Personality: The Clown seems to be in an eternal state of bliss and seems to mostly only feel feeling such as joy and happiness, never seeming to feel anything wrong with murder or torture. Whether it's because he doesn't realize what he's doing or because he gains a sick sense of enjoyment from it is unknown at this point.
Powers: The clown is incredibly strong, at least on the border of meta human super strength if not more and while he isn't completely impervious to harm, he is able to walk through attacks that would leave a normal person crumpled over in pain almost as though he doesn't even feel it. He uses a variety of weapons, from guns and explosive to knives and swords, whatever he can find at the moment He also possesses heightened intelligence, which when coupled with his insanity makes him unpredictable. He also has heightened reflexes to a superhuman level, allowing him to dodge bullets
