Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

Gliding and Grappling

Considering that we are using the new Unreal Engine 4 and both Batman: Arkham X and DCUO use the previous one, I believe that it's a reasonable request to have functional gliding. DCUO combines it's "gliding" with a full on set of other "acrobatic" powers like ziplines and wall crawling.

...Because when I think Batman, I think how he scurries up a building like Spidey, then jumps off said building with his arms behind him in a childish pose, cape flapping in the wind freely, safely floating down to the ground. All you ones holding onto the outstretched capes? You're TOTALLY wrong. *end sarcasm*

Now take it to Arkham where he DOESN'T make a fool of himself and actually has some wonderful glide mechanics. This should be replicated in CoT to the best of your abilities. Even if it's just a small toggle power that does nothing but drastically decrease the fall speed and push you in the direction your facing. Champions got close in terms of looks but made it a flight power that never shuts off, even if you've touched down.

The second thing I ask for is something like the BatGrapple (yep, he's the example of the day). It's been proven such a thing can be programmed in even as far back as Batman: Vengeance on the PS2 or 007: Agent Under Fire with the Q Claw on the same console. An idea would be to make it similar to Teleport in CoX, hit the hotkey once to activate the power, aim where you want to end up (as long as it's in range), and click when you have the position. Voila, a line shoots out and you effectively run up said line until you get there or cancel out. And such a mechanic can be tweaked to possibly create "webslinging" of sorts... *stares at Attack on Titan Tribute Game*

All very good suggestions, IMO.

I wanted to add an example for the grapple: Just Cause 2. Now, I haven't played the first one, so I can't say for how it works in that one, but in the second, the grapple is quite ridiculous. It goes much farther than the Bat's, however, I don't know the to-scale measurements.

I'm not saying it should be quite that overpowered, but a grapple set would definitely be nice and well-used.

Gliding being seperate from

Gliding being seperate from or building block of Flight is something I've "penned" on my whiteboard for discussion when it comes to designing travel powers.
Grapple / zip-line movement has been brought up as a possibility, as well as an acrobactic parkour type movement, among others. No info yet on if these will show up, and if they do,when they will, nor just how they will operate at this time, sorry.
