with Ralodan in recognition of their commitment- "Biirathil." Biirathil's alias can be translated to mean "Scum Bane" in the common tongue, showcasing her fervor in stopping all who would threaten the Sovereign Host of whom she and Dur'Vel worshiped. And indeed, many a fanatic viewed the name to be highly befitting, given what they believed she was ridding the world of- a cancer that threatened to sicken and kill the gods. Of the two, she was always described as the more ruthless type, less inclined to use subterfuge and guile as opposed to outright assassination. For this reason, when the couple tracked DDeimos to Titan City, she was the one who went around interrogating its people and making all the hard decisions that Dur'Vel couldn't weasel their way out of. And so, the arrow-shooting huntress moves to clean up the scum of Titan City- especially those of whom would harm her people and the gods they look up to.

HUUUUUUUUUUGE update, guys! I

HUUUUUUUUUUGE update, guys! I wound up dumping some of my other OCs from different fictions, and guess what? They're all coming to Titan City! (though some may be more playable than others) Better yet, they're every bit as fleshed out as the main protagonists, sans any supplementary material like novelettes and animations. That means they're all voiced, they all have their own theme songs, they all have detailed bios, appearances, and powers... the full package. In other news, I've got a few more big updates that I was planning on doing...

1. The more I add characters that I've played as (or fantasized my toon as) on different games, the more I realize how much of a sausage-fest this thread has become. Henceforth, I will be adding female counterparts to most of the OCs. This will likely increase the size of the OP by two-thirds.

2. The minor protagonists are occasionally known to have antagonists that are original to my own OCs. These will also be posted, and for diversity's sake if nothing else I'll see about making one of them female. (or at least a drag queen, depending on what you guys want to see; all of these antagonists are still in the works anyway, so go nuts with commentary)

3. Once I've uploaded erryone, I will be putting up hyperlinks for all of the toons to show off screenshots of their character design in the CoX character creator. When CoT releases their creator, I will likely be posting screenshots of them in that engine as well, provided there are enough costume parts to make a proper facsimile of them. Heck, it's already going to be tricky figuring out how to show off SSoleilRRoi's exo-suit in CoX as it is!

...But for the time being, I'll be binging on FO4. Until next time!

IT IS FINISHED!

IT IS FINISHED!

After many long months of going on and off with making all of the toon profiles, I have FINALLY done it! The female counterparts have all been added, ranging from women in power (e.g. Cogrocket) to powerful servants. (e.g. ShachֹrOr) The minor antagonists range from powerful priestesses of shadow (e.g. Argatha Ori) to grizzled mercenary commandos. (e.g. Steel Reaper) Every one of the 31 toons has been posted and tweaked, and to top it all off I've managed to even include CoX screenshots to give everyone a visual aid for these characters! (you can find the screenshots under each toon's "Appearance Illustrations" section) Post any questions or comments you have and I'll gladly answer them!

Enjoy perusing the Compendium of Titans!
